This place is special. Wonderful selection of comics and graphic novels. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The owner of the shop (I wish I had asked for his name) was warm, patient, passionate and welcoming. I had a female friend with me who had experienced some toxic comic book shop environments in the past and she felt safe and respected. That meant a lot to me as well. So glad I visited from out of town and so excited to read my haul. I shall return!

Amazing Comicbook shop! I went here for the mangas and they had a HUGE selection of mangas. They had for all generes. They even had some horror manga. The cashier was super nice too! I ended up only buying Tokyo Ghoul Volume One. This is my new manga destination. I 100% recommend. Its even alphabetically organized!

This place is a great comic shop if you are only looking new comics. They dont have many old comics. The oldest comics that they have is a few weeks. They have a great selection of Funko Pops if you are into that. A few figures that are decently priced. Mostly DC collectibles, Marvel Select, and some statues. The employees are very nice and really good to talk to. Just wish they had more older comics in shop and a bigger selection of action figures.

Ive been to most comic book stores in SGV and a good chunk of Burbank, Glendale and Hollywood, and they all pale in comparison to Comics Factory. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. Comics Factory is my LCS. I live in Burbank and I drive to Pasadena on every new comic book day.The guys that work here are some of the best people I have ever met. Kind, friendly, nice, and they are always looking to make sure you are happy and satisfied. I always felt like more than just a customer here.Comics Factory has an excellent selection of comic books, trade paperback, and graphic novels. They also have a huge selection of Funko Pops, Manga, and other merchandise. Comic book genres range from Indie books such as Something is Killing the Children to your big two DC and Marvel Comics. I visited nearly all the comic book stores in Los Angeles County and I havent found a comic book store with a better variety and selection of comic books than Comics Factory. And it continues to expand as they have a large space.Whether I needed Comics Factory to save me a copy of a comic book that I forgot to order, or fulfilling last minute orders on Previews World, they always come through for me. They really do go out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.Their pullbox system is simple and easy. No hassle. No frustration. I am able to preorder/order books at a 100% accuracy. If a book is shorted, allocated, or delayed, they make sure to let everyone know.George, Carmen, George, Dennis and the rest of the staff go above and beyond. I couldnt ask for a better comic shop.

Best Comic store!I’ve always been intimidated going into comic stores cuz im new and just watch the movies such as marvel but everyone there is so welcoming. They have a wide variety of comics and is the best place to stock up on funko pops. They have dc, marvel, Disney, fantastic four, James bond, Harry Potter, game of thrones, and lots more related items. I like how the place is organized and that the new releases are always at the front of the shop. The staff are always so nice and converse with me. Once I was buying a vision and scarlet witch comic and the guy at the register had a convo with me about Wandavision (it was when the show had just dropped). The first time I visited I loved it so much and immediately told my sister about it and we went the following week again.

Super kind and helpful staff! They have huge selection of single issue comics, trade paperbacks, manga, and collectors statues. Their back issue area is a jumbled mess but that isnt a huge issue. The space theyre in is bright and cheery.

Wonderfully knowledgeable and genuinely friendly staff. Absolutely awesome selection; they have comics and volumes from Image, Boom, DC, Marvel, Aftershock, Vault, IDW, Aspen and more! If they dont have it in stock and they can order it, they will do so quickly and let you know when its ready to pick up. Sometimes they have little events too. Without a doubt, this is my all-time favorite comic shop!

I really like this place because every time that I bought some comics there, the staff always offered assistance and always went out of their way to help me out when ever I had questions. Another thing that I really like about this particular comic store is the simple fact that they dont deal with sports memorabilia stuff, just comics and comics stuff and some comics toys.I wont name tha other comics store down the street because I dont like comics stores that include baseball cards, and other sports stuff in their inventory; and then even ignore me.

Im not a comic book guy but from my first visit I felt it was great based off my experience.The staff was very welcoming and greeted each of us walking through the door. The factory, which is really a store, was stretched deep. You have your variety of collectibles ranging from comics, graphic novels, posters, geek t-shirts, Funko Pop to statues and figures.They did a great deal in separating the Funko Pops into themes and series. You can find them high and low and Im pretty sure you can call in to reserve a few as I saw some set aside with post its on them with a name. I mostly admire the pops and posters as thats what I was there for. The posters are one sided and the printed quality is what you paid for.I didnt check out comics or the novels. I was seeking the D23 cover variant for the Marvel #1000 comic. They didnt have it but they had all these other variants and I end up buying one. They provided a nice comic book information and news update sheet which I thought was a nice touch.Its near a university campus so I thought the locations nice. You can park a one time per day limit of 2 hours on the street if you dont have a resident parking pass. It certainly is a great place for people to gather for the geeky finds and the staff seem to really know their locals or visitors.

Always cover price on available back-issues. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of art books, trade paperbacks and kids comics. If youve been away from collecting for a while, like me, just ask any of the staff and theyll steer you in the right direction (genre, character, artist, writer) these guys are fans and readers so they have a very personal approach. Love this place during Free Comic Book Day and Halloween!

My favorite place to buy comics. The people who work here are super knowledgeable and very friendly. I was never into comics, and now I have a descent size pull list. They have a good variety of comics, with a good selection of big and small publisher comics to choose from. Definitely recommend coming here for comics.

This is just a fantastic comic shop. By far my gave one Ive ever been too I live on San Dumas and drive all the way over there every week. I get helped and their hours are amazing. The people there are nice and very helpful. And the store its self is big and always have what Im looking for. Its never dissapoimted me yet and probably never will. I suggest this place for everybody.

I was able to find comics from small publishers in this shop that I could not find anywhere else in the LA area. One example is Red Winter from Scout Comics.

We stopped in on a whim for my gf to pick up the new Sandman title and found this store to be a real gem. The guys were friendly, helpful, engaging, and knowledgeable. Well definitely be stopping in again.

I just went here for the first time yesterday. I wish I lived closer to them. It had a bright interior,large selection and friendly people. I know they were having some type of sale when I went but their prices seemed to really be great. Part of what this store does is buying products. For a place that buys its products everything seemed in good condition.I looked mostly in the CD section but they had great prices on both CDs and books. I dont remember seeing prices for Japanese music CDs so low before. If you go you have to check their $1 book section and $1-3 CD section. I found more than I thought I would there.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Theres a big selection of titles, and they had all of the books I was looking for DC, Marvel, manga, indie and more. Most of the new titles come bagged and boarded which is an awesome bonus.

Comics factory has a huge selection of comic, manga, graphic novels and some figurines. The folks are nice and you can start a pull file here if need be. The have a large stock of back issues as well. There is only street side parking as far as I know.

This is MY comic store. I commute from a reasonable distance just to come here. I love all of the employees. They know me and boy do they know their comics. Nobody is ever trying to jack up the prices to screw the customer over. No matter how common or rare something is, the price is cover price. Everything is fair, so if theres a rare variant it gets put into a lottery system so that scampers or normal people with jobs dont have unfair advantages or disadvantages to the item. They are FANTASTIC.

My favorite local comic shop in the area. The crew there is friendly and knowledgable. The comics are bagged and boarded. The selection is solid. The categorization on the shelf is a little wonky, but once you figure it out it makes sense.
