They dont answer the phone for the last 30 minutes of their night and they hang up on you continuously. Not very professional.

I have spent the last week trying to confirm that a special order for fabric was actually placed. They have my $200 but no one can tell me that I will ever receive my order. There was a problem placing the order and they were supposed to order it manually but each time I call to confirm that the order was placed, I get excuse after excuse. I will never make another purchase from Hancock Fabrics and I would advise Buyer Beware to anyone who plans to shop there. Never again for this customer.

Hancock fabric doesnt answer their phone..they hung on me 3 times..
