I love Giant! I do pretty much all my shopping here. Its convenient, very friendly staff, some that we see all the time, they even remember my kids names and their favorite items they always pick out while we are shopping. Always clean, organized. Down side I would say is something are a little pricey and for certain items I do go to other stores for but other then that Giant is our go to store! They have the delivery and pick up out front of the store for those who cant or arent comfortable with being out in public places at the moment.

I don’t shop here for food, but I always get my flowers here when I go and visit my grams grave. They always have such a beautiful selection. And fresh, too. The flowers are never wilted. And they aren’t overpriced, either. I got a bouquet with three roses, lilies, carnations, and these adorable little star shaped filler flowers for only $10, and it was the perfect size for one of the cemetery vases. Next time you need flowers, start here.

Need to improve their fresh fruits and vegetables. Shortage of red onions and/ bad. Cucumbers are hit or miss as well.

I love this store. It’s so clean and close to home. I don’t, however, enjoy being treated like an inconvenience when I approach a certain cashier. Donna has been rude and unprofessional to me every time she’s been my cashier. Can someone give her a cup of coffee or a hug before her shift? Maybe that’ll help. Other than my experiences with her, everything is great there.

Everyone is so nice that works here!!! Especially one gentleman who seems to always be in the dairy aisle, super helpful and friendly. They were out of a lot of stuff on my list today. But thats rare for them.

Great customer service, clean, and awesome staff. One suggestion, can your floral department stop hot gluing flowers to your products? I got a cactus today that had a flower hot glued to the top of it. I usually carefully remove these things, but the flower easily fell off because the part of the cactus underneath was turning black and dying. Other than that, great location.

Not real happy. Why is it that Severna Park has items but Pasadena doesnt? Simple items like breakfast burritos have been out of stock for months, but are plentiful at Severna Park...

High prices but good sales

Pharmacist did a partial med fill. I noticed when I got home and called requesting to speak to pharmacist to simply clarify why. The person who spoke to me misrepresented herself as the pharmacist, and was rude as soon as she answered. I was told “obviously we fill less in order to make more money”. When I asked why I wasn’t notified prior to partial fill she became irate and loudly stated “well you could have called and asked”. I called back for the name of the pharmacist I spoke to & she stated she was a tech, her name & promptly hung up on me. Today I called my insurance company. Disgusting customer service & very unnecessarily nasty techs in pharmacy.

Went into Giant today to purchase 2 Charcoal lighter fluid 1razors and a Google Play $80 gift card came home everything was in the bag accept the gift card went back to Giant supermarket they made a copy of my receipt and told me they will give me a call after speaking with asset protection. $80. Down the toilet.

Ive always liked the Produce section - just wish I could like the rest of the store as much.

Love Giant because of nice weekly deals, very clean and pleasant store. I just wish the ladies on the customer service are more accommodating and friendly instead of seemed irritable and mean over a customer requesting for a coupon from Giant app that was not credited. Its a little humiliating when youre like begging for your discount.

It was fine. Some items had run out on the shelves - Lite Cranberry Juice (not the giant jug!), for instance - but the experience was fine. I particularly like the self-checkout. Every store needs to do this AND have the bar code scan guns.

No one wants to work on Christmas so you kind of expect a little gloom when you are that person who is shopping on a holiday. This Giant had the most cheerful people working! The store looked organized and made it super easy to shop. The wonderful person working self checkout was saying Merry Christmas to everyone and I LOVED it! As a testament to the management, I saw one manager wrangling up carts in the parking lot. Overall I was impressed!

There is a lady there named Jenna,she went above and beyond her job to rectify a problem my wife and I had there. She was more than nice. If all the employees there were like her theyd get more than 5 stars.Also,its cheaper than Safeway and they have an excellent selection of fresh veggies and fruit.

This is a very good place to shop. Not only is it a very clean store, the employees are also extremely nice and helpful. They usually have samples of fruits and cheese which is a cool thing, I think. I really like this store.

Ordered 7 pounds steamed snow crab legs. Guy at seafood counter said it would take 30 minutes (10 to thaw and 20 to steam) so I wandered the store for 30 minutes and then went back to the seafood counter. Are you the guy who ordered 7 pounds of crab legs? Well, there is a 5 pound limit. Do you still want them? OK, when the stuff in the steamer is done I will put yours in. Come back in 30 minutes.

Overall a very good grocery store. The staff is very helpful. I wanted to make a Shepards Pie and the butcher lead helped me pick out the best ground lamb. I go here for all of my grocery needs even though there was some another grocery store that is closer.

Large selection of items, and the sales are nice, though when items are not on sale, they are quite expensive. The employees are usually okay, but none of them give excellent service that Ive experienced. It would be nice if employees smiled and greeted you when you passed them in aisles.

This is a good giant. Selection not as good as Severna Park location but still very good. Lots of deals if you have their discount card.

The staff have done a very good job of trying to keep the store clean and the current situation. Isles are marked for directional traffic, but customers dont always follow them. Some of the essentials are starting to be restocked.

Love Giant! Always friendly and they have what I need!

Giant has good prices but they dont always have the items I want. They dont carry serrano peppers, so I have to go elsewhere to find them. Giant does have an excellent selection of ice cream, though. I find they cut their steaks too thin, so I also go elsewhere for them. Theres almost never anyone at the meat counter. Their gas program is terrible since the points expire in 30 days and youre never able to build them up. I usually only go here to get items I cant find elsewhere.

Good prices

I love the smell of fresh produce as soon as you walk into the far right side of Giant. If you walk into the far the left side, you have the smell of the bakery. They did an amazing job with the more modern renovations and I love having the section designated to self-checkout. It makes the trip so much easier. You no longer have to wait in the long lines for 2 items or watch the person in the Express Lane with 30 items. They have made the shopping experience a lot more pleasant. The prices are not bad either.

I have always loved giant. Sometimes you have to watch the dates on items. They do not rotate. Put new in front of old. Also keep an eye on your receipts. Last 3 times I have had to go back in for being over charged on items.

Clean store and well stocked. Most employees are very helpful. They have Organic natural foods, fruits and vegetables. The sales are usually good as well.

The self scan isle was strange. They have self checkout and one regular isle that is self scan. I was waiting for someone to check me out when I finally asked if it was an open checkout. The lady explained that it was self scan. Other than that, it was good. UPDATE: went back on 8/24/19 and purchased a bunch of groceries, including a package of 85% ground beef. Went home and started cooking the hamburger and realized that it was bad. The smell was so awful that I almost couldnt handle getting it to the trash and outside without throwing up. Be careful if you buy meat here.

This is my go-to grocery store! Everything you would expect from a giant. They have great deals if you are a member. Also have a Redbox, and the self scan and the mobile scanner checkout options. Occasionally they do run low on fresh produce, but that means the turnover is fast!

Super clean and easy to get find what youre looking for. Prices are competitive and tons of fresh fruit, veggies and seafood.With the added convenience of scanners to walk around the store with and the self checkout it really make it so quick to get in and out when youre in a hurry.

Horrible ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and granddaughters birthday went to pick it up early, thank God, cause they messed it up spelled birthday with an E instead of an A, I asked the manager what on name said and she said Uncle, Uncle my daughters name is Charli, and they expected me to pay for it!!! Are you kidding me usually this place is nice and on point helpful but today the worst horrible I will reconsider using this store and bakery again, disappointed in them today..... Waited 10 minutes and the did fix the cake, but the expectation that the first cake was acceptable and having to go threw that, but they did fix cake.
