As some who enjoys spiritual materialism, I have to say this one of the best shops Ive been too. Cutting through the surface level of things, this shop offers worship and ritual materials, books of occult knowledge, and things beyond compare. I recommend it to everyone whos in the area.

Very nice store, although theyre a bit judgy and unwelcoming if youre even a little awkward. I paused while considering if I should sign up for rewards and heard the cashier talking about it and laughing before I even exited the building. Youd think a witch store would be a little more open minded. Apart from that, I found a wonderful selection of tarot cards that no one offered to assist me in finding! 4 stars for being cute and having a variety of things. More welcoming behavior would have warranted a 5.

I had the most amazing experience at this shop, i went to look at the crystals and there was a very nice variety. I liked how pretty the crystals were, so much that i spend almost an hour looking through them and found the perfect ones for me. The staff was also very sweet and helpful. Overall i love the calm energy that i felt during my experience

I love the broad variety this metaphysical store has. From books to jewlery, beautiful card decks and spiritual tools. I was able to find a birthday gift for my mom. Official rating: 2.5I have recently started resonating with the teachings of Christian faith and wanted to see their selection on books and jewelry. I called and they said they had a good amount of things but all I saw was 3 or 4 shelves with books of writings on Christianity, no Bibles, and a scarce amount of jewelry (like crosses or bracelets). They had a few nice bronze statues of the Arcangel Michael and a really nice looking one of Christ. All in all this is much more of a New Age store with a selection of nice Hindu and spiritual jewelry, tarot cards, sage, and what looks like used paperback books sold at premium prices. They also have small healing stones that also seem a bit pricey. Not for me, but the spiritual journey is never what you expect and I can easily see a new spiritual seeker coming into this store and having a nice introduction to this life. I would not recommend this place to Christians but I can see how other people will like the store. Give it a shot. The worst that can really happen is you will leave the store empty-handed.Note: I would recommend they order books like The Red Sea Rules that can appeal to both practitioners of the Christian faith and also those who dont subscribe to Christianity per se. Its a great bridge. It opened me up to Christianity in a big way. I dont want to mislead anyone, they have an extensive selection of items but nothing I was really seeking. I would recommend books like The Power Of Now, A New Earth, The Four Agreements and so on but the condition of the books is better at Vromans on Colorado (for the same price as Alexandria II). Vromans have a decent selection, what they dont have they can probably order, and it is much less crowded. You really go to Alexandria II for the atmosphere and certain specialty items. You will know if this place is for you within a minute of walking into the store. 2.5 stars out of 5 for me but who knows... maybe not for you.

Re-edit: We came in tonight and Alexandria is a great place as usual but tonight there was an employee weve never come across and her name is Kaitlyn,such an amazing personality. As we walked past,while entering the store, Kaitlyn offered a childrens book for my daughter and graciously helped with all our questions and checkout. She also checked back with our daughter to see if she loved the book! I absolutely love,love great service and Kaitlyn has won our hearts. We appreciate all the employees greatness,but well look forward to seeing Kaitlyn again. we love,love this store.It has such a wide variety of items based around self. I buy the energy stones and give them as gifts to loved ones. The staff is always amazing and helpful. I ask questions and I get answers,like they actually help you find what you are looking for. I most definitely recommend this location. Weve bought books here thats not the regular stuff,its actually refreshing to get different options that are great. The prices here are amazingly reasonable.

Very nice store. The tarot decks are much more expensive here than online. You can find some tarot decks for almost 10$ less online. To compensate for this, the stones they sell are very affordable. Some places charge per size of the stone but Alexandria has a set price. The stones are less than $5 and most are 1.50. The staff are super helpful and they have a wide variety of decks.

4 stars for inaccurate information... rear door is not on the side of the building .. It’s in the back of the building... So walk to the back to enter since the directions are not accurate.. Nice shop got some really cool findings!!

The shop gets a solid 4 stars for their large body of supplies but this review is for the psychics. They dont tend to employ new ones but continue to use the same old ones year in and out. The psychics there seem to have a monopoly. We need accurate fresh blood here! I have to say after trying most of them out multiple times I have a very good sense of how accurate they are. So here is some advice when it comes to choosing a reader there. I have always felt those readers that focus on angels are the least accurate. I remember a particular african american reader who is no longer there that was very bright and good at what he did. I have never had any success with ambiki, who is florid in speech and scattered, all over the place. She was such a turn off I said Never again!. It appears that all of these readers arent very well read when it comes to an overall understanding of the psychic arts. They specialize in one field and dont bother continued education in other subject matters related to the paranormal. That is to their disadvantage as they ALL can stand improvement. They are also not well versed or knowledgeable about ET contact or ET phenomena, some even expressing a vague comment that this doesnt matter when it matters very much to the person asking the question. Another one expressed fear at the thought, and fearmongering shouldnt be present as thats ignorance. I thought that many of them (James, Courtney) ask too many questions instead of giving a cold reading, as a cold reading is WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE GIVING CLIENTS, and I am not paying someone who is asking ME questions, when they are psychic. Im also not looking for their opinion advice, but spirits advice. They should be able to give me great content without asking ME anything. I feel disappointment when they ask personal questions as it contaminates the reading. I also notice that on different days depending what goes on in their life, the reading will be very good and then on another day its just awful and not helpful at all. I feel Ive wasted my money. I am also questioning if late in the day appointments are accurate at all, as they have been reading all day by then and are burned out. I do think that they all possess some psychic ability, but arent as outstanding as they may think they are. Ive had no luck with Paula. I had a reading with Dennis and he basically spoke about my being fat, he didnt say it that way, but I thought it was inappropriate to hone in on that subject matter. It seems many of these psychics are like friends who are simply regurgitating what I have already told them. I really dont appreciate that at all, as they are supposed to be PSYCHIC.. and psychic phenomena is real. There is no reason to have to ask me ANY questions AT ALL if one is GREAT at what they do. I have had readings with Courtney and she tends to veer off into other subjects and suck up all the time in the reading. Im then left hungering for answers that arent answered because she has hogged the time & the reading with her anecdotes. Also her comments such as We will never know til we get there are said, and thats simply not true, there are ways to access a lot of information. When I ask her direct pointed questions, she seems not to be a specialist in that area and tells me this, and these are the answers I seek the most. When I ask these psychics who is around me, their answers are not specific or helpful. I am looking for an honest cold reading, as honest as my review. Lately Ive thrown my money away. I dont need to tell them one thing, they are supposed to be reading me. I also had readings with Jennifer, was super good one time, & horribly wretched the next, acting weird & moody which, of course, totally affected the accuracy of the reading. I couldnt believe the DIFFERENCE in the 2 readings, one being so successful, and the other one lousy as if she really didnt care to put any effort into it. These psychics are phoning it in, literally and figuratively and arent trying to better themselves at all.

Great Energy walked in yesterday got chills on my body. Went to purchase a Tarot Deck and was surprised by thE huge selection so many decks on hand that i actually took something i did not go looking for you can also see the cards before you purchase them Staff was amazing and very helpful ..Found my new home for my craft..Going back now to purchase what i went for originally .

Outstanding and knowledgeable staff. I went in looking for a large piece of blue kyanite and they found me exactly what I wanted. Their book selection is comprehensive and varied on a wide range of topics! They are currently following covid regulations so if you go, be patient and prepared to wait for entry if they are at capacity.

Crystals of all types, raw & polished, jewelry set in silver and copper; candles, cards, books; atmosphere is set with uplifting intensions. Each year Alexandria II helps me make Christmas. Books calendars candles jewelry and fine tonal instruments They have free Christmas wrap at the exit so I can wrap my gifts.

The staff was helpful and didnt rush my party of 4 even though there was a line outside. They gave us a 30 min limit which we maybe used 15 minutes of. The fact they didnt rush us and answered everyones questions was awesome!

Small selection. Felt rushed at the cashiers. Long line in the cold. Dont think some of the employees are educated enough to work as a sales clerk here, but maybe they can study more.Book selection is great thought!

Great stocks had everything I need. But the customer service wasn’t great. I am rather new to being awoken, and wish the staff were more willing to lend their knowledge and wisdom, but I was given one word answers. And I engaged with at least 3 staff members.

From the time I walked in to the time I left was about 15 minutes. He changed the battery on both watches and fixed the band on another. The Nixon manufacturer told me it would be over $100 and it would take a couple months, never again! The entire experience was excellent. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Amazing bookstore with the largest selection of Tarot cards Ive seen throughout SoCal. I love the way the decks are displayed - there are demo boxes you can open so you can experience the decks fully and the books. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. For disclosure I visited only one time in 2017.Now, Im only giving it 3 stars not saying its an awful shop nor its the greatest, Im giving it 3 stars based on the atmosphere that the shop had given me. I went in and not that I expected a greet or a welcome, but it would have been nice. I didnt felt welcome but I didnt mind, because I came in to purchase sage and price check on tarot cards and Im off.First of all, they have tons of stuff that I would have loved to collect and use daily for meditation. Fair prices I should say.I wandered deeper inside, and I dont know if one of the employees went back of the room to check on me, or it was just a coincidence, I just reminded myself that I dont feel welcomed here.I felt rushed a little bit, so I got my sage and headed to the cashier. Cashier seems indifferent, didnt really rush me nor showed any expression of contempt or anything. I guess I was just paranoid?All in all, I would have loved to come here again but months later, my scooter got stolen and my car was flooded during a storm. The sage did nothing! ...all it did was have people thinking I was smoking a joint.Oh, boy.Anyways, If I was a regular Im sure the atmosphere would be a lot different. There isnt any new age shop around other than Alexandria.
