We went in and were greeted and offered water or coffee. They seemed very caring. I didnt feel like pressure to buy anything; they werent hounding us like the typical mattress stores. I felt comfortable. Our salesman Carlos was a nice guy. He was patient with us and helped us get the bed best for us at a great price. We would definetly recommend.

Went in to the store today to buy only box springs and walked out with a new mattress and two pillows.Let me just say, George and Carlos are very welcoming and upon walking through the door offered us a beverage of cold water or coffee with a smile on their face.We got to talking to George about the mattress we ordered online and how scary it can be buying a mattress you can’t try or even see. Well, after some time had passed we felt super comfortable canceling our mattress order and buying from him.I told him that I have horrible lower back pain and no bed has helped. He pointed to two and said “ these are the best and one of these two are for you”. I laid on the first one and felt instant relief. I tried the next one and I automatically wanted a nap. I’ve NEVER had someone pin point a mattress like that. My husband and I were sold. We ordered it today and get it delivered tomorrow. Talk about fast!We must have spent an hour easily in there and it didn’t even feel like it. Two great people who I will definitely buy from again and will recommend them 100% to anyone looking to buy a new bed.Can wait to sleep on the new bed!

Went in last minute to buy a mattress after other mattress places didn’t have the size I was looking for, and they did. The prices were great. Service was amazing and to the point. I will definitely be coming here next time I need to buy a mattress (if I need to). I’m definitely recommending this place to my friends and family.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences Ive ever had shopping for a mattress. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and really take time to help you choose the perfect mattress. The prices are out of this world as well, I knew I didnt need to look anywhere else for a better deal or better customer service. They offer several warranties, they keep their mattresses in a climate controlled environment 24/7 unlike other mattress stores, and were willing to hold my purchase for over a month until I was ready to move. Cant say enough positive things about my experience!

Such an amazing experience coming into mattress overstock today. Decided to replace a memory foam mattress purchased 2 years ago, and we were gonna shop around different mattress stores, however coming in today Nick did an amazing job helping us find the mattress we needed. Great service, and pricing cant beat coming into this store.

I bought my mattress here a couple of weeks ago. To me, buying a new mattress is a big deal. Its expensive and I use it for years and years so I wanted to make sure I was getting a great deal and getting a quality product. I did my homework. I researched all kinds of beds and went to just about every mattress place near my home. This was actually the first place we went and the last because we came back! The salesman was very knowledgeable and seemed exceptionally genuine in comparison to the guys at mattress firm. Just my opinion... I got a memory foam bed and box spring with a cover on it that has a warranty. So far so good. I would recommend this place to those looking for a new bed.

Great customer service, they really do care on weather your satisfied with your purchase and make sure of it. You get to try out the bed for 30 days and if you dont like it you can exchange it for another one without talking to any annoying/ frustrating phone representatives that put you on hold and transfer your call from one person to another. Just show up to the store, talk to an employee face to face and pick another mattress; they will deliver it to your home without a problem or long waits. They also offer great warranty! Ive purchased two beds with them, and recommended all friends and family. Customer for life!

The bed I purchased is decent, I felt pressured to buy it, really anything that day.The delivery of the mattress was completely obsured. My mattress never arrived on the day it was initially scheduled. After the delivery time window they called and rescheduled it for the following weekend. After that reschedule, they took it upon themselves to reschedule it again for another day, without confirming it with me. Finally, it was delivered, 2 and a half weeks later, in a junked up Silverado, by one man. Professional, right?

Bought my second bed from this location. Great service. Worked with my needs and budget.

Delay & run around. We bought a nice mattress 2 weeks ago paid on my credit card. Told be delivered in 1 week. Well that friday comes, i call find out what time sat delivery will be. Then told weeeell they dont have in stock still but upgrade box spring free & give you loaner lower grade mattress til following sat when in stock. Here it is sat nt. We waited til 3pm started call he returned call back 345 oh sorry its still not in stock but im going upgrade you to better bed for free but have wait til helper/truck gets back fine be bout 7. Ok hits 7....starts raining, my guy calls whats up, oh gotta wait til rain stops but has plastic still be there soon. Well 8 my guy called again, ya were gonna be there soon. 830 he called no answer so i drove up. They are putting in back of truck im like where is our mattress? He rambles on how busy they were how hasnt had lunch what company would do this after hours ect. Lets see a company that wants to do business right by a customer who went to their store & 3 other stores then came back to them?! My bf deals with multibillion dollar vendors i deal with vendors & customers from all over oil related places. You shouldnt run customers like that around. Oh ya & what other company would do that for you? Gallery furniture im sure...maybe thats why he dosnt work there any more, he couldnt deliver on time? Well writting this up lil after 9pm they finally arrived, being nice. Least it should be better than last one, i hope.

Great sales person and the mattress was in stock. Got a 99.00 bed bug protector for free, being 1st customer of the day.

Prices are somewhat good, not the cheapest but the beds are nicer for the pricing, delivery is horrible - its a 3rd party delv setup and the ones they use are garbage.Good store to check out for sure just be careful on delv
