Don’t go to this Fedex location. I was making copies and a person next to me wasn’t wearing a mask. I’m double masking these days and super careful. I won’t go to this Fedex anymore, as they don’t enforce mask wearing .
Store manager here is very rude. Dont remember her name, but she wears plain manager clothes & not the fedex uniform. Anyway, she is rude and disrespectful to customers. I was here today and she berated an employee in front of the whole store. Not sure what the guy did, but this was definitely the type of conversation you have inside your office and not in front of customers. The employee was very calm and professional and didnt say anything besides yes maam and okay. And this guy has helped me so much before, hes always great! Her on the other hand, every time I come in shes rude and doesnt help anyone. Poor management to such a cool team of helpful people.
I wasted 3 hours between online and on the phone with this FedEx location trying to place an order for 250 business cards. After getting no where, I finally decided to go to their location. I waited around in different lines in the store for about 25 minutes before finally talking to an employee, who sat me down at a computer and left me to figure it out on my own. I had a pdf in an email that I wanted to use however I couldnt upload it and the computer finally crashed on me. I finally just left the store. My advice:Theres a store two doors down called Pasadena Image Printing. 817 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91101They gave me an email, where I was able to send my pdf and my choice of any color I wanted to use for my business cards. I was in and out in 10 minutes and my business card will be ready tomorrow.Do yourself a favor and dont use FedEx I will do everything I can to never use FedEx again
I walked in and there were three people standing in two different lines. The floors were clearly marked for each of the THREE lines. I selected the line that had no customers and when my turn came up. An employee named Alma proceeded to chastise me because I stood in the wrong line. I told her that there were three marked spaces for lines and that there were people in each line. She then had the nerve to tell me that she was not going to help me before the other people that were there before me. She seriously needs to find another job where she does not deal with people.

Crazy slow. Be prepared to wait 30 min to print anything. Covid precautions are understandable, but the fact the management here hasnt put anything in place to cut down the queue while people wait is pretty incredible. Mind you that other fed ex locations are not this slow. Downtown flies. Fml that this is my local fed ex.

They need more employees.The machines are out paper 1/3 of the time. It takes a while for someone to come help us non tech savvy folks.The employees are savvy, do quality work and are friendly.

This is my go to office store. The workers are kind and very, very helpful. I like during business there between 7:30PM & 8:30PMIts easier for me and everything is available. I strongly recommend this FedEx store.

The pros of this place are that you can do almost everything online ahead of time (if youre shipping, that is) and the big parking lot in the back. Aside from that, its pretty basic Fedex and the customer service could use an upgrade. Whenever Im here I feel like Ive walked in on their social hour. The staff tends to chit chat loudly in the back instead of being up at the counter should you need anything. Not the biggest deal in the world, but just sort of annoying and unprofessional.If you have an account and want to snag some envelopes to prep everything at home, theyre apparently only allowed to give you five. I thought that was bizarre especially because I had a ton of envelopes I needed to stuff before sending out and would prefer not to do that at Fedex--I later realized I couldve just snagged some from the kiosk in the middle of the store. Despite the staff and the slightly bizarre policies, I still think this is a better route than USPS if you have more than a handful of items to send out.
Good luck getting any printing done here (especially for posters and banners). Very slow. I drove all the way to the branch in Glendales where I got everything done in minutes & there was only one person working there. I’d say, head to Glendales it is worth the drive.
Nice location with lots of space, and plenty of printers. The staff is inconsistent and can be rude depending on who is on the clock. There have some days when the nice ladies behind the registers were quick to help, and other days they seemed bothered that we needed help and were rude when they finally addressed our printing issues.
Great assistance! Print & Go function tremendous and the Computer to change documents works extremely well. Payment Options are amazing and the Staff awesome! My highest recommendation.

Today I went in too print out 3 pages from my e mail. And paid 3 dollers and some change. I just checked my bank account and was billed 10 dollers even . I have no idea how these extra charges accured.
This place is excellent for all your late night printing needs. I was worried that my pdf file was not going to print at the Self service center because the printer said it exceeded 80 MB but once I went to a representative that worked there, he was able to print my documents out. I paid $10 for a black and white with colors on every other page document that had 21 pages.
I usually go to office depot, but a few days ago I had to print an invoice late in the night. the guy at the counter provided excellent customer service, however today I was assisted by another older guy I believe his name is Michael its not the first time he helped me, and he is HORRIBLE when it comes to customer service. all i needed today was to print an attachment which is quite simple send an email to their email and print, i do this all the time does not matter what printing place i go to simple and fast. but that was not the case today. the assistant Shawn tried to explain he behaves that way because he has alot of work to do.I totally understand so I wont waste my time or cents coming here. you guys are to busy and stressed for the customer who want a very simpleJuly 20 2015
The people that work here are obnoxious. They ask really personal rude not applicable to printing questions of you. They aren’t helpful and I’m tired of getting judged and made fun of every time I’m in there. Laughing at someone does not make you personable. Last time I will go to this location.

Ive found the quality of service to be fine, but they need a much larger staff for this location. MUCH larger. On my last visit it took 20 minutes to pay for a lamination job I did in under a minute. Every time I come here I wait an unreasonable amount of time to pay.
Service was quick and the Assistant Manager Jonathan, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I always find exactly what I need. This particular store in the heart of Pasadena, is always neat and very organized.
Is place takes forever for customer service they need to hire more employees. Plenty of parking easy to fine very clean everything is tidy customer service is nice and pleasant all their equipment seems to work the stations are kept typing full of paper however for printing or shipping you will be there for a long time..
This is one of the worst FedEx outlets I have been to. The staff are not just rude but also incompetent and well, quite frankly a bit stupid. Dont do business there.
The only good thing about this location is that it is open 24 hours.Customer service? Slow at best and poorly staffed.Everything. Thats right. EVERYTHING is overpriced.But if you are working late and need to print something, and your printer suddenly begins to misbehave, FedEx Office is your best bet.
I received excellent customer service from Michael when shipping packages. A full service location with everything you might need, from passport photos to computers to printing labels. I would come back.

Quick place to fax, scan and make copies if you need it. You can also shred private documents. Plenty of free parking behind the building. Ive never had a customer service issue.
Not terribly busy, so theyre never fully staffed, so everything takes much longer than youd planned. The other day they took down all of their customer workstations in the middle of the afternoon for an upgrade. Not very helpful at all.
FedEx is getting ridiculous. My package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and it is now Friday—and I still haven’t received my package. Mind you, the package was shipped from Arcadia, a city that is 5 miles away from Pasadena. It should not take that long. I’ve received USPS packages shipped from across the country in less time. Really upset. At least provide me with a status update.
I received terrible customer service here. I was trying to use their self service machines to create my shipping label. The payment did not go though and I had to wait in line three times to get some attention.
Really slow service, chip reader does not work as expected, took around 30 minutes to get one document printed. Was still able to print though.

This place has the worst service ever. Lazy, slow, unproductive staff members and they let dangerous homeless people at night to roam around the store threatening customers and stealing stuff. Somebody should do something.
Went in for 5 color prints in the morning, employees tells me he will call me no later than 4 pm. Calls me at 6:30 and tells me it was finished at 3 but we forgot to call you. Get new employees that can take care of the customers.
There is a four eyed mexican man worker here that walks around asking the customers dumb questions like wow its hot in here. He is a real arrogant jerk kinda nerdy. And as he is asking these weird question...the copiers need paper and ink displaying error messages...the staplers are empty of staples...the trash cans are full of paper which should be his main concern...i cant understand why he acts so weird. Humming and singing to himself in a very annoying fashion. His main focus should be straightening the shelves and filling all the empty holes. Instead he is singing out loud and asking people weird questions. I think his focus is not where it should be and the WiFi here is horrible...hey i only come here for the hrs...

So theyre parking lot is less then satisfactory to make it that much worse while looking for a park one of the employees of this lovely establishment almost ran into my car when he parked mainly because he did not park in a parking spot he parked in the dead center of the parking lot

I have to imagine this Fedex location wants to go out of business since I cant believe they are not aware of their incompetent, rude, lazy and despotic evening staff. Tonight was the last straw. What arrogance for having asked a simple question which was not answered. A stunned customer answered my question as best he could. I thanked him and walked out of the shop forever.

Where the HELL does Kinkos get their employees from? I find them generally rude, lazy, smug and very unhelpful. If you go there late at night, you can spot a guy behind the counter somewhere in the corner, chewing on a straw and blasting his music at an annoying level. They treat customers as if we are an inconvenience to them or if we are ignorant for not understanding printing jargon & practices.Many times if I call ahead or want to submit an order by email, I am met with Why dont you bring your order down on a flash drive and print it out yourself, because we are too busy printing more important jobs ....WHAT KIND OF B.S IS THIS! I loathe this place beyond words. If there was another copy center that was open late, I would jump ship in a heartbeat and NEVER set foot in another Fed Ex/Kinkos ever again.

No line only one customer was being helped and I waited over 20 minutes to finally get my package that been packed with label code on my phone. What should have been less than a minute took forever. Even my local UPS store faster they maybe bad at shipping but they will get you in n out within the minutes.
This place is absolutely ridiculous. Came here for an early morning print job and they refuse to allow you access to the bathroom. Associate states they put the no bathroom sign up for a reason and no you cant use it. Would never come here again. Customer service is awful

Difficult to imagine worse Fedex service or such a badly organized system. I ordered something on line with Fedex delivery but missed their first delivery attempt, so used the newly expanded, optional service of having it held at the Pasadena Kinko-Fedex store (only half a mile from home). I phoned ahead and they said my item had arrived and was being held and that they are open 24/7. I arrived at 8.45 pm but after 35 minutes the polite and apologetic but powerless employees, Luckie and Eric, told me it was there but locked in a closet and only the manager, not due back till the next day, had the key. At 8.40 am the next day I tried again and employee, Maria, first told me it wasnt there but in Burbank. I showed her my printout from the Fedex web-site showing it had been held there since the previous day, to which she replied it wasnt and I couldnt understand the printout. I persuaded her to try to look for it by my name and then she said it was there after all. However, she said it was still not possible to get it because the manager with the key is only there from 10 am to 5 pm. So I left 20 minutes later still without it and after surly, ill-informed, unapologetic service. Collected it later the same day served cheerfully and helpfully by Celeste, having been deprived of my item for nearly 24 hours. (Later spoke to the manager, who said the system was still bedding in and was under review). My advice is that if you want a Fedexed item fast dont have it held here until you have confirmed that they have their new system in operation.
