I came to this place in desperate need of a machine with Tucker promising to find my family a 24 washer. We waited almost a week for him to get back to us with anything. Him and another man delivered and installed the machine. 2 days later when trying to use the machine it shoots off a code after 2 minutes. Which clearly means they did not run a diagnostic before leaving. Already frustrated that I had to spend more money by going to the laundromat I asked Tucker for a refund and to take the machine. He stated via text we were not using the machine properly and that he will come by to check it. When he comes by to check it he states that its our fault the cold water hose was not hooked up (though he installed it). Again, without a diagnostic run to ensure the machine is good. A few days later we tried to use the machine again (first use after Tucker looks at it) and the machine will not unlock the door to put clothes in. I asked Tucker for a refund again and he states No refunds...only exchanges which was not clearly stated when purchasing. Tucker gave us someone elses trash machine and blamed us for it not working. I would not suggest doing business with him unless you are comfortable with the run around. I have told him multiple times that I am not comfortable with doing any more business with him and would prefer a refund due to the experience and having to spend extra money for our own diagnostic on the machine and going to the laundromat.

Bought a Samsung refrigerator here and it stopped working in 6 months. Tried to get repair service from Tucker Appliances and they just gave me the run around, never came to look at it when it wasn’t working. Don’t waste your time or money. Not worth it.Wish I would have just bought a new refrigerator instead of wasting my time here.

Boss Tucker is a true gentlemen, came to my house detected the problem immediately on my dish washer, order the part and 4 days later I was up and running like it never happened and his price is cheaper than anybody out here. highly recommended. 100% Thanks Isaiah...
