AMAZING SERVICE AND PRODUCT! I ordered an umbrella from this store and I couldnt be any happier. I have had this umbrella for almost a year now and it still looks as good as the day it arrived.The lady who took my order spent a lot of time with me helping me decide which product would best suit my needs. The umbrella arrived quickly and I was super satisfied with the quality of my umbrella. I knew instantly that I had chosen the right company.

We ordered 6-7 of the umbrellas. Within 30-45 days 4 of the umbrellas were broken and unable to use.We contacted the Umbrella store about the warranty and were told that we would have to ship the umbrellas back at our expense or we could pay $40 shipping for each umbrella and then keep the broken ones.Total cost $160 to replace $210 umbrellas that we already bought.Not a good product and a terrible warranty.
