They did an okay job at best. Only vacuumed the front floor and that wasn’t done very well. Half washed the windows with a squeegee but didn’t wipe them so they’ll need to be redone. Also Dripped oil on the paint and didn’t clean it up

I arrived to be greeted by a very nice man - no mask. No one in the shop had masks on. There were several young women with kids/babies - no masks on. I waited outside just wish I would have been warned that my health (& their’s) is not a priority.

Out of all the places I have gone for a simple oil change, Ive never had one take only 20 minutes after pulling up. Highly professional and very friendly. I dont know the name of the guy who did the work but he came in and asked if I was wanting a new air filter. The fact they involve the customer while they work is amazing because youre given info on the spot and not a day later. Highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again.

My 1st choice when getting my oil changed. Im adept enough to be able to do all the other (wipers, air filter, etc. ) maintenance to my van, but its too messy and time consuming to do my own oil, which is why I leave it to the experts. I arrived to get an oil change and noticed no posted sign asking for customers to wear a mask. When I arrived, all employees in the shop had masks under their chins.About 15 min after my car was taken back for service, I was asked by a female employee to please wear a mask. I asked why I was being asked to wear one even though there is no Maryland Mask Mandate and no posting at the shop. She advised me that the owner is demanding everyone wear masks.Understanding that this is not this employees decision, I advised her that I would grab a mask but would no longer be taking my business here until their personal mask mandate is lifted. There are more than enough businesses in the area that want my money and are not forcing me to wear a mask.

During this visit. They Provided great service. The employees were very respectful and got the job done in a timely manner even though they were busy.

I have been bringing my car to Jiffy Lube of Pasadena for a very long time. They take care of my oil change while I am having my hair cut nearby. They also vacuum the interior of my car, which was particularly dirty this time because I had not done it recently and now it looks so much better.

I really hate getting any work done on my vehicles because every place try to ram unwanted/unneeded products at me. I was absolutely ecstatic that not one service or product was pushed on me. Very happy with my experience here the other day. Came in for a oil change, and they asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I asked if they thought I needed one and they honestly answered “no, it looks fine.”. This is the kind of service that will have me recommending this location to people. They cared more about the service instead of trying to suck the money out of my pocket. Plus the staff was so friendly and the service was quite fast. Very impressed.

I came on a Wednesday rushour and it took only 20 minutes for an oil change. The workers are very nice and arent pushy.

From the moment I arrived everyone was so welcoming. I didnt have to wait long but the waiting room had coffee and a tv. The attendant that serviced my car was very nice and didnt push me to have services I couldnt afford at the time but went over everything with me. The woman inside that rung me up was super friendly and offered to put a sticker on my car reminding me when I needed to come back. I also had a coupon which made the price better than expected. I will definitely be coming back to this location, the customer service was superb!

I come here all the time to get my oil changed. Usually everyone is super nice and eager to say hi. Today I go to get my oil changed and I was excited because there was no wait. When I walked inside after pulling up to the lane the lady behind the desks was sleeping. I startled her when I walked in and sat down. After she woke up she asked what I needed and I said I just needed an oil change, after that she laid her head back down for awhile until the car before me was done and the guys brought her the keys. The guy changing my oil and talking to me was so nice and so sweet. I was just shocked to find someone sitting at a front desk sleeping!!

Just wanted an oil changed and they ended up charging me for all these unneeded things by choosing the highest package. I have a brand new car I didn’t need diagnostics. Also claimed to fill up my tire pressure to 36 PSI, my car displays individual tire pressures that they didn’t know about and they read 30/28 PSI. Went back and they inflated them but didn’t apologize just pointed fingers at one another. Also didn’t reset my oil meter. It’s not about being nice it’s about doing the service correctly. Highly recommend you do not come here.

Very fast and friendly service. However people need to understand that they are not trying to sell you extra stuff. That is their job. Its called preventive maintenance. I personally like that they check everything. Cheaper than my mechanic.

We went in for an oil change about a month ago and the place is clean and friendly. DONT be fooled by this place, please beware! The place was fast and the oil was drain, but they DID NOT replace the oil. We have been driving with no fluids for a month. We took our vehicle to the local mechanic and paid over $200.00 for damages.

I had an oil change done earlier this month but had an issue with a leak. I went back today and spoke to the manager, Justin Benedict. He was so professional and willing to make it right. I was upset but Justin took care of the problem easily. Thank you Justin and Jiffy Lube. Ive been going to this Jiffy Lube for several years without any problems. Ill go back because they wanted to fix my problem and make me feel at ease.

Stopped by today to get a simple oil change Was told they closed in 10 minutes. I understand it was almost closing time however there was one full bay open. If that wasn’t bad enough, the employee told me they don’t get paid after 3pm. Horrible customer service.

MC manages this place and man, his crew is fast, efficient and nice! Darius met me as I pulled up and greeted me beautifully. The basic oil change included vacuuming my car, cleaning my windows and of course they checked my tires, topped off other fluids, etc. The synthetic oil change cost about $80. So worth it cuz it was so fast! 10 minutes and they were all done! Highly recommend!

I usually change my own oil but due to being busy I stopped by jiffy lube. Had a decent experience here. It was fairly quick. My only negative impression on the day I had my oil changed was it was $70 to change the oil in my civic, I thought that was very pricey.Fast forward 5,000 miles, I go to change my oil at home and find out that they stripped the plug bolt so its difficult to get a wrench on, then I cannot get it out because it seems they pounded the bolt in with an air tool. I would definitely not go here, as now I have to take my car to a shop and pay to get the plug removed and a new one put on.

The people at this Jiffy Lube are incredibly ignorant when it comes to people with diseases and disabilities who are on able to bend or even care for themselves the people that work here made my dying father who has stage four cancer change his entire. He would not have to change the tire however when Jiffy Lube was filling the tire they feel too much and broke the stem off which then created too much air coming out instead of taking the tire off that The back which is very simple they forced my dad out my dad paid no thank you no manners just passing ass I will be calling corporate and something will be done about this. all I can say is imagine it was your parent who is slowly dying losing muscle mass losing the color of their skin and they’re able to get away by driving and listening to their favorite music so loud it drowns out their own thoughts and feelings of how they’re going to die soon and they treat him this way this is unacceptable and extremely heartless
