I came in yesterday and the rep Stephanie helped me out. I used to be with T Mobile, but I wanted the same service for cheaper so I switched to Cricket. The switch was simple and fast. I also got new phone while I was there. Honestly, best experience at a phone store. 10/10

I came in a couple days ago to do an upgrade on my device. I forgot my password for my gmail account and the kind lady their helped me reset it. Also helped me pass over my contacts and made sure my pictures and videos were there. AMAZING WORK! I am satisfied with the help from the young lady working there.

I came to add a line and buy a phone for my mom on Saturday. Explained exactky that to representative named Jose. Instead, he gave me an upgrade on my phone. I told him what he did, because he told he was done and never asked me for my mothers number or carrier. To do all that it took 45 minutes. Now he had to reverse it by now he had to get a new SIM. An hour into it I couldnt take it anymore. Then i told them that i will return. The next day, another 2 hours because neither Jose nor the girl Stephanie he was working with could figure it out. Now thwy said after 2 hours that everything was done but itll take up to 6 hours for the new phone to be fully operable. 27 hours later and the phone still doesnt work. Now Im currently here for the third time. Will let you know how long it willtake so far 15 minutes in. They either were not trained or they just cant do the job.Also, i found out that someone made a change in my account without my pin or secret question. Stephanie told me she gave her access just by verifying my name and 2 phone numbers on the account. I told her my 9 year old could do that her response was no because we dont take kids. So much for security with cricket. Will never return to this store again.

I activated my phone a couple days ago and they helped me get the information I needed to port over my number. Also helped me create a gmail and pass over my contacts. Amazing work! Very friendly.

When I arrived at the cricket store, the young lady Araday, is very attentive, she immediately greeted me and asked how she can help me. I was stressed because My phone was stolen, and I was hoping someone would help me with activated my old phone.She then politely ask if I can wait a few minutes while she helps the gentlemen who were there before me. As, I waited, she then asked a few more questions. When she was done with the gentlemen, she immediatel began to help me and went the extra mile, something you rarely see and experience. She worked diligently until the problem was solved and I was there for a while. Araday is patient, polite, professional, and eager to help customers.I highly do recommend this store. Thank you, very much for the pleasant experience.
