This is the worse uhaul location to rent a truck. They charged my credit card twice. Please dont go there. You may have to consider going elsewhere. I will never return!

They did not disclose ALL the hidden fees or even notify the paying customers of additional charges. Uhaul just overcharges your credit card and you have to deal with it. Scamming hard-working people out of their money. 🙄

Terrible you pay and they dont take off the padlock the same day after they said they will take it off when you ask they should refund the fee if they arent going to do their job

Please do not go to this store. Employees are not being safe during these times. They are not wearing masks even though it is mandated given that it’s a hot zone; the health department has been notified. I also find it very inappropriate that they provided the wrong information and Troy was extremely rude and should be reminded that customers are top priority. I will make sure that corporate finds about this as patient safety is being disregarded.

Came to U-Haul store and Luis gave me false info. I came in asked all about the rental and he said before i return it it should be the exact amount of gas it was left and if you over fuel it they will give the money refunded that you over fueled. When i came back for return lady told me they don’t do that. Keep that guy well informed he needs to get re-trained!!!!

Fast and easy to use facility also the staff was on point.Get checked in online before you arrive the night before and your experience should be good like mine.

Free Storage for a month, Yea Right!I rented a moving truck from this location, I was offered a free month of a self storage unit. At that time myself and my kids had been homeless for months, living out of a self storage unit at another storage place. We were moving our belongings from that unit to a new place that was more secure and cheaper, but those months of having to visit our storage daily for clothing, daily needs, hygiene care etc. was difficult with all the other boxes and heavy items. So when Uhaul offered a free unit, with 24 hr access, when i picked up the moving truck, it sounded perfect, we could use it like a closet, only putting our clothing, and daily needed items in it, making it so much easier to access.On the 18th day of having that unit, we did our regular visit to get a few days of clothes, some clean linens, medications, etc.But the unit was completely empty, with a tag attached saying it was ready to be rented.The units have alarms, the buildings have alarms, if you dont enter your assigned code, you cant even access your unit without the alarm sounding. There was No damage to the latch area, not even a scratch.After calling the police, and an hour of waiting for the staff to have time for us, I was told, the janitor found the unit open and cleaned out, so they assumed we moved out. The locks required to use are inserted into a hole in the latch, not even able to cut by a thief.To this day Uhaul, has done nothing to help us find out what happened to every bit of clothes we had, all our bedding we used to sleep in a car or wherever we could, all our basic daily needs, our tent that allowed us to stretch out and sleep right sometimes. And much more.Claiming the location did not have access to the cctv footage, that would be only available from Uhaul corporate. I contacted corporate about my case, and the told me they had no information, but I needed to contact their self storage rental insurance company.Clothing, linens, etc has no seriel #s, or real value to anyone except myself and my children, those belongings were invaluable. Still at this time, months and months later, Uhaul has done nothing, but just let us suffer without, even more.

Drove truck 2 miles.....returned it and the next day they say i damaged it. I did not damage this truck.....if you rent a vehicle here get the insurance, dont make the same mistake as I did and get scammed.

Went for a rental van. Fast service. I have been more than once for propane refill and they could not refill fit one reason or another

Stopped renting vehicle there cause male employees extremely rude although female mgr nice & a male employee posted false charges on my debit card. Called Corporate who said she would refund but didnt. Went back a few months later & has different staff. Much improved over rude guys.

We use their equipment often and theyre always helpful, covering all the details and the prices arent too bad.

The process of renting a truck was pretty straight forward and smooth. No compagina what so ever. The truck I received was in very good condition.

Would have been nice to know when I called that they dont have anyone on staff that can fill a bottle of propane....or they dont fill them when its raining???? Worst place ever!!!Update Feb 2019....same story....nobody on staff to fill after I call them...another wasted trip....Ill never be back here again.

Sat 11-04-2017 I called 1st to find out if they had a van or truck available to rent for the day so I wouldnt walk there & nothing available.The woman I spoke with said they had a cargo van & a truck available, but when I walked there, the male employee, the only one on duty, said he didnt have anything.Because of the womans false information, I still walked there for nothing.The vans & trucks Ive rented in the past were fine; employees not.Managers usually nice, others rude.The one star is for the employees who obviously never heard of customer service.Update: Mon 26 Mar 2018Never renting here again. Rude staff as usual who dont seem to care if they lose customers.But that a blessing in disguise because began riding with Lyft, 100% better than renting a Uhaul cargo van or truck & riding with Pasadena Taxi..So rude Uhaul staff did me a favor or probably would not have found Lyft. Thanks rude Uhaul staff!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Worst customers service worst excuses rude short with me. I was sent to 2 different locations that said they had a 10 uhaul I will never be coming back here again.Mickey Turrentine the owner didnt do a curiosity call to the other locators because they were not dealers they were simply rent centers. I came back in spoke to him he brushed me off the first time I came in to let him know I was upset he could not have been more rude pretty much yelling at me.

Worst experience with this Uhaul store. I rented their auto transport trailer, everything went smooth the uhaul guy told me to back up my brand new truck so he could hook up the trailer. After a few min he said he was done and I was good to go.So when I got home and as I was loading my truck on the trailer the trailer came off the hitch receiver ball and went straight into the rear of my truck. The guy that hooked up the trailer to my truck did not tightened down the trailer to the hitch. So I immediately called the uhaul help number and sadly it was after hours so I started my claim process. First thing in the morning I went back to this uhaul store and dropped off the trailer and asked for my money back and the lady at the front desk told me she had to charge me at least one day so I can have a contract for the insurance claim. So after like 2 weeks their garbage ass insurance Rep West said it was my fault so i was responsible for the damage, Really your saying im responsible when your employee hooked it up. They said the trailer had a sticker and i failed to read it. The problem is they need to make sure their employees have the proper training and common sense before they hook up a trailer. Luckily my insurance USAA worked with me and cover the damages, I still had to pay my deducible but my insurance rates were not affected.. Do Not Rent From This Uhaul Store.

We reserved a 20-ft truck, the inside of the trailer was filthy and turned my hands black when I touched it. I called for a different concern and they put me on hold and over 20 minutes later it transferred me to the call center who actually did listen and help me. I am very disappointed in this location.
