I return here with an item that was looked at a couple days before and they offered less this time a told them about my last offer and the still gave me the lower offer how can you keep customers this way!!

Horrible service. Both employees looked confused. They don’t know how to quote a loan? I didn’t even receive a offer. They suggested to try somewhere else.

This place is horrible they go off the cheapest thing they can find off the internet and not the same item brought about $20.000 in jewelry and started out with 450 where do they get these people and I had recipes from the gallery mall and baybrook if yall loan 1 third of cost you were way off never be back and suggest no one else goes either the guy next to me got a better price off a CD player for 50 dollars are you kidding me

Do NOT take your items here. They will try to steal them! I went in to pawn a couple of items that had a pawn value of at least $25 each. (Two limited edition Xbox one controllers bought recently for $75 each still in original box) They offered $15 each. It was late in the evening everything was about to close and I didn’t have time to drive anywhere else. I took the offer. Got my “receipt” and my money and left. As I was literally at the atm machine about to deposit the money into an over drafted account when the word “receipt” crossed my mind. Why not a pawn ticket? I looked and it said “SALE”! I leave the atm racing back and calling the shop to ask why my paperwork said sale? “Oh I thought you wanted to sell it.” No you didn’t. I was very clear that I needed to pawn them because I even mentioned coming back in two days to pick them up! Why would I sell them!? I get there aggravated by what they just tried to pull. Then she says “if you pawn them I can only offer $5 that’s why I offered $15” Liar! I know how much they’re worth and how much they pawn for anyone else gives $25 each. I even called another Cash America! Gonna play crazy because I’d never been there before. She knew damn well what she just tried to pull. I can’t even imagine showing up 2 days later and they would’ve been sold! I threw their money at her and walked out.

Lady who answered the phone argued about their FFL license, simply asked how much it is to receive a firearm for a customer without a chl from a internet purchase, completely confused and ignorant on the subject. Put me on hold for over 10 minutes.

I believe they are fair. More importantly, they are respectful.
