Jackeline did a great job of taking care of my shipping order. It was a piece of flat art that required a large flat box, and she quickly obtained the right box. She also took care in the interior padding to protect my precious item. Jackeline also advised me on pricing options, and took care with my sending and receiving address. Im just a visitor to Pasadena, but I recommend this store.

They woman named Jakeline was absolutely amazing. This woman went above and beyond to accommodate under time sensitive circumstances. I always have a good experience here. Just shipped a longboard out from this location. The customer service is 10/10. Jackie is awesome!You can print, scan, fax, package and ship all from this location! They also usually have the right size boxes and parcels if you didnt bring your own.

Supper convenient location from my house. Theres never any problems finding parking as the loading zone in front is almost always empty. If you are doing bully it large items -- you should go inside and ask for a cart. The distance between the loading zone and the store is about 20 feet.

Hidden from road but very customer friendly location. Never too busy. Great to quickly ship items as well as fax, print and/or scan documents.

Really nice staff. They helped me package my guitar very efficiently. Parking is difficult in the area.

This is basically my office . I’m always in and out quick (just printing faxing or scanning) plus the stag is usually pretty helpful (parking is in the back, so don’t pass up the entrance for parking listening to gps)

Jackie is great to work with and is very helpful. I would have done 5 stars if the computer hadnt kept restarting when she was printing my documents.
