Over the last few months I have been trying to purchase a treadmill to replace the one I already have - the tried and true ReeBok that even tho an old treadmill helped me lose 72lbs... its not great but did the job. Then I dropped into Johnson Fitness in Pasadena and was greeted by James Sagherian. James was AMAZING. I do not like being pressure sold ever - I didnt now what I was looking for but had already ordered a ProForm online - I will NEVER buy a ProForm again - their service was horrible I mean bad - I never did receive that treadmill. James kindly walked me through the in stock treadmills they had - Matrix and Horizon - all good stuff with Johnson motors -- he made me quotes with the best deals possible and told me to sleep on it. I did and the next day went in a bough the Horizon 7.8 which I received today and is GREAT! Their team delivered and installed and Miguel was amazing too. Honestly it was a 5 star experience. Even Phil from Johnson Fitness was great - I had was able to try out every machine, take my time, no pressure and walked away with a great deal on a solid machine that I love. Thank YOU James and Phil and thank you Johnson Home Fitness - Ill be back again. Super cool to be able to walk in and try out the stuff before you buy online. VERY HAPPY! FIVE STARS all the way! LOVE what they recommended - in my budget and works really well. WELL DONE James - Thank you man!

I was looking for a treadmill. John and Phillip were very knowledgeable and gave me all the ins and outs of choosing the right treadmill for my family. They informed me which brand had the better motor, incline, motor speed, better belt, etc. they were very patient. We spent 2 hours there! Thanks so much. I would highly recommend going to a showroom to see the products before purchasing. I learned a lot of things that I didnt read about in the specs of each of the treadmills.
