Rush jobs. Last time they sewed a leather jacket sleeve and sent us home with the inner lining cut open still. Okay, it was overlooked they say. So we bring in the jacket for work on the other sleeve and to repair the inner lining they failed to stitch back up. Also brought a pair of boots the woman I talked to said they would have to sew them instead of glue (I can now tell this was an up sale). She says they will look good, Im hesistant but I left the boots. They called yesterday that they were ready. I come in today and low and behold, had to ASK them to glue the inner sole of my boot before I left. Seems a lot gets over looked here. You would think theyd take more precautions when doing a repair and not cut into the heel and scratch it up. They tried to tell me the scratches were already there. Again, to me seems like rush jobs. And my grandfather repaired shoes in Mexico, I can tell this service was terrible. Basically told me they wouldnt refund me while I was unhappy with their services. Bad customer service as well. The owner refused any resolution and said these looked good. Yeah on what planet.... Ill happily take my money elsewhere. Plenty in the area. What bugged me the most besides their rush jobs, calling for you to pick up an incomplete service, was after everything they stand there after your complaint and look at you like yeah so what? Thats it? No resolution???? Pass! go elsewhere.

This is a vintage 1980’s coach case and it looked that old with a broken handle. They are miracle workers. Can barely see the repair and the case looks great. All very reasonably priced and fast!!!!

I had 2 pair of boots repaired. Excellent. Looks brand new. They also have a nice selection of boots and belts. Reasonable price for all. Friendly and helpful. Love the place.

Very hit & miss with the quality of their workmanship asked for a riding heel and a dye ended up with boots with racing stripes and the same heels, upon picking them up I pointed out the heels were not what we discussed she grabbed them and “fixed” them even after I said not to worry...where is that customer service everyone so raves about

First off I asked if they could make a custom belt on 2/07/2018. They asked how I wanted it. I showed them pictures, in reference to what I wanted. They said they could fulfill such a request. Three weeks was the timeline I was given. So I called at the three week mark... They lost my receipt. They ask me for the same information that was gathered in the store over the phone. They send me a picture of the belt, it looks nothing like the belt I requested. Me being unsatisfied, I told them they needed to make another. Two months from the purchase date, they complete the belt. Still not what I wanted but close enough. So they mail it to me being that I’m in Corpus Christi now due to employment. The belt has no stain, swallows me, and is just hideous. The manager offers to fix and tells me no refunds on custom work. I told her there has to be exceptions. Especially considering my circumstances. She said no I’m sorry I can fix it and give you a visa gift card . Might I add, shipping was on my dime and that it would be reimbursed Needless to say, there’s $250 I won’t get back!

Pasadena Custom Boots & Shoe Repair did a very professional job resoling my boots and they are as good as new! The staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products and services. They also have a very nice selection of work boots, dress boots, exotic boots, and kids boots at some unbeatable prices. I wish that I known about their deals on boots before I had purchased an expensive pair elsewhere because I could have gotten 3 pairs of boots for the price that I paid somewhere else. This place is good!

I took 2 leather belts with buckles, asked them to duplicate the belts using the same buckles. Picked up the belts that were not duplicates, left them & picked them up a few days later & they still didn’t look right. When I spoke with the owner he made an excuse & tried to explain the difference between “piel” & “vaqueta”! Now he won’t return my calls. What a waste of time & money.

Drop off a pair off boots for shine earlier in the day, went to pick them up before closing and they still didn’t touch it, they rushed tru it quick and didn’t do a good job, even charged me extra.

I payed 300$ to have some custom shoes done. after repeatably asked the owner if he could do it . i made the payment almost 3 wks later they are apparently ready i go to pick them up. and the shoes were HORRIBLE. one shoe was bigger than the other one. the heals were not as we had discussed. after i told the owner that i was unhappy. he was not willing to give me my money back. $300 down the drain

I had a pair of leather boots and my zipper was crooked. They fixed it and cleaned my boots. It was only $13. Thats a fantastic price for fixing a perfect pair of boots.

I would recommend if you have any leather goods or shoe repair. Reasonably priced with great service. Not to mention fast. I came in not knowing what to expect and was treated with kind respectful service. They reheeled and cleaned my boots in less than a day for next to nothing.

Hortible customer service. Bait and switch on their prices. Buyer beware! I took them a pair of boots to get re soled. My boots had a very small hole. I asked if the hole could be fixed because if not then no reason to re sole the boots. They assured me it wouldnt be a problem. I pick my boots up and they looked good. I could barely notice the small patch job they did. 2 days later the patch job failed and the small hole was back. I took my boots back to them and instead of fixing it they sewed ostrich boots shut. What a joke!

Took 2 pairs of shoes thursday and they said saturday will be ready i waited till today and they were not ready they made me wait after work 1 hr and when they gave me the shoes they were not even shine or nothing and i paid almost $70 for a heal replacement and the other pair stitching. So disappointed on how they dont even clean ur shoes after they finish with the.

I researched boot repair shops in the Houston area, and Pasadena Custom Boots received consistently good marks. Its a little shop in an older section of Pasadena. They do everything from simple $20 repairs to $1000 custom boots. I picked up a pair of Lucchese Kangaroo boots on Ebay with severely scuffed toes. The shop quoted a price of $20 for gluing the loose flaps of surface leather back down, recoloring the area, then buffing it out. I thought it was very reasonable, but having seen their custom work in the shop, I asked about covering the scuffed toes with a different type of leather to both protect and add a unique look. While I originally thought Stingray or Shark may be the best choice, they didnt have any on hand (and the price of Stingray is very high). After looking through a large box of odds and ends of several types of leathers, including lizards, ostrich, kangaroo, and other smooth leathers, I found a small piece of brown elephant.Unfortunately, to install the wingtip, the entire sole and heel would also have to be replaced, but the end result would be a virtually new boot. Also the price of $170 was considerably higher than the simple $20 repair, I was assured the results would be worth it. I was then surprised when I was told the boots would be ready in 4 days.Although the original boots were a very nice Black Cherry color in good condition except for the toes, I was very pleased when I picked them up. The brown elephant had been dyed to the Black Cherry color, shaped, and sewn beautifully to the toes. Not only were they virtually new, they were truly unique Luccheses. Needless to say, I would recommend Pasadena Boot to anyone for either a simple repair or a custom boot or shoe.

Went in a good year ago for my OG CONCORD 11 and they fixed and reglued my bottom soles GOING AGAIN FOR SURE FOR MY OG SPACE JAMS NEXT . Customer service was the best and it only took one day to fix my shoes . BEST PLACE TO FIX ANY SHOES AND BOOTS !!!! Keep up the good work guys
