I hadnt been to this Pavilions in quite a while. They had good produce, but items I was looking for were not stocked. The girl at the deli counter was very curtious and helpful. When I checked out, the boy who bagged my groceries apparently didnt know how to do it. The cold items did not get put into the insulated bags. I mentioned it, he told me I had to remind them next time. The eggs were put to the side of another bag. Glad I saw where they were, otherwise they would have cracked.

This place seems more expensive than other locations or vons. And the selection is smaller because it is a smaller store. But its good if you live nearby and just need a couple things

Honestly dig the vibes here for some reason. Friendly staff, pretty good quality groceries. Selection is a tad limited, something between Trader Joes and Vons.

I like that this pavilions location. This location always has the water that I need and its not water thats been set out side in the sun thats why I like getting my water at this location

Strange turn of events here. They changed the deli section and no longer offer the $6 salad trio that I got yesterday. Then another employee mentions there is no such thing. Also very rude...

Pricey but convenient

Great store for local folks picking up a few things day or night. The store is very small and the set up for lining up and checking out is not ideal. But the store has what you need. Parking can be tight at times.

I like that they have a lot of different variety packed into a relatively small store. I like that its laid out like Safeway because Im very familiar with Safeway from up north. The parking lot is small, but as long as you dont go during peak hours thats okay. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Quality of the produce is very good. I only give it four stars because I used to shop at Wegmans back east and it was my favorite. I like Bristol Farms better, but for a neighborhood store this is fantastic.

Store is clean and tidy. Only complaint is for people that come in the first time, its hard to know theres ONLY ONE LINE for all registers. This is not seen anywhere else in SoCal, Ralphs, Albertons, Trader Joes in Santa monica or Chino Hills. They always have ONE LINE FOR EACH REGISTER. The Pavilion has a small sign, at the FRONT of the line that says this, but when you join the line at the end, you cant see the shorter-than human height sign blocked by people in your front. So this happened to me, and the lady threw a tantrum and attitude at me for not seeing the sign. First and bad experience because of this. Just a warning for new people going there.

This store is way better than Vons on Colorado

I generally like this store but the layout is a bit confusing so its hard to find items at times. Even though the bakery is small, they have some good selections. We especially like the cakes here - imo, their buttercream icing is better than the one at Vons but, the bakery manager is a bit rude.

They sanitize their shopping carts, practice social distancing during entry and checkout. Have good stock of fresh fruits and vegetables.

The Market is a little tricky to find what you need if your new . But i have been going there for about 4yrs. It is my favorite Market . The employees and Managers are Great like family and they are always happy to help . Great neighborhood store

This supermarket has been at this location for many years and it serves the community that surrounds it, the prices are higher tgat other supermarkets but the quality of the food is fine

Nice small neighborhood Pavilions. Great if you need to pick up a few items. Prices seem high compared to other locations. I do love the deli and the bakery section. Moderate selection of alcohol and wines. Their selection is limited on most items, so multiple choices may not be there. Parking can sometimes be a problem but if youre patient you can always find one. Staff is friendly and considerate.

Deli section, good sandwich!

My go-to supermarket. This store has a fair selection of good-quality items in stock at any given time. It also has a deli, a bakery, and a seafood section where you can buy all of these commodities fresh. Though these accommodations are not at all uncommon in a supermarket, this Pavilions maintains excellent standards of order and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend shopping at this Pavilions!

Rudest cashier I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. The Caucasian staff was dismissive and talked down to me and my colored wife. And I was dared asked if we where actually together! I will not be returning to this establishment of racism.

Great market everything is easy to find and perfect employees

Rude attendant at the counter!!!. I am a regular at the store, but this morning a lady employee at the cash counter asked me to keep the shopping basket at the side in a very harsh tone! Never in my life I have encountered this kind of behavior as if I am not aware of the decorum of shopping in a grocery store!!!

We are visiting family in Pasadena and wanted to make dinner for our lovely hosts. They referred us to Pavilions to grab some ingredients. Our two year old is accustomed to getting a free piece of fruit at Fred Meyer so as soon as we got her situated in the cart she asked for an apple. The produce guy heard us and I asked if Pavilions offered a complimentary piece of fruit for young shoppers, he eagerly helped us pick out an apple, an Envy Apple, and cut off a couple of slices for both of us to sample. I was impressed with his customer service, which was paralleled at the check-out when my daughter asked for a sticker, please and the cashier looked pretty hard to find a sticker for her. Thank you for a great customer service experience. I can see why our aunt and uncle love Pavilions.

Pavilions is a grocery store banner used by Vons, a supermarket division of Albertsons in Southern California. Although similar to Vons stores, Pavilions markets are more upscale and feature a larger selection of organic food, wine, and other speciality foods
