I really like BIG LOTS but when I needed someone to help me in the mattress or bedding no one was around to help or ask any questions to but other than that its a nice place to shop.🤗

Decent prices, remodeled interior, and friendly staff. I really like the curbside pickup option!

Boy was I surprised when I walked in to to newly renovated BIG LOTS. Gone are the days of a claustrophobic feeling store. They opened it up and it is so much better. The staff has a better attitude and they all smile and say how are you. Kudos to those who decided to remodel this store i-will-be-back thanks again to you Big Lots executives and Cynthia the cashier who helped me tremendously

Good deals on hygiene and personal care items. Limited school supplies. Friendly employees but dont know stock.

They wont sell the display items until after Halloween. They have zero in the boxes. Dont make sense. I left without buying anything.

This location is generally not busy and pretty much always have what Im looking for when I go in to pick up something. Cashiers are always friendly and helpful in finding items.

I was disappointed with this Big Lots, normally I find good nick knacks for the yard and this trip I had no luck. They do carry many other items that are at really good prices. I will return, it may just not been my day. Which they could have been sold out.

Lot of items at a reasonable prices

We found all we were looking for and then some..Employees all very helpful and the store extremely organized..Props to ur stockers. Thank you for all u do. We spend 200 dollars ( minimum ) every visit.

At this time of year their shelves are empty, but I understand this, a lot of shopping is going on..But at other times I really like shopping there .

I went for paper plates and trash bags. I picked up a few food items. The prices werent that much lower than walmart. The off brand names pickles are terrible. I was surprised to see a lot of housewares in the store. The best prices were on the cleaning supply aisle. Laundry detergent was cheap. I wouldnt make a special trip here. Other stores have better prices close to home.

Still the same store that I remember when I was a kid but it seems like the prices arent as good as they used to they just seem like normal prices or even more expensive than other places

Store has been or is in the process of being remodeled but is more spacious and looks clean and more organized. The prices seem a little higher than previous visits but are still reasonable. They had a few masks and hand sanitizer and plenty of toilet paper.

What I need for my home I was able to find it here but lately I noticed they dont have as much furniture as before. Thats kind of disappointing. Still, they have great things at an affordable price for other parts of the house.

I was really surprised by the place. The store had nicer items than I expected. Some really cute home decor items and wall decor. I went in looking for outdoor patio furniture. The selection was nice. Ive been in several times now and its always been a pleasant experience. The staff are very professional and pleasant. Ive never heard anyone be dismissive when helping a customer. That is what is most surprising. In my experience, that is not the case norm in discount stores. I think it says a lot about the place and the people who work there.

Good variety store. I shop here often! They carry, wall decor, bath stuff, yard decor and lounges, cat and dog stuff, some food and even some toys. They have good sales too!

Helen was so helpful. She bagged my items to keep them from getting scratched. The same way I would have. Super pleasant and smiling the entire time. Hope shes there next time I shop at Big Lots.

We contacted the Pasadena store, spoke with Arnold, who was not only understanding, but wanted to reassure us our experience was not representative of normal Big lots culture. I went for Cotton Candy, but they were out. The cashier tried to help me locate some in another area, but no luck. Did pickup something else. Good experience, friendly and helpful staff.

Great place, the cashiers are very friendly and social, always has a great selection area for when ever a holiday is near. But I do suggest to never buy the fabric earbuds..they break to easy and cats will tear them up :x but there are wireless headphones :D raging from $5-$22 :D

Dangerous to the pocketbook! Great deals, Low prices. Go in for a few items, come out with a full cart.

They advertise low prices but I never saw one. Employees were to busy talking to each other about how they hated their job to help with reaching a high item. Clerk at check out was nice but again distracted by her phone

A lot of items for fall needed.to be refilled. Prices are expensive for a discount place.

Pasadena location worst place for curbside pick up was there 40 min waiting for my pick up and they only came out because I called again to see why they were not coming with my order.
