I have worked with Image Quest for well over a decade. Their service has always been top notch. Very pleasant and professional staff. Quick turn-around and quality product has kept me a loyal customer. Image Quest is my first call related to document reproduction and scanning projects.

Had seven photo copies and one scan done at this place. Price for those were $1.66 - fair, right?I told them I had a flash drive with me or the files could be emailed. They said either way works so I decided to use email.I got the bill: $9.95 (tax was $0.76) !!!Email transmission: $7.50$7.50 to hit the send Botton to email me the files !!!!He didnt bother telling me the price difference between putting the files on my flash drive ($4.50) and emailing me before it was done.Can you believe this??? $7.50 to send an email?!?When I complained about it, they tried to make me believe that they had never had anybody complaining or even making a remark about this. Hard to believe.Well put up a sign was their reply wich I highly doubt theyll do.And why not telling your customer before you just conveniently and quietly agree to the more (super!!!) expensive option??Very crappy customer service - more like: customer misleading strategies if youre asking me.I call BS on that and on their way of making business.DO NOT GO THERE!Ps: Came home and told my partner about it and she immediately told me a similar experience shed had there a few months back.
