My favorite store in the world. I love to read and I still enjoy turning pages. I do read a lot of electronic books, but there are still ones that should only be read from physical pages. Plus they carry some really pretty books that look great on the shelf.

I really enjoy the current layout, it makes things feel more open, and comfortable, and it flows nicely. There is a good selection across many genres of books, as well an non literature items. I particularly like their puzzle selection. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. I really enjoy shopping here.

I love that book store. They have book categories for evryones types of book subject. They have dvds,cds, audio books, a huge childrens section. The workers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They also have the largest magazine assortment that i have ever laid eyes on. Go check them out, be sure to stay at least an hour to get the true feel of the place.

They changed the layout of the store and it is really simple and easy to find the categories you are looking for.

They moved everything around so it took a good minute to adjust to the new set up. Very few floor employees so didnt ask for help. Cashiers were friendly and helpful. Wish they would bring back sitting areas and the more comfortable feel. I dont know who is overpaying for Legosand other toys there, but that whole section could go and I wouldnt cry about it.

The Associates are friendly and helpful . The store has an inviting feel .I will be back

Always like coming here. The people are nice. Place is always quiet. They have a Starbucks. Great book store. And always have good books to buy.

Clean, helpful staff always pleasant to browse, but it has not had some of the political books i was looking for recently.

Not only one of my go to places for Prince Rogers Nelson items, but a wonderland for cds, dvds, vinyl records/music, ebooks, books, magazines, Bibles, novelties, toys, Legos, puzzles, Bernie babies, funkopops, gifts, snacks, book markers, stationary, etc..

My experience at B & N isalways like being a kid in a candy store. My only problem is its like having a sugar addiction. I tell myself that Im only going in a get the book Im looking for. Then I leave, much later, with an additional book(s). I have no discipline!!! 😅🤣😂

Had a pleasant time at this location. The service was helpful & cozy quiet time when reading. Only downside was they didnt carry the books I was originally coming for.

Was told I could return online purchases in store, so I proceeded to do so, upon return I was told they couldn’t reimburse my original payment method and that it would have to be a gift card, when their online policy clearly states otherwise. If they had the books in store it would be one thing, but they do not, and I don’t wish to try a game of roulette again with damaged books. I decided I would purchase them again from a retailer I could trust to safely ship them. The books were thrown into a lose cardboard mailer, not even a box, and all were damaged upon arrival. Now my only option is to return them by mail which will cost me $20 to ship them back. I will never give Barnes and noble my patronage ever again, this has been some of the most atrocious customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I genuinely thought a company like Barnes and noble would ship their items safely, but it’s actually worse Amazon. I’d suggest avoiding B&N all together and give you business to a company who stands by there service.

Lots of LEGO at the B&N in Pasadena!! The aisle was messy, so it was kind of hard to find some of the new sets 😒. They did have the Harry Potter sets on a Harry Potter table though, and some good clearance as well.

I loved coming here when I was little. This store intrigued me to begin reading. It’s like turning the internet inside out. Whatever you need to know there’s a book waiting to be open. I like this bookstore because it has a starbucks. The children’s reading section had a lot less toys to play and mess with. However I think it’s best to focus on the reading rather than the toys. They do sell novelties with gifts and gags. Books for life!

I love that they still offer DVDs & CDs! Found a great sale on some DVDs, too. Store was clean & organized!

Good selection, employees are nice and try to help when they can. Chief complaint isnt as much a complaint as an observation: this store is much smaller than other Barnes & Nobles Id been to. Not to say the store or selection is small, its a very large bookstore, but smaller than a normal Barnes & Noble store.

I Love the service, however, I am greatly disappointed that they do not have the complete wycliffe bible, or a book on his biography, sense without his efforts there would be no other bible to read at all today if it were not for his efforts, and as a general store of book you should be much more broader in your religious section than just Christianity, there so much more, and there was hardly anything for the jewish faith as far as bibles.

Nice selection of books, journals, games, workbooks, small hobbie boxes and learning material for all ages. Has a Starbucks cafe, staff was informative and helpful.

This store has always been clean and well organized. I ordered books for my son online and was worried it would take a while to pull the order since it was a birthday gift. They were very quick and the order was ready within the hour. However, I ordered it to be gift wrapped and a card, neither were done. But was still impressed with the speed and accuracy.

Employees were sweet, and helpful!. Restrooms needed cleaning. Otherwise was a good experience.

Absolutely splendid visit here! They staff were super helpful and friendly as well as very knowledgeable of most all my inquiries! Very pleased that they had a book I read many years ago and wished to read once more! Certainly advise giving them a visit to browse around the delightful collection!

Pretty typical and nice B&N. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, but only one employee asked if he could help us. I was sad that there werent any chairs, but I am inferring that this is due to COVID19.Overall, a great store, which should be visited, especially if you miss the tactile fun of actually physically looking at booka before buying them.

I spoke with an employee and supplied him with title, genre and author. He briskly walked to a location i had passed several times and pulled my book! The book was recommended by a friend. It was great..i could barely put it down!

Great store for reading and gifts. Needed a book for grandson woth beginning interest in rocks and was able to find a niche e selection that was appropriate. Coffee too.!

Really great staff. Very friendly and helpful every time Im there. Really broad selection. I always find something interesting, even though I dont read that much now. Prices are what youd expect, but the bargain finds are fun. Dont know anything about the coffee shop inside though. Not my thing.

A place for people that are fond of books and manga though the manga selection is mostly of the popular series and not random gems. Recommend this place if you are looking to buy books or manga and comics as well. this place also has board games and card games so if you are into that you can also try this place.

Always a good experience

Management is so so disrespectful. I ordered online recently and it had a curbside option so I called and asked them to bring my order out politely. They very disrespectfully talked to the person picking up the books, gave us no bag, singled out my friend picking up the books in the store, and just embarrassed themselves. It was very rude service for a simple misunderstanding.

They have a good selection of manga, and anytime I visit they always have something new

Barnes and Nobles will have to be one of my favorite places to go to buy books. They always have really good deals on the books. Another thing that I really like is that they have a Starbucks in there. Which that is very helpful for whenever you are going to read a book there or meet with friends to study.Also another thing that I like is I get a teacher discount so thats really awesome it helps a lot also whenever theyre checking out .Highly recommend

Love going to Barnes and Noble. There are many treasures in this neatly organized store, so much more than books. A visit there is always worth your time. Such a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere.

Love it here! This is my go-to study place and I spent several college years studying here. The atmosphere is very peaceful and welcoming. And the employees at the cafe are always friendly and remember their customers. I’ll continue spending time at Barnes & noble.

My favorite book store. I was at book club tonight. I have been exposed to books i wouldnt normally read and have found I liked the choices. I enjoy the book discussions. It is a small group, too bad more people didnt go.

A wonderful setting. Sometimes I like to just go into a B&N just to sit and read my own books, or draw. Plus their cafe is good.
