I will always come here for my sports equipment needs before going anywhere else. The employees are SO HELPFUL, SO NICE and will hold your hand through the product selection process if thats what you need. I am all for second hand and the prices are unbeatable. Wish I could remember the employees name who setup my kid with his/her athletic gear for the season, even my child commented on how nice the worker was and remembered his face the next time we returned. The employees names show up as RAR and DP on the receipt. Ask for those guys. Theyre the best!

I come here regularly, because I always get a good deal, and the staff is well-informed and very helpful. I do price comparisons with used gear on Craigslist, and PIAS often has lower prices. Plus, PIAS gives you the option of buying used or new gear, and the new gear is very competitively priced as well. Also, free parking, which is a big bonus in my book! Lastly, they have a rewards program where you can very quickly rack up $5 dollar and $10 off credits. Highly recommended.

Best play it again sports I have ever been. I understand they are a business but they run it as a equipment room that gives everyone the ability to play a sport. They have great prices from golf, softball, and even snow equipment. I really appreciated them and their staff.

So, Google shows them as open. I drive more than an hour to shop. Get there and theyre closed until tomorrow. (Just reopening from the COVID) I call the store. Employees are inside. They tell me I can go to their website and make a purchase there and they will bring the item to my vehicle. Two things: who buys used sports equipment from just pics? If youre computer savvy enough to have a website with your current inventory, why cant you have your Google info current? Employee tells me I shouldve called first...hangs up.

Customer service isnt that great. You can go into the store feeling unnoticed. However, i will give them 5 stars because of the fact that im a complete introvert so i can careless and because i found what i was looking for.

My son and I have been to this location quiet a few times and their customer service is great! We have been serviced by Andy and he definitely offered us quality customer service. Employees like him give businesses a good name and make you want to go back an a customer. There was a time that my childs baseball glove needed to get relaced so Andy took care of it and did a wonderful job. Everyone is great here, but I give Andy 5 stars for his amazing service!!!! 🤗👏👌

I was very happy with the wide variety of fitness and sports equipment at Play It Again Sports. They have kettle bells, dumbells (rubber or iron), Conditioning Rope, Olympic plates, slam/medicine balls, etc. We are building our garage gym and have made several visits and purchases. We are very happy with what they have to offer and we will definitely be doing more business with them in the future. One thing I really like is they Buy, Sell and Trade Used Equipment! I am interested in taking some used golf clubs at my next visit to Sell/Trade. If you need any equipment this is the place to start! :)

Great selection of used disc golf discs some great finds at times and even a handful of bags on any given weekend. Love the rewards program a good reason to go back.

My family & I arrived at the Pasadena Play It Again Sports about 15 minutes before closing thinking wed take care of what we came to do and be out before it closed. However, a mountain bike caught my eye and things took much longer than the remaining 15 minutes before closing time. Despite working overtime, the staff remained professional, courteous and cordial and helped us complete the transaction after hours. Thank you Pasadena Play It Again Sports!

I visited this store only for disc golf, and it did not disappoint! They have a ton of new Innova discs, including F2 and misprints .Theres also a decent selection of secondhand discs, and I eyed a few small bags as well.The prices are great, and the staff is nice. They also have a ton of other sports equipment for people who arent interested in disc golf.

Such a great place to get all of our familys sporting goods. Very helpful staff too. You can get both used and new, which is great for our budget and needs.

Buy back prices are ok and their new stuff can be expensive but this is the way to go. Used equipment for kids sports is the best. They have a good selection of used baseball gear for kids

I came in for their selection of Innova Discs. I am still new to the sport, but they have a bevy of discs. They are one of the few sporting good stores that carry a variety of discs.

Great store great staff, great sales right now

Yesterday we went in to buy fastpitch softball catchers stuff and a new bat. We walked out of the store with everything baseball unknowingly. We were told all the gear was the same. A mistake was made on their end and because my 10 year old daughter didnt check the bat, she broke it in at batting practice 10 minutes later. It wasnt until her coach tonight saw the bat and said thats a baseball bat! My daughter told me and we rushed in before they closed. No big deal except the bat was $199. A tad annoyed that we were charged $10 restocking because of their mistake and the employee that helped us with return couldnt be bothered to order us a fastpitch bat in that price range.Maybe other locations are better, but I am done with this one.

Went to sell almost new softball gloves... Staff was dry. Offered less than a quarter of what I originally paid for them. I was only able to buy 2 hacky sacks with the money I made from the gloves.

Seems like a pretty good place, with a lot of variety. But I didnt buy anything this visit, just looking.

Went in and purchased a $100 bat didnt like it went to return it so the manager told me he would buy it back for $50, I was kinda like ok cuz it sucked. Went to return it and this little Mexican guy with nasty facial hair said I could only get a check for $20 and would only give Me $10 each for the other 6 bats I was trying to sell that were $100 each on eBay black guy who I was talking to started helping someone else. Worst freaking place to take your stuff to sell or trade. And giant A-holes
