I called and spoke to Cora and made arrangements for them to come out and repair a window. She said they would come out between 1p and 3p on the date the repair was scheduled. They never showed up. I called to find out what happened? Nobody answered the phone so I left a message and never got a call back. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
