The quick lane service department has the best service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. The two service advisers that I met, Tammy and Hunter, were very professional. When I went in for an oil change, Tammy was patient enough to fully explain my pre-paid maintenance plan (since it is overly complex IMO) and she even got me a great price on new tires. When the tires arrived from the warehouse I came back to the dealership to have them put on my truck. Since Tammy was in the area, she was nice enough to stop by the dealership on her day off to make sure I was taken care of. Hunter ensured I got great service when I arrived to get the tires put on the truck. He even stayed after his shift to wait until the job was complete. Great job Mac Haik!

Quicklane had the best deal on Goodyear tires on internet and in Houston, if you need vehicle tires, this is the place to come. You wont be disappointed. In and out pretty fast, if you do wait bring a book or phone and relax in their waiting area. Staff is very courteous and friendly, they will explain all aspects of your transaction and even check over your vehicle for maintenance issues. Good Job Quicklane see you again next time!

Horrible!!! They tried to charge an additional $3000 difference from the price that is listed for on the internet 🤔 talking about re conditioning fees and some extra charge for people stealing cars off of their lots since Covid. I believe someone is trying to get an additional bonus on top of her bonus for selling the car. I have never heard of that. Normally when you are coming with cash you can get a better asking price. Not with them I guess

Had a noon appointment for oil change and tire rotation. An hour and a half later Im still waiting. When I first complained after an hour of my car not moving I asked why. They told me they lost the ticket. Unacceptable. Well they did apologize and didnt charge me.

I arrived at 4:50PM last Friday, for 10,000 mile service. Kayla Mahan and Jamie Seymour provided EXCELLENT customer service. They made sure the required service was preformed and replaced my missing tire lock. Felt a lot safer driving out of the parking lot. Thank you.

I called to make an appointment and basically was told that even if I make an 8am appointment; for Thursday or Friday, they would not guarantee me to get in and out. I was told I could drop off my vehicle at 2pm on Thursday and they would do their best to have it done by 5pm. I just need a simple oil change on my truck. I will continue to drive to Planet Ford in Spring to get my vehicle serviced vs using this location that is 5 minutes from my office.

Trying to schedule an oil change here is a nightmare!! No one ever answers the phone so you have to leave a message, but no one ever returns your call, even after leaving multiple messages for over a 2 week period. Forget about just going in without an appointment because you will be turned away or end up waiting for 3+ hours to be fit into the schedule. Dont bother trying to schedule anything online, because youll end up getting multiple calls from one of their Salespersons trying to sell you a new car instead of a call from the Quicklane Department about scheduling you for an oil change. This happens every time (every 5000 miles) Ive had my oil changed for the past 3 years. I only use this location because its the closest Ford Quicklane to where i live. Horrible service here.

Showed up today after 5pm (they close at 6pm) and they turned me away. The lady at the front desk says they stop taking vehicles at 5pm. Ok, then you don’t close at 6pm you close at 5pm. I’ve had my Super Duty serviced here at the QuickLane at least 3 times before. Every time the wait has been nearly double what they say. They rotated my tires and didn’t reset the pressures. The only reason I come here is it’s on the way to work and I like to use genuine Ford parts. Don’t waste your time and money at this dealer’s QuickLane.

Went there today was denied a simple oil change. Got there at 2:05pm. The slow girl that was working didnt have a clue stating to me that the cut off time for an oil change was 2pm even though they are open til 3 PM. If you are a business and have hours you should stick to them. Laziness is inexcusable. That girl working there had no clue what she was doing. I waited there for 10 to 15 mins before she even asked me what I needed then denied.. Forget this place it sucks..never will be back thanks for nothing

Walk in oil change was okay but why in tarnations do the people who work here have to be so inappropriate?! Last time I was here the girl told me all about how anything beyond the base model is a stupid purchase and the purchasers were idiots... I drive a nicely equipped vehicle, so I didnt come back. Today the guy scoffed at and scolded me for not returning in 70k+ miles. I wont be back.

I have taken my work truck here but this time they have taken too much time to change just calipers its been there since friday and today Monday still working on it

My service was not completed on time... Communication decrease when they fell behind schedule, before then, they had great.

Disappointed that I had to upgrade and spend more money that I wanted to, just because of an inventory discrepancy, otherwise a great visit as always!
