Big score! We picked up some out door dining dishes and glasses that were on sale. They didnt have the high ball glasses in the Pasadena store so Kiya ordered them from another store and they will be shipped to me. 😁 Also, we purchased a large 11 foot umbrella for the back yard. Super cute and also on sale. Customer service was great, as usual. Kiya was extremely helpful! Happy we stopped in!

Pottery Barn has great catalog photography and their showrooms are just as quaint. I wanted that rustic look in my patio. Their pricing is up there in the hundreds and thousands so I expected quality and something to pass on. Unfortunately despite being told everything is made in the USA the item did not hold up. No worries I thought, I can count on them honoring their products. Nope. I have emailed them, called them, visited the store, and was continually passed along. Now that this item in the patio is a hated item

One bad person spoils the experience. Claire is apparently a new manager here but is just a nasty unpleasant person to deal with, which is a shame as the rest of the personnel are really nice people. Go to West Elm instead, just down the street.

We stopped by PB Pasadena to look at Sofas. Nazelle was extremely helpful and quite knowledgeable about PB products and design options. She was patient and answered all of our questions which made us confident that we were making the right choice.Thank you Nazelle for your assistance and professionalism!!

PotteryBarn Pasadena is the Worst. Zero customer service, hardly anyone to ask a question, and didn’t really care that they couldnt or wouldnt help me (the customer). My store in Sherman Oaks closed but they were THE most helpful and Pleasant staff. I have worked retail and I can tell you that if I were snarly on the floor I wouldn’t have a job!!

Always a great store to shop. Its right in the middle of old town Pasadena. I find what I need.

Staff was remote! I was surprised to see someone actually stand up. It wasnt for me. The associate, on the second floor, that ultimately sold me a rug was warm and quite personable but distracted. I may have made other purchases.

Always super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Easily the best PB to go to in the LA area for customer service with a huge 2 story store of selection. I always go way out of my way to go to this location anytime I need something from PB because the experience is far superior and totally worth it.

I usually love Pottery Barn but there is something about this particular location that just drives me crazy.Β  I’m so glad that the employees get along so well, but when there’s a customer looking around, don’t you think they should break it up and help?Β  I think they might have had a shift in management or something, I’m not sure.

I feel like if you had all your decor from Pottery Barn, it would feel like living in a magazine. Fantastic quality and selection of furniture, bedding, candles, and items for your kitchen.

For whatever it’s worth I’m sending this to the president on down. It’s my God-given voice.Subject: Retail jobs. What I did to surviveWrote this about Pottery Barn on Yelp. This is what I’m reduced to. Indeed. That after all my hard work and sacrifice, I should be down to $13.22 an hour part time β€” reduced to the abuse and disrespect to which I was subjected is for what I have to thank UCLA. Par for the course that no one listens nor cares how little highly experienced and educated Hispanic women count in overcrowded Southern California. My student debt is a noose around my neck. My UCLA MFA a death sentence. The one Yelp check mark is for the Williams-Sonoma/Pottery Barn corporate culture of putting profits above employee safety or common sense civility. I was a loyal customer when money was more plentiful so I thought it would be fun try and make ends meet as a part time member of the Pasadena store team. To say that it was stressful it’s an understatement β€” it was also humiliating. There are some super hard-working store managers there who cannot be faulted. But one of the managers was a male tyrant who terrified and berated me publicly and put me to process boxes endlessly in their dank basement. I got really super sick, couldnt breathe, had to go to emergency and thought I would die.And did you know that PB sales personnel are supposed to clean the store with a broom? Think about it. Pottery barn corporate made me feel of no value for who I am as a woman, nor for my hard-earned accomplishments -- my three-language fluency, my long established experience as an accredited professional screenwriter, my UCLA MFA in film and digital media studies 2012, my dedication to a brand I have had on display all over my historic Glendale home. No more.Pottery Barn is a kind of Dickensian cargo ship. My family and I will forever stay away. Caveat emptor. But it is typical of all retail jobs and the only jobs an educated Hispanic woman can get.Migdia Chinea

This was a very nice, two story pottery barn. It was especially beautiful at Christmas. All of the red, green, white and ever green branches.

Shop prevention is understandable, but there’s no need to follow customers around the store. I was literally asked 5 times if I needed a basket by the same person. Ruined the experience.
