Clean and organized location.. The staff was helpful and courteous...

I came to their Office Depot since Baytown is always out of stuff. I was hoping their pick up service was efficient but it wasn’t. When you receive your email that your order is ready, it gives you directions on how to pick it up in the store. However, the store’s directions doesn’t reflect the email and the store doesn’t have concise directions. You just have to wait in line with everybody else. Won’t be returning.

Review is for OfficeDepot.com (online order), not Pasadena store. Item was delivered dirty, damaged and seemingly used. When I reviewed this, they removed the review - said it did not meet their terms.I ordered a desk chair which was apparently shipped via a partner. Because of this, the whole experience was awful. The box looked pummeled, the item dirty and part of the based looked melted. ??? So maybe used? Not sure. Then returning it because it came direct from partner, was a nightmare. Endless phone calls with nice people but who all told me something different. Scheduled a pick up to return it. No one came. Eventually called a local store who agreed to take it and have it picked up there. Ive shopped in the store before but buying this online, was an awful experience. They chair was then successfully picked up by shipper and returned but no refund given. I had to file a PayPal dispute to get a refund even after the chair had been returned. When I reviewed this item on the OfficeDepot.com site, my review was removed and I was told Your review has been moderated. i.e. REMOVED.Never buying from them again. Ugh!

Horrible experience, bought a monitor online, they charged my card but employee did not fill the order due to being bad for business I needed the monitor in an emergency and they decided to charge me so that I could not go somewhere else to buy another monitor. Manager kept giving me excuses why the order wasnt filled. Maybe the employees should know the policies, not me, Im a customer, I pay and get the product period. What a joke of a store. Pathetic.

Slooooooow printing service. Staff members sitting in chairs on their breaks, no organization or leadership. Don’t even bother waiting in line, just cut and walk right up to the counter and they will help you.Very friendly people, though.

They have a nice variety of art supplies and other interesting gift items. The store is always clean and fresh. The employees are very helpful.

This store has terrible service. I have been there multiple times and I have never been treated so rudely. I went there to get some copies, as a person who has never used those type of printers I asked for help. I was told if they helped me print what I needed I was going to have to pay for them helping me out on top of the printing service. Terrible terrible serviceAlso Everyone is just standing around doing nothing.

Don’t believe the company site or google’s maps; for COVID they are only open till 6pm at the latest. This is very annoying when you forget and make the drive to get something printed only to find that the hours are not properly listed. They are currently reposting that it’s busy there... which is interesting when they aren’t open?

I like coming to this office depot because if they have pretty much anything that I need for the office. Sometimes they have really great specials and they have a nice clearance section in the front where you could pick up stuff about 50% off. They usually have about 2 cashiers available and the staff is always friendly.

Marritza in printing services was so helpful and extremely informative it was nice going into this store and having someone to guide me through the banner printing services so smoothly! Will be doing all my future print jobs with her!

Why does a store need three greeters standing around and not even telling people hello? Just chattering away like chickens. So cringey that you can evidently tell these people have that kind of work ethic. Three women, just standing at the front. Talking loud and laughing like hyenas as people wander around trying to find what they need. And when you do approach them, its like youre interrupting the most important conversation. No one at register and only one poor guy helping people. Bad attitudes, bad work ethic. Dont work in customer service if you dont want to interact with people.

Big box store selection of everything for the office. Helpful associates on floor and fast checkout. Limited but adequate free parking. Regular prices are just ok, not great. Sale prices can be good and clearance bargain prices can be great. Surprising amount of furniture and electronics, although not much help in selecting those from staff.

The customer service is appalling. Asked questions regarding inventory - just got a straight ‘no’. Not a “let me check another location” or “let’s get that ordered”....in the midst of Covid-19, yet not worried about sales? I realize that’s it BACK TO SCHOOL time, but customer service should be priority ALL year.

The people are great, they always greet you when you come in. Theres always someone there to help you. I do a lot of printing and copying. The associates know me by name. They are very knowledgeable. They treat me really well. Many times the copy is busy and you may have to wait in a line, but the associates are extremely efficient. Many times I go out of my way to go to this location.

Need it now? Its fine, go here. These stores are rarely special, staff is very lightly trained, and lines are usually slow. But, if youve done your research, and need it faster than Amazon can manage, then this is your best (and sometimes only) option.

Ok place to go in a pinch and I find the workers to be helpful. Just that you can usually find better pricing online.

Great place for all your office needs... the business center is great and the people there are very helpful! Check for specials and coupons thats your best bet! Variety of office furniture available to be purchased.

Steve fixed my 6S plus quickly, was very reasonably priced, and also rocked us out to some Johnny Cash! Only wish I had brought my sad phone in sooner. Ill be back to fix an iPad screen. Thank you Steve!

Printed very decent inexpensive biz cards using the online service and same day pick up. Great bang for the buck. Quick and easy. Just what I needed.

I went there to print my portfolio. Amy helped me at the printing center, who is very nice, professional and patient. The color turned out pretty good!

There are plenty of office chairs to select from. I spent an hour sitting in various chairs. The prices seem a little on the high side. Lazy Boy & Serta are very comfortable. The sales person spent time explaining about each chair.

So far if a staff person is not knowledgeable with answering a customers question, they will find someone to help you. I have been able to find all my office needs. I go there first to purchase my supplies

I am a regular at another location. Stopped here for extra supplies. Walked in and wasnt approached by any of all the employees standing around in pairs. At checkout cashier was talking to another employee and didnt even say hello. Very blah and acted like I was bothering him. I am ordering from online now if this is the help I get walking in.

Great experience and the lady assisting me was very helpful, a credit to Office depot. Not only did she help me to use the colour printer, but also gave me the number for a store discount which brought down the cost by about 20%!

I went to get my business card in this store and tomorrow I open in Glendale my salon and there is no business cards they didn’t even shipped the order I been waiting for 2 weeks also the Asian woman is really rude the Mexican lady with blonde hair didn’t want to attend me I’m not going back again

Cashier struggled to count change from a $20 bill. They also didnt have the proper ink for an Epson printer. Just not a good experience in spite of the politeness.

Seems like Office Depot is going out of business with so many locations closing down. This is one of the few remaining locations, and because of that, nearly everything is on sale.When I was there, I only see about 3 other customers and all the staff was just kind of hanging out.

Friendly and helpful staff but the inventory was low for most of the items I was looking for. The one short HDMI cable they had left had been torn open.

IMPO, the customer service is below average. I was in the store for 20 minutes looking for scantrons. Not ONE employee approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. And when I approached someone and asked if they carried them, he barely made eye contact with me and gruffly said no.If I can help it, I WILL NOT patronize this store.

This place is the worst to pick up Supplies. Do not go here, this place should be shut down. Employees are clueless and management is a joke. Tried to exchange a printer I purchased from another location and they attempted to charge me for the warranty when I purchased the printer less then 24hrs before. What a joke.

The store is closing, so not much here to talk about considering that the place is nearly empty.

Stopped by to print out my resume. Maritza suggested a linen paper for it I agreed. She went to go get it from the shelf which took long enough and then she came back to ignore me and help another lady who had multiple print outs. In the background a frequent customer they knew by name came in after me and used the equipment by herself.

Got a new printer for 120$ and when i opened at the office it was used and full of cat fur:(( it was a pain to get it out from inside of the printer, also all the cartridges were used almost, open the pkg before leaving the store
