I always go to get Walmarts chicken they fry in the deli I love it however it always smells like the oil they fry it in smells either burned or old .. and doesnt taste very good but Im not picky because I love Fried chicken so much I just wish they may work on changing the oil more often .. it be really nice !

The guy with the green hair was tremendously sweet!! 💚💚 we didn’t quite get his name but there was this older man who was falling and dosing off outside of his car in the parking lot.. and we seen him and didn’t think anything of it going inside at the time! So when we was leaving a good 20-30 mins we notified the Walmart worker who does the carts and he went to go take care of him!!! We wanted to thank him and to let everyone know he was really sweet and nice of taking care of this older man!! We hope he’s okay

The Walmart on Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena, is always stocked, clean, and Welcoming. I love it. There are others to go to. But i prefer this one. I apologize no photos.

First time at this walmart. Very organized store. No long lines.

In the middle of the day 0 registers open only self check out. Problem is they dont even have all the self checkout stations open. I asked if they were broken (which would be understandable) but the employee said they couldnt have all of them open..... Walmart doesnt care about these reviews but if you can go to a different one Id try your luck there.Update: as we have gotten back to normal still the most incompetent Wal-Mart in South East Texas. Avoid this place at ALL cost.

I dont know if they have an operations manager or not. I have being shopping here for 6months because its close to my house. Its sad to say none of the floor pricing is right. I thought it was just the food department but its clothes, cigs and several other areas. I have to walk around with my phone out as a scanner to do price checks. Several veggies are spoiled or past the date of sale to where they are giving off an odor. Gave 1 star because couldnt think of any thing good but today in the ladies clearance area was able to find a 1.00$ pair of jeans and some shorts. Even though they were on a rack for 7.00 and had tags for 15. So got both items for cheaper then what was advertised. The rest was either missing tags, stained or clearly not a clearance item. They need to redo shelve prices and do a major RECOVERY OF ALL AREAS

Clean and well stocked store with good prices and friendly and helpful staff. Indoor McDonalds was a lifesaver for a quick pick-me-up that was fresh and hot and affordable. Husband and I enjoyed our shopping and eating at this location!

Shopping here is always easy when one only buys what we originally can to get.

I ordered the heavy duty containers to move in a few days, had them delivered because they wont fit in my car. I ordered 6 of them and was supposed to get lids too at 10 a piece! When the driver arrived, I only had 6 containers and 3 lids! I am NOT HAPPY with my order at all! No one called to tell me and then on the site it shows a picture of two totes, price and everything for the price. False advertising! I should get 12 containers! I spent 7.95 to have them delivered and almost 100.00 for it all!

The Walmart on Fairmont in Pasadena is my go to when you want anything home. I have to say that I haven’t had any problems going on and getting stuff. Associates are kind and always willing to help. My kids love the toys selections and I like that there fishing supplies stay stocked. I did notice that the tires where almost all gone yesterday. I did purchase my black yard mulch there it was really priced at a can’t leave without it bargain.

They have good deal on clearance items. Outside parking lot had the lights off so it was really dark.

Bad service they never answer their calls I just want to ask a question super bad service

This location has gotten cleaner and more efficient than ever! Im not sure if I was lucky, or if this is the norm from now on. They had plenty of cashiers, the place was stocked well compared to a few others Ive been to lately. Im not sure if management had a change or heart, but whatever it is, I was happy. I hope this is more consistent than it was before. 🙂

Poor training. Rude girl wanted to accuse my brother from stealing and didn’t even go the correct way she went straight to being rude. You can’t Assume and think it’s okay. Manager said it wasn’t her first time having a problem with a customer. Can’t even laugh with family without being accuse of stealing. Never again would I be coming to this Walmart!

Security lady screamed from the door to the posts when she saw me walking at 10:55 that “Walmart is closed” meanwhile other customers were still in there shopping. I just needed a can of similac to feed my baby and that was it! So upset that she wouldn’t let me in even though it was still business hours!!!!

I use pick up and I highly recommend it as you can order a lot of th things and you pick the time and they do the rest. Ive used it ever since my husband mentioned to me as I was worn out after shopping this was more than 2 years ago. Last helper was Joseph, Jacob, Allen, and they were each doing a fantastic job and asked me for my preferences etc. Love, love love and cant recommend more.

Never enough employees to help.Many items stacked and blocking prices, but mostly prices not labeled on shelf. That goes for all departments. What was once a priority, now long gone. Vegetable plants withered in soil that was bone dry. I was told the store gets credit for the plants that dont sell. How about not killing them. Its only 💦🌊water. How hard is that?The good part of the store is that I was able to leave when Id seen enough and that I have HEB and LOWES to take on my business.

This place was a madhouse! My purpose of going to Walmart this time was for school supplies, and they did not have half of the list that was required for my childs school in stock. The Isles were ransacked and supplies were on the floors in the wrong place not the right type or brand that was needed it was just complete chaos luckily I was able to go to HEB and to my surprise they had everything on the list for my childs school supplies and at a much cheaper price.

No problems this time but of course Im not trying to exchange anything with a receiptLOL

Fitting rooms STILL closed, sometimes. Buying something only to have to return it cause it doesnt fit is such a Hassel. They say its to do their part to help stop the spread of covid but I was unaware covid has Tuesdays off so the fitting rooms can open 🙄

Had a checkout girl run to my buggy and start pointing out items I supposedly missed according to her. But my girl has a food stamp card and it doesnt pay certain items so I always checkout with 2 receipts, separate items. I had to tell the clerk that her implying we were trying to steal items was wrong and to get back in her own space and out of ours.

Everyone I passed working there was on their cellphone. If you asked them for help they acted like it wasnt part of their job to help customers. Was there at 11 am only two lanes open 1 self check out area and all were backed up. Wanted to by my papi a large chair and grill but couldnt find help for the larger items. So we left!!😒

Walmart is constantly trying to corral us but not ring sacking and checking ourselves out. 15 registers and never any open. The lines in self checkout are extremely long and NOT DESIGNED FOR LARGE BASKET CHECKOUTS. several occasions Ive had to leave my items and walk out. I no longer go to Walmart. Never ever any new products same ole same ol every day.

Best eyebrow threading ever inside the nail salon inside Walmart I was even directed to a certain aisle where I can find a certain mix chemicals in the forms of shampoos and conditioners to maintain my brow look. Hey look here honey if theres one thing I know brow is the place to go inside Walmart inside the nail salon.

Customer service was great but, the long lines @12 noon isnt convenient when you are on your 30 minute lunch break.

2 hours to get an oil change? Absolutely idiocy! They had no place to wait except stand there. To finish a disaster - the oil change technician came in, dropped off the paperwork and keys and left without saying a word. I happened to see him drive up and told the cashier mine was ready.I will never use the Fairmont Walmart automotive again.

Amazing grocery pickup, really nice people. Took a while for them to update the EBT card reader but other than that they have done really well. When something is not in stock they do really well at replacing. They have been getting quicker too! Takes less than 30 min now when i go! Nobody has to get off. They come to your window and confirm it’s you and they put everything you ordered in your car! Awesome service.

I placed over $200.00 grocery order for delivery and received someone else’s order, when I called Walmart.con they said a manager would call me. Which never happened I called every department and no one answers ever. After an hour of calling someone answered and then got hung up on. I have called and called til it just hangs up. I guess that is how the owners of Walmart got RICH by stealing peoples money. I will try TARGET from now on maybe I will have better luck.. Walmart sucks!!!!!

I came to this location looking for an inexpensive phone for my boyfriend to use and Andy and Vixlery in the electronic department were amazing. I was still pregnant at the time and it was becoming too hot for me and without me asking Andy pointed the fan at me and brought it closer. We really needed a working phone for my boyfriend to use while I was in the hospital having my baby but it was a little too over our budget and Andy helped cover what we could not. They both knew I was pregnant and were so sweet and understanding of what we came into the store looking for. They both helped us out with a good, inexpensive, working phone. We were very satisfied with their customer service.

It surprised me how little inventory this massive store has. Only bagged lettuce, poor selection of steaks, chick part only in large packs and a small selection of pie fillings, I had to search for English muffins and no Plum smart. That is a godsend to us older people. The staff is friendly and helpful but us old people dont need to have 4 leg quarters and 10 chicken thighs.

Terrible! Wanted to purchase 2 rocking chairs and when I asked for help getting them down from the top shelf I was literally told good luck by an employee. He said it was too late at night and nobody was there that could help me.
