Bad experience with Max. I’m super disappointed with his unprofessional and immature behavior. Initially, I read good reviews and that’s why I chose to go there. He requested a cash deposit so I attempted to withdrawal cash from the ATM inside of their shop. It ended up being empty and only dispensed 1/2 of what I requested. I had to contact my bank and get that situated but I knew the machine seemed quirky so my fault for using it.I made the appt in person. I called to cancel due to an illness in the family that lead to a death and was told no problem just to reschedule. I’ve tried to reschedule several times and today Max got rude with me and said well you can’t cancel the day of and my grandma died too so you’re lucky I’m speaking to you (via text). He was just straight up rude for no reason. I stayed that I’d be fine with a refund and he stated he wouldn’t be doing a refund either.In the past we’ve gone to Scorpion but thought I’d give a local place a chance. My mistake.

If you’re ever looking for a good tattoo artist, Julian is your guy. I had made an appointment with him for 3 tattoos and when the time came to get them done, he was super understanding and attentive. he made sure i felt comfortable and that i could voice any concerns, questions, opinions etc. regarding the work. not to mention, the tattoos look amazing! i can honestly say i plan on going to him for any other art i want done. the environment was great, i didn’t feel rushed or pressured and he even cracked jokes with my friends and i. definitely a 10/10 experience and i will be coming back very soon!

TLDR at the bottom!Went to get my septum pierced, first periceing Ive ever gotten, and I will definitely get more from this shop. This shop was reccomend very highly by friends and family who have experience getting piercings and some who even used to be piercers themselves.So I go, its a great and beautiful place, excellent music taste so bonus points there! Everyone was kind, and the piercing itself did hurt which is to be expected.But after a few days of it healing enough to be closely examined it was definitely dangerously too low so I took it out and messaged the team here. After a quick response, they were so very kind to promise to repierce it after a 2 week healing period. And they did hold true to their promise, it was done extra carefully and it came out Great!TLDR: had a rocky first periceing, but shop was kind and honorable, repierced my septum and its wonderful!10/10 would cry here again!
This place is safe clean Ive had 2 piercings done here and ready to come back for a bridge piercing I only trust these people
My Artist was Julian. He has a super light hand and the quality of his work is spot on! Give him sometime and he will make you happy. Very very pleased, I can’t say enough about him and his work.
I had a keloid in one of my peircings on my ear and they saw it as I repeatedly went to them for peircings the artist never said anything! As well as messing up on my cartilage

Cant say enough good things about this place. Jamie was clean, professional, thorough, friendly, she had originally quoted me a decent price based on a picture. after we were finished she dropped it because it didt take as long as she expected. thats shows honesty and integrity.
Where do I start...went in for a arm rose tattoo and it was a mess after it healed. The ink bleed so I went back and Ian said he was given faulty equipment and would fix it by covering it up with white ink. Well it didnt work! I wasnt going back because I went through enough pain twice for him not to get it right once again. End up getting it fixed somewhere else. All that money I spent for nothing!

I am in town do to my husbands job and wasnt sure where to go to get my jewelry changed out cause the ball came off of my old piece! It was 7pm and I was so worried that I was going to have to wait till morning to find a place open until I googled scarlets web and they was still opened and when I got there a gentleman greeted me very nice and polite. He showed me there selection which was alot to choose from, and I found a perfect piece that was dainty and very stylish! He was very fast and didnt even feel him change it out! I was amazed on how fast and painless he was! Want to thank him but forgot his name but he has several piercings in his lip! I was left with a bunch of tattoo scars. the guy obviously was inexperienced. a lot of missing details and mess ups. the lines are squiggly like he was nervous doing the work. now i have to go somewhere else more reputable and professional. I will never come back here to get any work in the future.
Im 23 and have always wanted a tattoo. Tonight was my first but thanks to Heather our tattoo artist wont be my last. She was funny patient and had an amazing personality. Let me start by saying I’ve had over 20 piercings done and the piercer here was the best I’ve ever had. She made it so fast and painless and a septum piercing has never been so easy tbh. The desk guy was super cool too I’m so excited to find this place so close to my house especially since they’re so clean nice and GOOD at what they do. It’s been 2 weeks since my piercing and I was only sore maybe two days and it looks and feels great thanks guys
Im 18, and last night was my very first tattoo. I was really nervous going in but everyone there was super helpful and kind. They made you feel right at home. When it came time for the tattoo they checked the dates on everything and then had me check the dates to make sure they were good and sealed. Very clean! My tattoo artist was Heather and she was amazing she did it Excalty how I wanted it! She made sure to work with me and made sure I was comfortable and happy. I will be going back for more tats soon!
Got my nose pierced and it was cute but dude hit a blood vessel and i bled consistently for 5 days then had to get rushed to the ER and have my piercing removed and my blood vessel burned and singed shut.. plus i got no cleaning instructions or anything to clean it with in general... will never go back here again.. worst experience of my life. RIP MY NOSE WHEN IT WAS CUTE BEFORE THEY MESSED UP MY LIFE :)

Omg! What a beautiful shop I felt spontaneous wanting another ear piercing Eve assisted me right when I walked in and Seth did my piercing. You’re always greeted when you walk in, and someone gets to you as soon as they are able to. Got my bellybutton pierced the other day. The guy was super calm and even chuckled a little at my reaction. It was pretty good and Im happy with the results so far. It was the first time Ive been in a tattoo shop and didnt know they only took cash so it is a good tjing they had an atm there. Highly recommended.

I went there many months back to get a tattoo fixed. The gentleman there did not listen to anything me or my mother told him. Instead of fixing the tattoo (which happened to be my first tattoo and one that was special to me), he just traced over it.But besides that, the place is relaxing and the other people are great. I personally say Jamie do an amazing cover up and ive seen Bubbas cover ups on a co-worker of mine and they were beautiful.
I moved to town about 8 months ago. I had been searching for a new tattoo and piercing place ever since I moved (I used to go to Rachel at Identifying Marks in Brenham, TX). This place is freaking amazing! A friend of mine had his tattoo done here and OMG. I got 3 piercings and a tattoo consult done (which I commend them for because I showed up 30 minutes to close) and the artist was so patient and worked on my art while I had 2 of my piercings done. She did one of them (because she was the only one who knew how) and I was so happy! I will say 2 of the piercings were being redone (they had closed) and one of them is bleeding bad. Although, it going through scar tissue has ALOT to do with that! They were cool, patient, and all together great. I asked for no warning and they DEFINITELY listened. They gave GREAT care instructions and made sure I understood every bit of it. All around a great place!!! They even sell surgical steel jewelry, which is awesome! I have super sensitive skin and I cant buy off of amazon. Going back for a tattoo next month and will be getting all of my tattoos and piercings done here! Love that they sell premixed cleaning stuff for piercings too!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!!
Went this past saturday to get a helix piercing with a friend. the guy who was at the desk was nice. he had us fill out paperwork and was patient, answered our questions, etc. the piercer was kinda cool, kinda standoffish. I saw him clean his work station and open new equipment for each piercing. they use surgical steel, which works with my sensitive ears. my piercing has been healing nicely (its been 4 days now) but my friends became swollen and hurt and when she called back, they said the piercers wouldnt be in til thursday. she went to a local shop near her and they took out the piercing saying the piercing was too big for her and wasnt positioned right (she chose the position though not the piercer, so not sure what they meant by that) so just 1 star off for not always having someone with piercing knowledge on hand? otherwise I personally had a great experience

They were friendly. Everyone acknowledged our presence. I watched them clean their station thouroughly, twice(i had gone twice in one day; i had to go back for more!). They all came to talk to us and were laidpack people. They were informative over the phone. Quick to answer. I had been searching for a few days(sun,mon,tues) looking for a place that was open between the times 12pm-12am and was ready to give up until i was referred by a coworker. Glad i didnt give up. Cool peeps. Come here!
