Run away. they have some competent techs there, but you have to get through all the crazy backwoods owners and their little henchmen. to actually get any decent service. I would recommend doing your research before following any of the henchmens advice there.

I brought my motorcycle up here for a tie change. They end up taking both my chain adjuster caps off for no reason. Road it all the way to Dallas before I notice my chain was loose & making dangerous noise. I call this shop multiple times to see if we can fix this, & all Ive been getting is the run around. You guys put my LIFE at risk, & refuse to take responsibility. Im starting to think yall tried to sabotage my bike in order to kill me. & I liked this place a lot before this.

You guys are ridiculous! The way you tried to KILL my brother by taking his chain adjuster caps off his motorcycle. You guys are supposed to be professional. Were all human, so we all make mistakes. Staff is always kind and ready to assist with any questions. They also have mechanics for your motorcycles doing oil change,brakes.etc..Prices are very reasonable and they offer in house financing.

Great store. Turbo and John were very nice and very professionals. Too bad we didnt got to an agreement with my trade but I understand how the business work. I will go again soon to check all the motorcycle apparel and accessories. The store is big and very clean.

A great store in my opinion They have a large selection of motorcycles for sale. They also Keep in stock a variety of new parts, aftermarket parts, and used parts. I would be a willing to say if they do not have the part you looking for, they can find it for you Install it and do it all, At very reasonable prices. The used part section is my favorite place. They have a lot their used parts laying out on tables and on shelves but I like to find the boxes in the more obscure places and dig through them. This is all around a good bike shop you should stop in just to take a look around.

I love this shop! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Tire and accessories are priced out 9f the world cheap in my experience. My only complaint that I have about this shop is I asked them to adjust the chain while the bike was in getting a radiator flush. When I got the bike back the chain was was to tight with no slack whatsoever.

I took my Harley here for a tire change and they got the job done. 75 bucks was a little steep considering I brought my own tire. I was able to browse around the store until my bike was ready. They had some nice used Bikes. They carry riding gear helmets parts etc.... Its not a bad place to visit. The staff was cool and courteous. If Im ever in the area again Id stop in for a visit.

Disappointed in shop. I needed my rear tire replaced. I called and got a quote on how much to simply change it. I was supplying the tire, I just needed them to install it. Quoted me 75. The day I was going to bring it up to them, I verified quote of 75. Both times I called, I let them know it was on a 2016 Victory Hammer. I arrived and then told, oh, you have a wide tire. Its gonna be $87.Yes, its only $12. But, it kinda makes me leery about doing future business with them. If the tire shop doesnt know what size tire is on what bike, how can they give a quote? And if they arent positive, why didnt they ask me or research? And finally, after giving me 2 quotes, why didnt they honor the quotes? Like I said, it was only $12. But, if they would have honored their quote, this review would have been completely different.

Lets just say I went there to get my rear tire repair done a few minutes later the service guy comes out said he would like to show me a few things he found on my bike.come to find out I needed more than just a tire he really went over my bike from front to back and what he found was really serious stuff he saved our life just say that.i highly recommend this place.the service dept.took the time for our safety and fixed the problem at a great price. Thanks again guys for caring and keeps us on the road.

I wont be going back worse place ever I bought highway lights and picked them out and they went and put so other lights on it and put them on not right an went to get it straightened out but the said that as good as it gets and there not right for my highway bars they didnt fix it they tell me thats as good as it gets they got something like paint on my pipes and lied and said they didnt and they really didnt want to do the work I had them do alot and they said it would talk a week it took two weeks the place sucks

Very nice staff. Helmet shopping. Even though I showed up near closing time, they were extremely helpful not rushing me at all. Quite the opposite.

I could not get my rear shocks to hold air so I brought it in and the guy there pump them up to proper pressure and also explain to me why I couldnt get it to hold air. He basically fixed my problem in about 5 minutes for no charge. So of course I went ahead and bought the proper pump needed for my bike. Overall very friendly and helpful group of people I would really recommend this place.

This is a motorcycle repair shop. They also sell used motorcycles and accessories. Their pricing on motorcycle tires and oil changes are very good. The best thing is that they can to both very quickly. Recommend this place.

Had new tires put on my HD and they were very informative, quick, and reasonable.

Not friendly and not full service. Came to get oil changed and asked to have all motorcycle fluids checked out. They didnt want to do it, evidently the mechanics get to decide what they want to do. Also all the mechanics were 20 minutes late showing up to work. Wish there was another place in this area to get work done on cycle.

Wow, a lot of mixed reviews on this place. I guess I will put in my two cents worth.I took my Kawasaki Vaquero 1700 in to have my rear tire replaced, and get an oil change. It was fast, friendly service and the best price I could find when I shopping on the Internet. While waiting my 1 1/2 hour (as quoted), to have my service completed, a lady assisted me in purchasing two helmets. She too was very friendly and helpful.So I would have to give them a good grade, and say that I would return to give them more of my business, however; I will proceed with caution.

Best place if you live in the Houston humble area on the border is in Pasadena best place to buy tires and have them mounted on your motorcycle. There Harley and Metric labrum is pretty good

Always have gotten good service but the attitude of the grunge sales or greeter, the would do well to rid him of that responsibility, the whole time I was there waiting on a tire change, he was cussing out other employees & threatening them and even was calling for people that was fed up to go outside & fight.I think that big ass gauge in his ears has went to his nappy head.

About the only good thing I can say is that they sold my bike. I never got a copy of my contract, they cant show me a sales price, they have terrible customer service, poor communication, and a whole lot of excuses. How about keeping your records electronically? Its 2016 not 1976 for crying out loud!!

I just called to get pricing for a new set of tires on my 2012 Electra glide ultra. The person I spoke to was unable to find my tire size. When I gave them the size I was told they never heard of that size. Then I was asked if it was a custom tire. I responded no its just a factory bike. Then they asked for my Dunlop model number. I told them it was a D408F. I was then told that Dunlop does not have a 408. So I said ok thank you, and they let me go. Before I decided to write this review, I went back out to my bike to verify that I didnt write the number down wrong. I didnt. Numbers are right. So I typed it in google. There they are. Its a shame that now I have to find tires elsewhere. Ive bought my last 3 sets from here and the prices were good. So 1 star for telling me my tires dont exist. If your tires Exist and they have them. Then go for it. Prices have always been fair and the wait is not long.

Great prices and quick service

On August 27th I purchased a Harley Davidson trike in full from Johnathan. At first they were as nice as can be. I called a few months later because I didnt receive my registration, plates, or my title. Customer Service could not find my plates. First I was told they went to the wrong address. My husband came to the business in person and suddenly they found my plates. I still had no registration or title. I kept calling since then. Customer Service keeps telling me a lady by the name of Mandy will call me back. She never does. Instead, a man by the name of Tom calls me back a few days after I call them to let me know they are still working on it. Keep in mind this has been going on since last year. I looked up both my vin # online and my vin# is still titled to someone else. The plates I received are registered to a different bike and customer. I have now complained to both the attorney general and BBQ. I am also in the process of contacting a Consumer Protection attorney. Do not do business with this place!!! It is a shame I have to at least give them 1 star!!! I want my nightmare to be over!!!! I have a untitled bike sitting in my garage and I am paying insurance on it for the past 6 months!!!

I read the reviews and chose to go here anyway. Smh. My bike was having an issue and I brought it to all the border to have them diagnose it. I gave them a full list of everything I already ruled out. They had my bike for a week, I called to check on it and they said it would still be a while out before they got to it. Half an hour later I got call from them saying it was my starter. Something I told him was not the issue when I drop the bike off. They were going to charge me damn near three hundred bucks to replace the starter. Come to find out I was right and that was not the issue. Smh

If you want to buy a MC DO NOT BUY IT FROM THIS PLACE..I have bought two from on the border both times I have gotten royally screwed.. I dont know where theyre getting these used scooters but after a week or two in both cases the bikes had issues that cost me massive amounts of $$ and when I tried to work out something with the salesman Jonathon who while selling the bike to me was all about being the best in the world untill (issues with the MC began) they got the $$, neither him nor management wanted to hear about it which set me back another $ 2000..The bike had been wrecked (that was never disclosed) the salesman told me the bike had a Stage I kit (out right lie) 14 year old bike still had original Harley plugs, I had to rebuild and re-jet the Carb, the starter although new was aftermarket and was not installed correctly and the shaft pulled back, the bike had loose axles, SJ Harley tighten them up when they did the carb and Dyna-tune and probably saved my life in the process, so all this and more is documented, this business is a danger to bikers and I wouldnt buy a freakin candy bar from them....Grady

Just my two cents... sold a bike took about 4 weeks for money to me WHICH was all explained in the paperwork I signed. totally great job. seems to me the ones complaining should read their paperwork...lol cashiers check to me for ALL 19850.00 for my HD CVO! id rather wait for a few weeks ten pay the 30-45 PERCENT that the other places I Houston wanted to charge me!!!!
