They have the best coffee in town. Only thing I asked for ICED COFEE and got hot coffee. It is still good. I guess the gentlemen did not hear me correctly through the masks we have to wear! Not his fault.

Its a nice place. But they price gouge ya. Besides the meat and produce.. I go elsewhere

Clean store and friendly staff members. Their cold beverage section was fully stocked which is a major plus. I encountered a few staff members that offered help while I shopped. In fact, I bought a few products based off some of their personal favorites. Store wasn’t too crowded for a weekend and parking was a breeze. I prefer this location for my day-to-day shopping. It’s not too crazy and big and easy to find what you are looking for.

Sadly the store DOES NOT sell most the products I need & wantThey excel in the high end fish assortment & quality meats. But youll pay more.The deli has some great choices too however Ralphs is the better bargain.Youll enjoy their finer wines & spirits & top shelf micro- breweries beers as well.If youre NOT on a budget go ahead & shop here.

Misleading advertising- BOGO Fresh prepared salad. I scanned item and didn’t notice the sale price. Clerk said the offer is only valid on Sundays.

Longer waiting time than normal during the COVID-19 Pandemic. But this store still provides pretty fresh food. Some food are in low stock, milk, cookies, pasta, ice cream and bottled water.I’m still grateful for their service.

I like to go grocery shopping at Whole Foods because of their fresh and organic products. This market is organized and clean. They carry quality products so my shopping can get expensive but I know its worth it.~Experience~Hungry? Whole Foods serves Asian food such as noodles, Teriyaki Bowl, Sushi, and Korean BBQ. They also have pizza, sandwiches, hot food, salad bar, and desserts! At the sweets section, you will see gelato, sorbet, cakes, cupcakes, macarons, and more. In the freezer area they have gluten free cookies, banana bread, cupcakes, corn bread, and cream biscuits, etc. Thirsty? They have juice, smoothie, espresso, and coffee. My favorite is Dr. Orders (use to be called the Green Oz), it has apples, spinach, celery, cucumber, parsley, lemon, lime, and ginger. I ask for light ice and ginger.Meat/Seafood Department, they have Responsibly Farmed, Wild Caught, Farm Raised, Organic, and Dry Aged products. They also have the 5 Steps Rating (please refer to picture attached). On days I feel lazy, I buy their marinated items. The Produce Department is organized and well kept. Colorful, bright, and organic fruits and vegetables. Samples are sometimes available, my daughter likes to try them. They sample teas, hummus, bread, and meat, etc.Kids Club - After I pay for my groceries, my daughter can choose an item from the Kids Club Shelve, which contains, healthy treats, like bananas, apples, oranges or fruit belts; my little one loves it!~Customer Service~Ronnie in the Meat Department is always happy and willing to help; very friendly. When I order my drink at the Juice Bar, Jill is pleasant to talk to. When Im done shopping, Alex is fast and funny. I like how Whole Foods take the proper precaution when packing your grocery by placing rubber bands on items that may potentially open and/or spill, for example, the carton of eggs.~Tips~-Bring your own bag and receive a 10 cents credit towards your grocery bill.-Need ice to keep your grocery cool? Ask for a bag of ice.~Notes~-Parking lot

Its Whole Foods. Delicious smoked meats, with an in house smoker. Well stocked. Nice selection of Boochcraft.Im keeping it at 5 stars, but the vitamin and supplements section staff should know a little more about the section, also the same pills of different brands are spread out and separated. Asked for zinc chewable, she told me they didnt have it and showed me zinc that was not chewable. I was walking around shopping and happen to come across a bunch of it on the other side away from the other zinc, yet still in the vitamin section. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Always go for fresh pastries they are so good cakes and pies too made fresh right there great place if you have to bring dessert

Its an Amazon Whole Foods. After ordering delivery for a year - thanks Covid-19 - its surprising they really do have nice avocados. Unlike delivery.

This is a decent Whole Foods. Its not overcrowded or overrun with Instacart shoppers, well stocked, and easy to navigate. The meat counter looked good, and checkout was smooth and efficient.

Although busy we found many items that are lectin free and glutin free. Great selection of wild caught sea food.The restaurant has vegan choice, beer and wine.

Fiting room is inconvenient. Only 2 available, one for women and one for men. Young boys clothing are near by womens fitting room . So he need to walk farther to try the closing.

The store was neatly organized, very clean, and fully stocked on everything. The new steaks we bought were fresh, tender, and our dinner was amazing. We bought our pup some healthy snacks that he loved. The cashier was friendly and greeted us as soon as it was our turn to check out.

I have never visited a Whole Foods store before but Im thinking about it.

This location is great.compared to the renovated DTLA this is my favorite.

Despite what they say about the price as an upper scale grocer, I still love Whole Foods. Its like Trader Joes plus. Theyre clean and have a good friendly layout that doesnt strike you as manufactured like Vons.

I love Whole Foods, I love the selections and am never disappointed. But, lately, it’s been impossible to shop there without getting run over by an Amazon shopper. They are all over the place at all times of the day, do not practice social distancing and I am constantly trying to dodge them. Couple of them were even arguing last night. I wish there would be a time window to allow the rest of us to shop with some room to move around the store.

This Whole Foods was clean and the staff was friendly when I went in to grab up some lunch definitely will stop again I didnt notice that they had some sort of coffee bar near the entrance will have to try that out

A 10 minute trip to return an Amazon package turned into a 45 minute round trip to return elsewhere. Thats after fiddling around on Amazons website to cancel the original return and select a different location to return.Make sure your Amazon return system is operational as this is the closest location for a lot of folks.

Lovely selections of grocery. I especially enjoy the variety of fruits and vegetables offered there. The cosmetic section is also filled with organic and botanical beauty products, not to mention there are so many samples, available for the customers to try. As always, Whole Foods offer better selections of products and service than its competitors.

I went to buy a cake and the ladies were helpful. Not the warmest but they were helpful. The cake tasted fresh and delicious. It is a good alternative to going to Portos which is pretty inconvenient in the middle of the day in the week. Service wise, they dont make you feel like you made the right choice picking Whole Foods, but the cake tastes good, whi,h is probably why I may go back.

Its the first time I saw two employees laughing. the sald bar was skimpy. not like other stores I visited. this store not very clean .

It was a bit chaotic and the parking lot a bit of a disaster but its to be expected the week of Thanksgiving. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful and rhe lines werent too long.

Nice place but do prefer fair oaks whole food location in Pasadena. Fair oaks hot food bar better selection. This location five stars out of ten. Also sign should be posted if hot food is spicy. Fairfax location has build a burger bar which is amazing. Awesome quality of burger.

I love coming here. Great service, friendly staff, and amazing quality of meat, poultry and seafood. My only complaint is that they dont ever have enough registers open. There is always just one or two registers and there are plenty of machines and lots of customers.

I hadnt been here in a long time so I thought Id give it another try. I wasnt impressed. I mean, its okay but not worth a drive to Pasadena. Ill stick with Sprouts.

Normally love Whole Foods but definitely do not recommend ordering from the deli/sandwich bar for takeaway. There is no expedited pickup and payment...just wait in line for your food to get cold.

The reason I went to this one today on Foothill and Rosemead, is because going to Glendale would be out of the way. Big mistake. As usual, no plates in the hot food bar or salad bar and its not always easy to eat lunch or dinner out of a box, unless youre a horse. Me and 2 other customers were hovering and waiting almost 15 minutes for a team member to help us in prepared foods. Not sure how long a customer has to hover before we have to find someone. What happened to the Whole Foods Market standard of absolute and unbelievable excellence?

This is a beautiful, clean and well-stocked store, but:1. The guy hoovered incessantly over my food talking (that another employee was making for me).2. NOTE; I shouldve read the reviews as the security did the same to others and now I believe their comment. If youre a minority go where youre respected.DETAILS: The security guard starred me down continuously. Every time I looked up feeling him starting at me he continued to stare me down without even a casual look around. Then he repositioned himself to whatever side of the store I was shopping, with zero discretness, continuing to stare me down for the entire time I was shopping. Seriously?! I spend upwards of $200 a week every week there and they cant hire someone who can use wisdom in watching people. It was beyond unnerving and into the realm of disrespect and harassment.Every other employee was very respectful, sanitary, helpful, etc., but those two just ruined this location for me. Im starring it on maps to make sure i dont come back by accident. Why waste money? I want to eat what I buy, not throw it away.

Going on a trip. Stopped in for coffee. Found coffee. Only whole bean, no grinder. Grinder removed because of Wuhan Flu. Can’t grind in store. Do they sell grinders? No. Only whole bean, no grinder. 1/10 would not coffee again.

The flower selection isnt that good here.

We just go to Whole Foods to get some items that we cant buy at other grocery stores. They have a fair amount of great products/grocery items here but its still more expensive than getting the same thing (or similar item) from another grocery store.Theres an in-store restaurant here (Shuffle Bar) where they serve good food. If youre looking for healthy food then you should try this place.

Pasadena Whole Foods, is great place to stop, to get off the 210 Fwy traffic. Its fight getting of the Rosemead exit and to go north. But well worth the trouble..Great selection of freshly prepared food and has actual pub/restaurant in the market.

Best selection of craft beer, both chilled & room temperature, in the area plus check out the new bar in the front of the store. They have a delicious Vegan burger & a few Vegan sushi rolls made with black rice instead of seaweed. The Mango one is my favorite. The taps rotate so youre not stuck with the same selection of craft beer every month. Theres a medium sized shuffle board plus a few TVs playing sports.

The WORST smoothie I have ever had in my life!!! Two guys were there at 830pm and one of them were yelling I am trying to clean up and people just keep on coming! (They close at 9pm) I wanted to leave as soon as I heard him say that because I think he didnt want to take my order. He was really really really rude because he pretended he didnt see me! He completed ignored me when I told him I needed more time deciding! What makes him think he can treat customers this way???? When I got my smoothie....IT WAS DISGUSTING! I saw the other guy pour in apple juice from store bought bottle. It was just packed with SUGAR. He didnt know what he was doing because he kept on adding more and more juice and blended it like five times...He put so much smoothie in my cup that it was dripping all over the place but handed to me anyway! $6 smoothie !! Not worth it at all! It was so bad I had to throw it away!! They should hire better people than these two!

The place is awesome when you can make your own meal on the spot. But be prepared to pay more. Otherwise the food is great.

Good selection of organic produce, decent bakery items, fresh meat and fish counters with butchers. All in all a good experience, and now even better with discounts using the app and Amazon credit card. Just wish they made their hot food bar with all organic ingredients, like Erewhon.
