Great place to do your grocery shopping, I almost always buy my meat from here, my go to cut is the tri-tip, sometimes i buy the trimmed, sometimes i get the untrimmed cut, depending on my needs.I love the Fab 5 deals, sometimes you just get amazing deals, like Lavazza coffee for under $5, (usually +$9.99)Check out the weekly add, and do your shopping accordingly, and you will save big. 🛒🤙🏻

Not bad, it was a little busy during lunch time. I actually had to wait in line for the self-check out but it went by pretty fast. Produce was very well stocked as was the milk and bread. The essentials so to speak, no shortages that I could see. Staff always friendly.

I love the convenience to have Starbucks in this place where I can buy sushi 🍣

My Guy works there and we always habe a great chat about Chicago and whitesox... Find an excise to shop here all the time... Very clean very organized... Very supportive.

Its a normal grocery store thats clean and convenient. And has everything youd expect from a Vons.

Not overly crowded, friendly staff and the bakery and meat counters had higher end products than expected. This may continue to be my go to for quick stops on the way home from work.

Noticed a few post that caught my attention that I can definitely relate to! this one is in regards to the construction worker. treating our essential workers poorly, while they are risking their lives in hot zones to contribute to our communities by helping build America. what a shame, my family owns and runs a construction company. so I understand the risk that are involved, the long Laborious hours spent on jobs sites. The dangerous conditions dealt with on the daily, also known as job hazards, on top of that now having to deal with Covid-19 in the work areas.Since life has taken a dramatic change for us all.in the past year, I truly believe we should help each other not make things more difficult than they already are. I spend about 3-500 dollars a week on groceries for my family and I. And because this incident hit so close to home for me, I will now take my hard earned money elsewhere. where we will all be treated with respect and courtesy.

This used to be the the only 24 hour grocery store in Pasadena and probably the entire western San Gabriel Valley. Covid changed all that. But its a really good Vons with exceptionally nice people who work there. Located right next to the 710 fwy and across the street from Huntington Memorial. Its a big store with a lot of selection, the bakery puts out heavenly fresh baked French loaves and muffins every morning. They have recently installed self checkout.

This high traffic, older Vons store is showing its age. Friendly & helpful workers cant cover for the need this place has for a DEEP cleaning (especially the butchery & front deli).

Clean and usually has anything you need, but at certain times the parking lot sucks. Crowded and lots of people walking and not a lot of places to park, but still good quality

Very good prices on Yogurt, always well stocked. The only place where I can find my Earl Grey tea by Bigelow. Order my turkey there every year. Always fresh meat. Even have all my prescriptions there.

Poor service. Not enough cashiers. Prices are high to justify for full service. Yet, they want you scan and bag your own groceries!

I take my senior residents to this store and the baggers and cashiers are very helpful.

Work construction at a nearby site. Stop by for things on my lunch break, usually 2 times a week. I get lunch at the deli counter ocassionaly. Most of the staff is great. Went intoday to grab a chicken sandwhich aroun 10am. They were out and informed us they moved the time they stock them to 11am because the construction workers were buying them all. They worker even asked us what time we take our lunch . We said 10am he responded good well keep putting them out at 11am.Ill take my buissness elsewhere

Vons is the worst! They have really dropped the ball during this pandemic. Their employees are stressed and rude. High prices...terrible customer service. For months you couldnt even get paper products. I went to the Vons today at the corner of California and Pasadena for the 4 piece fried chicken (which is very good) ...but nooooooo! They were out. Conpletely out. Drove all that way for nothing. I will no longer shop at that store.

Nothing special, whats convenient is that they are open till 11pm

I went to the Vons deli for one of their custom made sandwiches. The deli staff had just closed the sandwich counter, but he took the time to make a most excellent sandwich for me anyway. The customer service here is superb!

They were really on top of things. They seem to have wipped down everything. The beef and fish were very fresh. Pretty decent alcohol selection. I like the Becks non-alcoholic beer, I can always find it there. Great location in Pasadena. Very close to Huntington Hospital, which is also close to two freeways, the 134 West and 210 East.

Great place for beef, if it is on sale

Their pharmacy section leaves much to be desired. They have a counter, sure, but anything else off the shelf you might need, you should probably forget about it.

I like this location a lot, definitely not perfect but what store is folks. I have my personal pros that Iike about the store, and then on the flip side I have my cons. I am telling you this because its a good store but it may not be for everyone. ✌️

I was in self check out and the clerk was so rude and unhelpful, I had to keep repeating myself over and over before asking to speak to store manager. Im a former retail employee!!! Times have really changed....SMH!!

I went here for the first time in a year because the stater bros was out of something. This place is so awful. Slow lines, distant, sad looking employees. Like shopping in Soviet Russia.

Well prepared location and staff on social distancing, disinfecting, found everything we needed. Quality produce, prepared food and products. Prices still fair, lots of parking, clean and well stocked facilities.

Great store, lovely neighborhood, everyones very friendly.

I found what I needed quickly. They had many yummy offerings in the bakery. The line was out if this world though. We waited in line for 15 minutes. So maybe can work on that. It was on a Saturday afternoon. Glad to see there was a Chase Bank ATMs next door. Popular raspado place down the way was poppin as well as the taco truck on Foothill Blvd in front, which only accepts cash or Venmo. Convenient location for a day out of eats & treats. Thank you.

This is a good grocery store where you can find food and items at a good price and convenient hours and helpful staff that will go out of their way to help you out with your questions and needs.

The most disguisting bathrooms! I ran out of there so fast I didnt take a picture. Really Vons? In one of the nicest areas in Pasadena and you dont have a way to keep them clean! Im mortified. I hate having to use public bathrooms anywhere but never would expect this from a nice market 🤢

Its not one of the bigger Vons but it has everything I need. But during this quarantine and curfew, Im not cooking fancy so its got the basic. Around 5:00, there hasnt been any line to get in although there are distancing rules to check out.

Really great variety of groceries and other goods. Full service store. Nearly the only 24 hour market in a 20 mile radius, which is a real life saver when you really need it! Clean store in a safe area. Have gone many times in the overnight hours and never felt uneasy or nervous. Nice, cheerful workers too. Highly recommend.

No whole catfish. Had to wait at the meat counter for 5 min. Went to request assistance a pleasant young man came 5 min later but had never worked at the meat counter so was unable to assist me.

Prices are way too high !! Only shop there when its an urgent item I need and then its like three times more expensive than lets say Wal Mart or food for less !!

This Vons is open to the public it has also all of the produce and all the products you need for the house with this pandemic going on

This Vons is great. Its even open 24 hours! But the parking lot, and the surrounding streets are AWFUL! Theres always traffic and its often difficult to find a parking spot. Otherwise its my favorite market around.

This store had some incredible deals and it was stocked fully with everything! Ive been to many Vons and this one is top of the line! They even have a separate Pharmacy area which is like its own store and self with really good hair products and all your pharmaceutical needs this store is absolutely incredible the only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because it does not carry certain high-end products such as hemp seeds oil and flour which are sold at specialty health food stores. Its too bad that Vons does not carry these specialty Health Foods but they have just about everything else.

I love that this Vons is open 24/7. I dont like that they are kind of expensive for some items that I can get a Food4Less for a fraction of the cost.

This Vons is okay but it’s not open 24 hours. I think it is closed sometime between 2am and 5am bud I’m not sure exactly. Also, patrons here are highly disrespectful to people with disabilities. They park their motorcycles and carts in the blue no parking zones next to the disable parking spots.Serious action should be taken to curb the disregard for common sense and spelled out traffic laws. Driving legally through this parking lot often leads to near collisions as patrons treat driving here as a free for all raceway.

It doesn’t have the best selection compared to other Von’s I go to, but it is the only one, and supermarket of any kind in the area that’s open 24 hours. The employees are really nice and helpful, and there’s never a long line when you check out, because sometimes there’s only one or two other people there at 3 a.m.The only negative thing is that the selection could be better, but at least they’re always open.

I came here to collect some groceries for a neighbor; carefully selected her items and brought them to the cashier for check out. The grocery bagger put bread with a 64 oz bottle of juice and smashed the bread, cracked the eggs when he slammed a 12 pack of soda next to them in the cart, bagged grapes with a gallon milk container and smashed some grapes ... When I went to the customer service to complain about what had happened and that I wanted to replace the items, the two cusotmer service girls werent much help either. It seemed they couldnt have cared less but rather, made light of it. I did exchange the items out but, overall it was an unecessarily unpleasant run to the grocery store. Ill remember to bag my own groceries at this store next time.

The store was very messy this morning. It was obvious they were stocking but there had to be a more organized way to get it done. As a person with mobility issues all of the cardboard and debris on floor falling was a huge concern for me!

Vons cant seem to have a well stocked store. I live in Pasadena but I go to the amazing Vons in Torrance.

The helpful and friendly its a large door the pharmacist very nice overall great experience sometimes are a little short on products. But all in all you should be able to find what you looking for their organic fruits should be able to should be expanded more than what it what they have. Organic fruits should be marked better and it should have more large variety.

Vons is still open 24hrs.Better to go in the morning when they stock up and its cleaner.Night time visits are sketchy because of the difference of crowd.Afternoon is still the worst time to go and the lines are longer but they are safer.Due to COVID-19 they have some changes but overall its still the same and well stock on different items. I like going to it because its close to the hospital and open 24hrs.Bathrooms are ok but are often dirty so use with caution. I would not let my kids go there and probably take them somewhere else to use the bathroom.They have a Starbucks thars open and semi fast but it does get busy in the morning and afternoons.

Store is huge, clean & beautiful with wide aisles. I love how everything is organized & displayed. Good prices esp if you are a Vons Club member & take advantage of the special prices. Parking out front can be difficult on the flat lot so I recommend going into the parking structure.
