Customer service was great and the application process was very efficient. Was approved for a vehicle online and over the phone. All paperwork was ready before arriving at the dealership and all i had to do was sign a few pages when i arrived. In and out in our new vehicle in less than an hour! Awesome 👌

We went in for brakes and although I thought the price was at the top end of our budget it was worth it. The driveability after was like when it was new. The car was taken in on time and finished as scheduled.

Still waiting for Tim Walbauker to call me. Oh actually Im not because I got tired of waiting and went to the Ford dealership in Coshocton Ohio and bought a 2021 Ford F-150 XL sport edition. When are loyal to someone you expect them to be loyal to you but I guess that is to much to ask! We have and my father In-law has gave a lot of business to Tim and this is not the first time this has happened but it wont happen again. Because he will not get our business again!

Drove from Dayton to pick up my badlands. This dealership is amazing. Best sales experience I ever had. Cory is awsome my sales rep. Not high pressure and humorous. Brian in finance is not high pressure and huge humor and awesome personality. Had a blast. My first ford in my life and surly not last. I would drove the 1.5 hours to buy from Cory and Brian.

Staff was busy & couldnt get to me immediately. They were friendly other than that. They will usually have me in & out in an hour or two if the repair job isnt too invasive!
