Worst customer service went in and out! The lady there is so rude and its cash only which she didnt bother to mention even though I called ahead.

It was a little difficult to locate, it’s a small shop. But the interior is of high quality. I stop by to purchase vitamins and supplements. They were very helpful and nice. And I love that they actually answered the phone and have extended hours. Great customer service.

This little boot shop is amazing. They have some of the best prices on lucchese boots Ive ever seen. The owner is very nice and very easy to talk to. Its a cozy little store but has a surprising amount of merchandise well-placed and easy to look at. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

I had a terrible experience with the lady behind the counter. I was looking to supplements and asked the lady behind the counter what she would recommend and results after taking the supplements. She responded that I should just look at the website. That all my questions would be answered there.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! She didn’t even bother to look me in the eyes, was very monotone, and looked like she had better things to do than making a sale at their business !!! I will never be purchasing from here.I have been looking at supplement products and finally decided to buy the starter kit and not to wait for it to be mailed to me, I went to the store with sales authorized by Soy Regia. The store I went to was the El Toro Boots store in Pasadena, Tx. The lady has no sales manners. I had a question about what she could recommend and she answered that she will look at your page. That is not the way to treat any customer with intent to buy. He didnt even look me in the eye and he looked with the intention of not working.
