The designer, Betsy was more than helpful to work on my needs and stayed beyond working hours.

Great selection and wonderful staff. Great service as well. Consider Calico for drapes, curtains and furniture recovering. They also carry a bit of furniture.

Calico Corner: inefficient and overpriced. Special orders not only take way too long, but associates lose track of where and when orders will be completed. After waiting many weeks for an order, I was informed that the trim was not even available...then told it was....waited more weeks...then told it was not. This has happened twice on two different occasions. Recently, I was told a shade I ordered would be arriving in a week. After 3 weeks, I received a call saying they did not know where the shade was or when it was coming! Fed Ex had put a “hold” on all their shipments, and now they were scrambling to find out where orders were. Corporate needs to step up their game and implement higher standards for customer service considering the prices they charge. Maybe get new suppliers who can produce items in a more timely fashion. Poor management, slow service. Probably will not use them again.

I have found the sales associates to be very nice, professional and very patient with my decorating ideas and concerns. Karla Olson has been my main contact at this store and she is absolutely delightful to work with. Additionally a woman named Ramis assisted Karla and me with a few complex issues regarding window treatments and she was equally helpful and wonderful to work with. The store is an inspiration to wander through - even if your ideas are not clearly formulated. The sales associates will help you find your dream interiors and keep it within your budget if you are clear with any financial limitations a project may have.

After a 10 month wait, my draperies are installed and are lovely. However the wait was long. Calico did not initiate any communication with me: back ordered fabric, flawed fabric, reorder of rods, etc however, when I called, they gave me the order status, even though their call backs took as much as a week or more. Yes, their product is very good quality but their time line is VERY long and communication frustrating.

Excellent assistance from Lynn at Calico Corners Pasadena, in locating the fabric I wanted and sleuthing around to help me find another solution to my DYI project. Great service even knowing it was a small sale! Now that is a hallmark of good customer service!

The variety of available fabrics at this location is amazing.

Customer service was nonexistent. I walked in with my friend and we were not greeted or asked if we needed any help. There were at least 2 sales associates who were busy with one male customer. Not coming back
