Drop my bike off for a simple stator replacement. Jose had his mechanic repair/install new parts I brought. When I test drove my bike I recognized my clutch felt to tight and awkward and there wasnt mutch fluid in my primary with now a knocking sound(bike just hit 10k miles). Jose blamed me for bringing my bike in with an existing issue stating that I knew my chain was bad. After that I left the bike to be repaired Still not fixed,his mechanic(bald head long beard) grew frustrated/rude with me for me complaining about my concerns. When I shouldve been upset due to me bringing my bike back 3 times. Since the bald mechanic was upset with me and the issues they caused, Jose told me to take it to Dave at Rose City Cycle because they didnt want to work on my bike anymore because its perfect and Im just causing problems at this point. When I took my bike to Dave he noticed that my clutches were put in wrong, I needed more oil in my primary and they bent a screw inside of my primary. Dave at rose city customs is GREAT! my clutch feels great he replaced my Fluids, repaired my clutches. NEVER would I go back to villans and I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE to go there. HORRIBLE experience!!!

I have taken my 2019 HD Street Glide twice to Villain Cycles now and was very pleased with their service and value. Jose is very professional and great guy and will take good care of all your needs and will most likely do it lower price then other shops. My first experience was for my 1000 mile service and it was so much lower then what the dealer charges. The second time was to lower the bike, replace the headlight with LED and add crash bars and they also rewired the phone cord so I don’t have to have the phone compartment stay open.

This is my gonto place when I have any technical problem with my harley. I highly recommend this place

Pepe and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional with repars and maintenance of Harley Davidsons. They will also build you a custom bike if thats what you want. Very reasonable on pricing. I wont go anywhere else. Pasadena is lucky to have them here.

I have had 6 Harleys since 1973 and have been to many dealerships and mechanics. THERE IS NONE BETTER THAN VILLAIN. The owner, Jose, is knowledgeable and his mechanics are outstanding. They can handle any mechanical problem for a fair price. You can’t do better than Villain.
