I live around the corner and dont own a printer so having someone to print things for me is nice, more expensive than going to office Depot and using selfservice, but I just prefer to have a person print for me.

I have done two times service here. Everything I can get my printing fast compare to others, and the price is fair. Jay, who I usually contact via email and phone, always has the fast respond and accurate product. Their business hour is good for both working early and late people. I will do business with them again.

TI went to Jay because of the reviews. I had a designed labels on Adobe Illustrator. One needed to be scaled to 33% of the actual size. When it loaded to the print screen, the default was 35%. I told Jay that I needed it to print at 33% scale not 35%. He made some setting changes but it ended up printing at 35%. I looked at the print screen and it still said 35%. I asked why he did not change it to 33% and he said that he couldnt because it was in PDF format. That is not true. The printer is separate program and can scale PDF. Even if he was right, why would he just print it out anyway. If I need it to be scaled to 33% to fit a jar, what makes him think that 35% will work. Then he charged me for the job, even though I stood there and had to cut a center section out of the label to force it to fit because I was on my way to a client.Next label - The next label printed out to the right scale, but then Jay totally screwed up the cut. Look at the two pictures. (Sorry for the extra pics. They were not showing up after posting, not until I left the site and came back.) He cut the labels on his cutting machine. Does anyone in their right mind find these acceptable? The white border is not suppose to be there. The label edging is baby blue. So what did he do? He charged me, and did not offer to fix them.Why did I pay him for this crappy job? My wife, who has stage 4 cancer was sitting there waiting and the last thing I was going to do was get into an argument that would upset her. But I will tell you this. I will never go into this place or recommend it to anyone.

My first time on yelp but I was so impressed by this amazing place. Quality prints at a very low price. At .4 cents a print you won’t find anything cheaper in Pasadena. Oh and I have to mention the owner was pleasant and attentive to me and other customers. I am so glad I found this place. I will definitely use them again thank you!

Price-wise, this is the best printing center there is!Quality-wise, this is also the best printing center there is! Jay is so helpful and nice, he would literally sample print you as much as you want until you get the quality finish that you want. Try that at office Depot!

Owner friendly. Quality great. But beware! He will SEVERELY overcharge you. I had some 24 page folders printed with him. He said theyd be $15 a piece for a 40-folder run or so. In my innocence I thought this was how it was. Later, at another printer, I got it for under $5 a folder. Compare with other printers before you commit!

I need urgently print a poster on weekend. This is THE place open until 7:30pm.The owner is very nice. Everything is down in 10 minutes. The price is reasonable.

THE BEST PLACE FOR QUALITY COPIES!!! Jay, the owner, is so sweet, helpful and dedicated to what he does. We came here to print flyers for our missing dog and not only is the quality amazing, the price was as well. We had already gone to places like fed ex where we spent the same amount (if not more) and didnt get half as many flyers as we did at Print X-press. We came across town just to come to this place and it was 100% worth it. I am recommending this place to ANYONE that needs quality printing from now on, support local independently owned businesses! Jay is the best person to go to for printing. He has every kind of paper you need and his printers are superb--everything comes out looking beautiful. I go see him almost every week for work and get exactly what I need. Thank you Jay for being great at your job!

Saturday night before closing, the owner stayed open for me to get copies done for my meeting on Sunday. Now thats GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. And he was a lot cheaper than Ofc. Depot. I paid 4-cents a copy and 2-cents for stapling. Ive been several times at the old location. So happy he is closer to me now. SUPPORT THIS LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS! Oh, if you need to use his computer to make a change to something, hes totally cool about that too!

After going to multiple places to try and print a photo in a normal frame size, this place had it done in 10 minutes, with quality and friendly service...

A new small business in the area with a helpful and friendly owner. They are the best print shop in town. Unlike FedEx Print shop, they let you use their computers for free and have the hardware to get the job done. I had to print six documents with nearly one thousand pages total, including bindings, and I got it all for about 1/3rd what I would pay at the FedEx Print shop.

I get thousands of flyers printed here and Jay is great!! His turn around time is awesome, prices beat out nearby competition, and the quality is SO good. I go out of my way to drive here and use this business.

Jay and is wife our great to work with, they are reliable and great in price.

They were able to print my odd-sized poster in less than two hours and it looks fantastic! Would recommend

I came in with my files and they couldn’t help me out cuz apparently they don’t know how to resize images? That’s pretty ridiculous considering that this is a print shop . They make brochures etc. very disappointed
