Ordered my first bell visor from them a little over a week ago and instead of the dark smoke that I ordered I was sent light smoke which is basically clear. Sent the item back and my new visor arrived and its clear. My initial review was a 1 rating but Im changing this because when I called and spoke to a young woman there who was very understanding and apologetic she assured me that the issue would be resolved and that the correct item was being sent out immediately.
