Good store to do couponing and save big time! Get the app and let the digital coupons fly. To me thats the only way to shop at Krogers, just using the plus card only gets you some deals or normal prices and fuel points. If youre not using the digital coupons, youre missing out big time!

They should stop offering pick up since you can go inside and shop and come out faster. What’s the point in placing an order for a certain time?! I’ve used pick up 3 times from this location and you WILL wait 35 minutes or more. Such an inconvenience.

This Kroger is depressing. The parking lot is not conducive to safedriving or walking. The inside looks old and dimly-lit. Theres no pharmacy drive-through. Ive had to return products because they were expired when I bought them. I used to come here all the time but now I only come when I have to. Im tired of risking my life in the parking lot because the other drivers cut across entire rows of parking. Spencer Squares management, and Pasadena PD, really need to crack down on this while redesigning the lot to be both driver- and pedestrian-friendly.

My salad was bad when I unpacked my pick up. Just moved to Pasadena. I am a Kroger shopper for 26 years no matter where I lived. Called for manager and got TIM. He made it right. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.THANK YOU.

Karina was awsome!!!! We called for a carpet cleaner 20 minutes before service desk closes. We got there with 5 minutes to spare, and Karina had the carpet cleaner ready for us. Awesome job Karina!!

The current manager is very disrespectfuI. i come to this Krogers very often and her character is horrible! not helpful what so ever.

I went in and had bought some items with cash and i had my receipt in my bag. The manager I believe by the name of jazmine proceeded to scream that i was stealing. SHE TACKLED ME TO THE FLOOR. SHE BIT HER NAILS AND SPIT THEM AT ME. Then she offered a sandwich as an apology and she secretly put a used bloody tampon in there. She then slapped me in the face and killed my baby while she was drinking cockroach tea.

The manager Jazmin I believe, absolutely rude!! she threw tacos at us screaming to leave for speaking Spanish and processed to call us beans

Krogers has always been a great place to shop. Ive had good experiences with the Bakery ladies, deli counter, flowers balloon s and courtesy booth. However a few months back I transferred all my prescription s to Kroger for the convenience of one stop shopping. Today I did an online grocery pickup. I had just got off work and got a call my order was ready. I had planned to get off at 5 pm, pick up my prescription then have the curbside service to bring out groceries. Unfortunately,I had a customer of my own I had to take care of because it was the right thing to do,I left work at 5:40 . I went in to the Pharmacy and noticed it still was open and only 1 customer ahead of me. I stood there for about 45 seconds to be told. Were closed. It was 6:04 pm. I asked to please just let me pick up while the register was obviously still open. She had a lady that was being checked out. No Im sorry, were closed. Were already behind. I stayed at my job to help a customer 40 mins. If your so worried to work a couple minutes over, close you door at least partially at 5:50 pm.I dont get it.

Big clean and friendly employees too and always doing their best to get what you need.

One of the best Kroger stores I’ve been to went in there to buy my groceries and it was $120 something dollars even tho I grab less frozen foods I wish all the products was super low but it’s ok what I get is what I get I rate it 4/5 because due to lack of cashiers available in almost every checkout aisle

As of Sunday, August 15, 2021, I had major issues with my pickup order. Order was not ready at time of pickup (no call from Kroger) and was told order would be ready in an hour. 1 1/2 hrs later called and still not ready. Called again in an hour, order still not ready. My 2:00 pickup time was completed at 5:45 with my 3rd call demanding my order.

My favorite Kroger in town. I place my grocery order online with Clicklist and ask for delivery. They are now affiliated with Instacart and they fulfill my order in 2 hours. I have to homeschool now and it’s perfect for me. I teach school while someone else does my grocery shopping and delivers it. If I shop in person I love browsing through the aisles because they have great products. They also have a section just for babies.

The bakery ladies took care of my birthday cake needs at the last minute. They really didnt have too accommodate me because it was late notice but they did. Made my grandson 2nd birthday fun.

Amy the manager is terrible at what she does..... she refused to sell me products from the store. Saying I have to much of the same items and i cannot purchase it. Been loyal customer over couple decades now....and not getting treated right at this kroger. She really needs to be trained again.

I went up to the guy at the flower station to fix my bouquet. I asked him if he knew Spanish because I wanted my bouquet in certain way that I couldn’t really explain it in English and he gave me such an attitude saying he didn’t. I was shook like ok dude that’s totally fine if you don’t speak it it’s not an offense just a question why you gotta be rude about it he was surprised when I responded back in English. Disgusting attitude.

I went into Kroger, corner of Spencer Highway and Burke this past Monday or Tuesday to purchase flowers. The department was so messy and a sight!The counter was covered with all sorts of things to include food! How can employees do what is required like wearing a mask if they are eating at the counter and we want to buy flowers? I was going to purchase Poinsettias and cut flowers but the young Man was rude, mask hanging down on chin and too busy eating to help a customer.

Love this location! Ms. Amy is one of the stores managers and I always see her hard at work in every department. I can hear her motivating her team on aisle over always in the most positive ways! The cashiers always greet us with a smiling face and the bagging clerks are always willing to help you to your car no matter how hot it is. Ive always found the store to be clean and well stocked! Great customer service especially from the deli department and the bakery!

This is one of my favorite stores nearby. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Theyve done a lot of remodeling that makes the store look really nice. They have added more self checkout lanes if youre needing a quick in and out trip. The staff does an excellent job with their Click list orders. And of course who doesnt enjoy the Kroger fuel points!

This store is my local one. I feel it was a good store already, but when the remodel was done this store has all I need. The new options of shopping are great and the little tucked away corner is now practically a drug store.

I love this grocery store! I shop there many times a week! It is always clean! They always have what I am looking for!!! Sales are amazing! Cashiers are smiling and making conversation as you check out! Baggers too! Self check out cashiers are great and helpful even at late night! I am a regular shopper day or night! This is my go to store for everyday needs. It is clean and generally well stocked. The employees are courteous and have always been quick to help. Shopping here is usually a breeze and checkout is as painless as possible. There are 6 self checkouts which makes my quick runs to the store very easy.

One of the Best Kroger in Pasadena

No longer open 24 hours, they now close at 1 AM. (That was 2 years ago)Update:They have been closing at midnight for a long time now. They have also permanently closed the East side entrance, which mirrored the West side entrance which is now the main entrance to the store.It would be so nice to see things improve so that the East side entrance reopened in the future along with a return to being open 24 hours. Maybe even enlarge the store. Best wishes for Kroger and for the community.

This is one of the last good Kroger’s around, it’s also super close and clean. I do miss the ACU of Texas but it’s a nice store and I find myself up here quite a bit.

This Krogers has gone down 100% since switching to mostly selfcheck out. They only ever have 1-2 lanes with an actual cashier and 90% of the time this person is rude/on their phone/ or sharing how much longer to their lunch or off time. I have always shopped at Krogers because its convenient and on the way home from work. I will now try out other grocery stores even if that means going out of my way. Very disappointed doesnt your corporate office realize that elderly/disabled/moms/big grocery trips are not made for the self check out lanes. We want smiling faces!

Terrible closing woman and manager who allows it to happen they scream at you if you dare to enter the store 20 minutes before they close and lie that they close in 10 minutes. Instead of greeting you, they scream at you and lock the doors 10 minutes before they close, every single night!

This Kroger is awesome. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they have the crappiest buggies ever. The only good buggies are always scattered thru the parking lot.

Used to go to this Kroger with my highschool sweetheart for California rolls sushi; only Kroger I know that makes them good. Parking egress is sometimes crowded. The carts are everywhere lock your door at nights.

Ghetto Kroger in ghetto neighborhood. Its a last resort really. If you really need a grocery store then itll work otherwise go to HEB which is down the street and of much higher quality!

Store closes at 11pm...Dont try to go in 7 minutes before closing the manager has already locked the doors and wont let you in. No matter what you may need.

I just waited in line for 15 minutes. I had a quick transaction but the employee told me, after waiting in his line for this amount of time, that the register was closing. I understand a register closing, but at least finish the people in your line. Horrible service

I love shopping at Kroger, sadly I have to drive far away to nicer areas to get better variety of items, and people who are willing to help and provide good customer service. I felt like I was at Walmart with the long lines and the self checkout aisles open only. I wouldve left and gone to another but the necessity had me wait in line and check myself out for about 30 minutes and deal with the rudeness from the lady watching me struggle to keep the machine scanning and accepting the items.

Very good deals as a member. Great savings. Able to fill up with up to 20 cents less than the going rate, with my kroger points. Very friendly and helpful. No hassle if I need to return or exchange items. Love my kroger store in Pasadena.

This store suppose to open at 6 am but they don’t so don’t waist your time going there early in the morning your better off going to Walmart a store that is open. They need to get there act together.

I do not appreciate that the parking lot is trashy and also that it doesnt have some nice shade trees. They are becoming an eyesore in my community! Inside the store, it could be more organized.

Management in this place is a joke. Richard Batista is the worst memeber of management Ive ever came across. Shockingly surprised Kroger would employ him as a manager in their store thats is supposed to represent the company. Very horrible customer service and the way he talks to customers is totally unacceptable. In the field of management Im in this behavior is not tolerated at any extent. You would think Kroger had the same standards. Never will this location get our servixea again.

Clean and well stocked

This store keeps sliding down the scale. Lived in this area for 30 years and had always shopped here. Now we only go when its absolutely necessary. The store just looks dingy and dirty, the entrance is dark and dirty the store bathroom is ALWAYS dirty, the parking lot is ALWAYS dirty. The store employees are nice enough. I will drive 10 minutes further to go to HEB. Their store is clean. The entrance is inviting and parking lot well kept and well lit at night.

Always out of something! Today out of Kroger brand One gal sweet tea, out of Kroger brand 16oz cottage cheese, out of yoplait 8pk 4 strawberry and4strawberry banana yogurt reg price 3.98 no 2lb bags of casserole brand dried pinto beans. Service poor. No push carts to be found in store no where. HEB here I go!

If you want to be laughed at my baggers and cashiers go here. So damn rude I walked Out and left the food there they can put it up they want to be so hateful. I will Be calling corporate made me and my kids feel so humiliated.

I shop here with some frequency. I dont mind it at all. Everything is generally is very good order and the market is easy to navigate. I havent had a problem with staff treatment or anything. I dont remember this location having self check out registers. I might be wrong.

After the refurbishing of the store the prices sky-rocketed and they moved everything around making it hard to find. The management is less than ready to manage a large store because they cannot keep their vendors or their departments in line. The Dr. Pepper vendor is always busy on his phone and does not have product on the shelf. The meat department is absolutely the rudest of the entire store. I have yet to shop here where they do not have stocking carts all over the meat department making it difficult access the meat products. The meat department are more busy talking with each other than able to stop and help you. They seem like union workers. The employees will obstruct you and talk with each other especially the checkers who will not even talk to you let alone greet you. I have not been to a store that has not had more baskets outside than in the store as often as this one does. I have bee so frustrated that I have traveled out of the way to go to HEB.

There are never any bags by the produce section! I have to run to another area to get a bag to put my produce in. The self checkout is a mess. I was there one night and there were NO lanes open, but there were two people at self checkout bombarded by waves of customers with weeks worth of groceries, trying to cash themselves out on the small machines. Even one day, I was waiting in like with A LOT of groceries, and the manager made me go to the self checkout line and do it myself. Its a great way to loose product (i could have stolen plenty of things, it would have been easy) and stress your employees out. Ive been to multiole Krogers all across town, and this one is by far the least put together store I have shopped at.

Great vegetable, soups, salads, meats, meatballs, sandwiches,etc. Everything is good even Kroger brands my favorite Store on everything.#1Store.

Its difficult to find things at this store store on Spencer. You could always find everything you needed and now it has a short supply on everything.

Meat sale freshness isnt what they say it is. I need meat in bulk and fresh. I make and sale jerky. So when I find a great sale of course I go check the meat out. What they dont say is that the meat youre seeing a package date only means they put the sticker on it that morning. They dont cut and weigh and package. Since they do not do that I was able to confirm that the meat I was buying on 4/21 (which I didnt buy) had actually been sitting in their freezers since 4/3. I was taken back a bit by this info but seriously disappointed because not only is the meat not fresh but their produce isnt always the freshest either. This makes me wonder how long the produce is sitting back there before we see it.

What can I say about a grocery store? Has food and liquids. What more do you need.

They have a better supply and variety of Kcups versus Walmart AND Bed Bath &Beyond. It may not seem like much of a review to a person who doesnt drink coffee but believe me...its counts to know what I know.
