Ive used the Pasadena Pouch Self Storage on and off for a decade now and Ive always been satisfied with the service there. When Ive needed to fill up a unit for my business, Ive always gotten a space quickly. Ive tried other storage businesses years ago, but Ive been the happiest with Pouch. Clarence, Linda and Darnell are always friendly and when I arrive to sign in, Clarence remembers my Family and asks how they are doing, so hes become almost a Family member himself. Great folks there. Ill continue to use them again when my business needs some office items to store, or if we move and need some space. Id recommend them highly.

This is my second time renting a space. After a terrible experience with another facility renting a unit I had already paid for, without my knowledge, I was relieved to have remembered Pasadena Self Storage. The clean units and excellent customer service are just as I remembered experiencing in 2013. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a self storage facility with staff who take all the time you might require to find a space that suits your needs, including referrals to nearby competitors who might have size units and availability needed. Truly exceptional customer service!

This place is the best. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Unit access is excellent, drive right up to your own roll up door. Excellent security. The morning hours are great, but some days they close a bit early for my night owl tastes. I love not having to carry my key around with me. The folks that work here are really nice. However all these nice features go with the fact that the pricing is definitely at the high end of the storage spectrum.

The staff at Pouch Self Storage, especially Linda are absolutely amazing. Friendly, caring and excellent customer service. They called me to let me know when a space of the size I needed was available and held it for me until I could get in to see it. Every time I visit they are helpful and friendly and a little bit funny too! Highly recommend!

Reasonable rates, clean and secure site. Awesome how they bring a moving truck to your location and drive your stuff to to storage! Best of all, the people at Pouch Pasadena are the best- helpful and caring, friendly. They make you feel more like a welcome guest than a client.

The front desk is always friendly and helpful. They hold onto your key so you cannot lose it. Prices are nothing special

Terrible customer service especially by the blonde lady I believe that her name is Linda. This woman is so very rude and if looks could kill well damn she would win that contest. In a desperate time of need after just loosing my house she was so rude and cruel and couldnt even give us an extra day to get all of our stuff out of our unit.another day our battery on our vehicle had died and when we asked for a jump she was very rude with her reply. Very overpriced dont waste your time or the money.
