Good body work. However, they left paint speckles all over my windows. Had to get my front window redone due to leaking. Staff is awesome and kind. We were assigned this company to complete a tow thru AAA for us. We were told thru text the driver would arrive around 7:30, and I had AAA mark that I wanted a phone call or text from the driver if needed. The truck arrived around then - we think. We saw a tow truck at the end of our alleyway (perfectly car accessible) who attempted a back-up and then left. Didn’t contact me or reach out about accessibility troubles or anything. If they had, we wouldve moved the car to a more accessible area (it runs but a big piece is scraping the ground to a concerning point.) An hour and a half after 7:30 we received no update and I had to call AAA, where it appears the driver I think either marked it as cleared or completed - either way it appeared on AAA’s end that they had “arrived”, which the driver never did. Now I’m waiting still for a tow, an hour and a half after the driver straight ditched and marked as complete. Disappointing.

Driving home on 62 on Christmas Eve, in snow, with low visibility, and my three children in the car. A driver in one of your trucks felt the need to pass us, and the three cars in front of us (yes, at the same time) while almost running a vehicle off the road. Im assuming he or she was in a hurry, but please speak with your drivers about the importance of safety. I tried to call and no one answered. Driver did the same thing when approaching the next set of cars. Safety should prioritize time, have a Merry Christmas.

Did not use Elite towing however my wife was driving on 270 and one of their tow trucks was tailgating people including her, she was doing the speed limit, almost hit our car then he cut across three lanes of traffic and weaving in and out of lanes recklessly. The way he was speeding and driving recklessly he’s gonna need a tow truck and whoever he hits will too!

Today when our low to the ground Cobra broke down Elite showed up and took such good care of our car. He took his time and really made sure that our car made it home safely. We appreciate him coming out to help us out!

I was stranded this morning with a flat on the side of 161 in busy traffic. An officer refused to change my tire. A nice man named Dustin showed up and offered me help. He changed my tire and explained how I should drive on a donut and helped me get back on the road safely, all completely free. The tow I had actually called for didnt get there until after I made it into work. I am so thankful for the help and wish I could have given him something in return

I was a bit concerned that I would have a long wait when AAA dispatched a company based in Pataskala to handle a tow in Columbus on a Friday night. No need to worry. Micah was already in Columbus and was there reasonably quickly, despite having incorrect coordinates to work with. He would be in Columbus throughout the night, he said. He took care of loading the car on the flatbed and getting it to its destination quickly and professionally.

I had a missing headlight and a busted quarter panel. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the repair, as well as waxing n buffing my car and detailed the interior beautifully, they had it out in about 2-3 days. I observed a driver on one of their trucks behaving so badly that I would never use their service. A driver was blocking the fast lane and not allowing cars to pass, breaking unnecessarily, flipping several drivers who wanted to pass (including me), following me and taking a picture of my license plate. This is a bully.

Very unprofessional driver. Blocked a whole street just to pick up a vehicle legally parked curbside. Was asked nicely to move his truck and refused. Driver looked like a convict out of Shawshank Redemption. Large spike sticking out the side of his face. Company obviously does not care who they hire as a driver. Would not use or recommend.

My SUV broke down late at night just outside of Columbus on 8/6/18, stranding myself and my daughter. I called AAA and Scott from Elite Towing came to our rescue. I was in an accident and didnt know where to take my car afterward and our tow trunk driver suggested Elite! He was very nice and was truthful. Ben and Jerry took amazing care of me, and did the same for my car. They worked hard to find me good prices that I deemed more than fair. I had to pay cash and my car looks just as it did before the accident. I am so glad I listened and went here. It was a bit out of my way but so worth it! They are a quality shop, only thing to work on is their communication skills with Customers, returning calls/emails in timely fashion.

You know the story about how a mechanic takes advantage of a woman who comes in to get her car fixed? I thought that was an urban legend until my girlfriend went here and they failed to fix the primary reason she went to them. Then they demanded more money to fix that issue. I would encourage people to avoid this place, if they want a fair and honest service.

Elite and team have done several jobs for me. Large and small. They did a great job on all of my work. They are great people to work with. One of the jobs was on a car that was 22 years old and took a lot of extra work to find parts.I will entrust Elite with my cars in the future as well.

Great place to get your car fixed

Had my truck towed a while ago, and a friend of mine came across this young man’s facebook account that works for this company, and he had a picture of my truck up on the bed of his tow truck as his cover photo. My friend recognized that it was my truck and sent me some screenshots. I find it very rude that he has quite a few of peoples vehicles on his facebook. Its invasion of privacy. He wouldnt like it if i had his vehicle blasted all over mine so he shall not be allowed to do the same for the customers he tows. Very unprofessional. Yes i know my truck is sexy but he doesnt need to post it to try to make him look like hes cool or something, whatever these young boys do. I will no longer be using your business. The young man’s facebook name is Colton Kougher. I see no problem in blasting his name since he did the same with my personal vehicle. Thank you.

Terrible, terrible service. They came out to tow our truck, which the rear wheels had locked up. When he arrived he saw 2 adults and one child and immediately said do you have a ride because I can not take you. AAA stayed that 2 people could ride with the driver. He said no, he could only take 1 person. Then he gets in the truck and begins to try to back it up,after being told the rear wheels were locked. We hear a loud noise and yell to him in the truck. He immediately takes offense, we were just pointing out to him that the wheel was making a loud noise. He then refused to tow the vehicle without a damage waiver being signed. He probably caused more damage trying to move it, and since we said something, he wanted us to sign a waiver. NO. He slammed our truck door, gave us much attitude and left us in the cold with a child. We had to find a ride. I will post this story all over social media. I have never seen such behavior in my life. TERRIBLE

I came out of a store this evening to find my car wouldnt start, wouldnt even turn over. I called AAA and they said someone would be there in ~ 40 minutes. Less than 10 minutes later, Dustan from Elite Auto Service showed up. I was feeling really cranky- I was cold, tired, hungry, and fed up with my car. Dustan not only took care of my car, replacing the battery with a new one with a great warranty -- he went above and beyond - he was professional, helpful, personable, and very kind. Horrible paint and prep work. Seriously looks like a do it yourselfer could do better work in a garage with harbor freight tools. Runs in the paint, uneven coverage, couldnt sand down the previous paintwork and just sprayed over it so you can see every detail of the oxidized paint underneath, cant line up body panels to save their lives. I never thought a shop could make a maaco $500 paint job look good until I saw the work turned out from there. Simple things any body shop should be able to do and this place cant do them. Avoid like the plague and go to a reputable shop that knows how to handle a paint gun. I wont even get into how bad they welding is. Laughable at best.
