The staff member who worked with me was extremely knowledgeable about the products and helped me choose the right device for me and I love it. I quit smoking cigarettes and only vape now. Great shop, great purchase.

Vape Stores seem all to be very small in the US. Some liquids, but small selection. No exchange parts for a common Crown 4 Vaporizer, no liquid tasting. Well... if you just need some juice its fine

Rick and the rest of the staff are awesome. Help me with devices Ive bought at other stores - no questions asked! Theyve never charged me for helping me getting my device up and working or installing a new coil for me (so I always tip them generously). Fair prices and awesome service!!!

They dont have a wide selection of mods or juices and they dont mix any juices. Went for a coil and they didnt have a match. Its really expensive. They do have a cool looking dome bunker shape building though...unique.

Great place for vaping needs. They have different eliquids Ive tried and some new brands 1st time seeing. I like the historic building and uniqueness. Great staff friendly, and helpful.

Good staff but not a lot of options

Most expensive place I ever been. They charge for 60 ml reds juice 26 dollars plus tax. So its about 30 bucks! Average price for this juice is 18-20$ so they 50% overcharge

I drove in from out the city to their small location to see their juice selections and or recommendations on whats popular in the area. Not much effort or experience on sales or suggestions. I asked if they had samples on some of their popular juices and they offered me a mod with a dry or burned coil. Of all the shops Ive attended, this is so far the only shop to ask me to take off the drip tip of my mod to try theirs, when the other shops had disposable tips for you to try and take. One guy holding the shop down, but had no attempt to sell anything. At the end of my 10 minute visit, I came out with nothing but some bad unicorn bottles. To be open for about three years(they say), Im not sure whats keeps them going since the kid there made no effort to even thank me for my business. On to the next one, I guess.

Very limited flavors and nicotine strength!

I initially went to Vape Mastaz because my usual spot I hit was out of the Kanthal gauge I was looking for.I walked in and the vibe of the spot clicked with me instantly: turntables, various toys, mods and other vape essentials and the service was very disarming, informative and transparent (Nick was cool enough to admit that he didnt have much experience in a certain area...and the honesty was appreciated). After discussing sub-ohm vaping, vape safety and a variety of build techniques they set me up with some 28 gauge Kanthal and a couple of their pre-rolled, pre-oxidized 400 Stainless Steel mesh sticks. I came home and with what I got at VM and some Eco Wool I already owned built a pretty nice 4 wrap coil (eco wool over ss mesh) that is reading at 1.11 ohms and Im SUPER hype!The retail space is small and there wasnt any sitting room, but the spot is still pretty fresh and worth checking out if you dont wanna drive to Alhambra, San Gabriel or any other southern San Gabriel Valley city for vape needs. Nothing wrong with those cities, it just feels good to have some quality vape joints up this way in Pasadena!Thanks, fellas!Peace.
