I went there to get my chainsaw chain sharpened. It only cost me $9 for a 20 chain. I was in and out in no time. Very nice guy with a bad shoulder was extremely helpful and informative. Ill definitely be back there for my yard equipment needs. They are a Stihl dealer if this helps you out.

Not sure if I should give them 5 stars just for turning me away. First you may want to rename your business to STIHL products and Repairs ONLY and not Glen Burnie Lawn Mower Shop. I went in to get a chainsaw tuned up and was told they ONLY did STIHL chainsaws repairs. So off to Home Depot right around the corner, 18 bucks later I fixed it myself. Five stars for motivating me to fix it myself ------ZERO stars for salesmanship

Mr. Tony offered reasonable price to fix my 20 year old mower. And it was timely. Ill go to him from now on for small fixes.

Very impressed with the level of customer service. I walked in with a description of the work I needed to do and walked out with the right products. No pressure for any kind of up-sell, they made sure I got everything I needed and nothing else. After putting my new gear through the paces they got it just right. Also nice that they made sure I walked out with the accessories I need to get the most out of my purchase. Every single piece of equipment I purchased was demonstrated and I was given a tutorial on tips/tricks for proper usage. They also serviced an ancient Stihl chainsaw that has been sitting in a garage for over 15 years.. Works like new now.

My first time there yesterday. Great service, welcoming great service. I was impressed. I bought a chainsaw and when I walked out, all I had to do was pull the cord. Filled with gas and bar oil. Walked me through all the processes.Very professional. Asked about my pressure washer. They dont service Honda motors but, gave me two locations that do.

I just left Glen Burnie Lawn Mower Shop not too long ago but I was so impressed with the customer service I had to write a review ASAP.I stopped in to exchange a Stihl Kombi motor that I received as a Christmas present for one that had a little more power, as well as pick up an attachment. I worked with Tony, the owner, who didn’t hesitate to upgrade the motor since I never used the one I originally had. Tony is a straight shooter, friendly, professional, and very customer oriented. Horrible customer service, acted like they were doing me a favor answering my questions. The chainsaw I was looking for was out of stock, I was prepared to buy a more expensive one but decided to leave after the eye rolls and lack of customer service from the three people working. I was the only person in the store at the time. Maybe because I was a women......

Friendly group of people with a vast amount of knowledge about stihl equipment; also have almost any part you could need for your equipment on hand without having to order it.
