I didnt want to say anything negative, but if you must insist, I would suggest that you read all the other negative comments on here and my experience was very similar to some of the common themes that can be found in other negative reviews.Poor customer service and the unwelcoming demeanor is the predominant reason for a 1 star rating.**** Note - (2020) review written after the owner asked why I rated 1 star a while back (2016/2017). Seems like he cares how his store is presented, better late than never.

Professional and personable service!I’ve worked with Joe over 8 years and he has been great. Off hours, yes. But he will work to get a good deal and is below market price on many services. Took me three years to find someone dependable in MD but I’ll stick with Sure Shot. Thanks Joe!

Doesnt exist. There is a banner on the building but when you walk into what is actually a autoshop the workers say they dont know why thats up there.
