Dealerships like Liberty are the reason used car salesmen have a bad reputation. After test driving a used Ram truck and SIX WEEKS of periodic communication with my salesman Chet, I agreed to come in on to finalize the deal. He told me he wanted to ask a specific sales manager about my offer on the truck and would get back to me that next day, Friday. I rearranged my schedule to come in on that Friday evening at his request because he was off that weekend. I texted him that day and again at closing time but he never asked the sales manager until after the dealership was already closed. At that point he called me, stating the sales manager was there with him. The sales manager was condescending and chose to focus on my down payment and trade rather than the price of the truck. He wouldn’t even consider coming close to what I’d been offered for my trade by three other dealerships.All they wanted to talk about was financing and down payment. I could have been a millionaire but I wasn’t going to discuss financing until we agreed on a price for the truck. This must have angered the manager because he said “goodnight” and left the conversation. All in all a terrible experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. There are plenty of other car dealerships in this city. Look elsewhere, I will.
We purchased a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave from Steve Graham. I highly recommend Steve. He was quickly responsive and patient. He had lots of knowledge about the vehicles and helped us make our decision. There was a bump in the road when it came to the parts department and from what we were told the wrong part was ordered. It was then addressed to us that they couldnt get access to the specific one we included with our purchase so they ordered a different one and we were never notified. Once everyone was on the same page and understanding the sales manager and Steve wanted to correct any wrong doings of us not being notified after a week and a half and a different part being ordered so they covered the cost difference and had them install what ended up being a higher quality part. I drove a little over a hour up because they got us in the day of and my only complaint would be how rude the one gentleman was in the service department (I think his name was Mark). However Alex and William (Buddy) went above and beyond in customer service and then the entire sales staff (it was a slow point inside and they were all together talking) noticed I had been there for a while with kids and offered to run it through the car wash just to put something good/happy in our day! Anytime I need any type of service I am definitely making sure Alex and Buddy will be there!
This is my second time buying a Jeep from Liberty, and it won’t be my last. Both times I’ve purchased from Liberty I have found the sales staff to be straightforward, honest, and upfront about pricing. I’ve never been pressured to buy something I didn’t want, and I’ve never had to haggle. Steve Graham was my salesman, and to say he went above and beyond is a major understatement. Although Liberty did not have the Jeep I wanted in their inventory, Steve offered to find it for me, something I didn’t know dealers even did anymore. Not only did he get my Jeep, he was courteous, patient, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He offered top notch customer service and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. There are a lot of dealers out there, but not many like Liberty. If you’re in the market for a new Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, I implore you to contact Steve Graham. You won’t be disappointed.
What a complete failure of customer service... I was actually hung up on by the service manager Todd. Our Jeep Grand Cherokees air compressor failed in 2019 (luckily still under warranty). Just over a year after that part was replaced (now outside of Chrysler warranty) we had to the vehicle back in for more suspension issues. They belittled my wife insisting she hit a pot hole and knocked the rear tire out of alignment. Then 3 months later after having it serviced, inspected, and re-aligned, the air bag on the same tire completely failed.We paid to have it towed now a second time this year to have the suspension serviced again. After waiting 2 weeks for parts, we had the vehicle back for less than a week and something is clearly wrong with the suspension - the ride height of the new air bag is 2 inches taller than any other wheel, severely tilting the vehicle to the left. Clearly frustrated by the lack of resolve, we called to see why this would be happening and refused to pay to tow it a third time to the dealership this year. After dealing with Mark in the service department initially today, I asked to speak with Todd the service manager, because Mark was talking in circles and trying passing the blame for the new issue. This is not a new issue, it is clearly something wrong with what was just replaced. An hour later I received a call back from Todd their service manager. Todds customer service skills were so amazing that he actually hung up on me... I will NEVER take our Jeep back to this dealership.The BBB will be the next place we contact. Good day...
My review addresses Service Team and Management. I took my vehicle in for a diagnosis (electrical problem) on July 30th. I was told, by them, that I needed a instrument cluster. I was told, by them, it would take a week, several different times. They allowed me to pick up my car on September 1st. My vehicle still has the same problem!Have a conversation with Mark, and he immediately separates his fact and opinion from the customers wants or needs. Well, I havent really worked on anything older than a 16 all year - Mark.Also, I didnt ask for my money back because I know the culture. They offered to diagnose it again, but they also said they would discount me for continually misinforming me when my vehicle would be released to me, but I still paid full price. They tried to make it seem like my vehicle wasnt drivable for the month it took them to order & receive the cluster.I asked for a loaner vehicle as well, but I was told they dont provide them by Mark, no matter how long they have your vehicle.
Buddy in service is amazing. His communication skills and willingness to go above and beyond was great. I rate he and the rest of the service department a 5 star.
Had an 8am appointment, they had a 9’car line and no one was checking in cars for service by 803. I have better things to do than wait 2-3 hours for simple service. I’ll find another dealer.
My husband and I called to inform the merchant that we were on our way to pick up our vehicle that we dropped off for service and were at least 20 mins out. I witnessed my husband walk up to the counter and stand there. Two reps (white men) were behind the counter. One looked up and then put his head back down. The other one stood up and walked away. After about 15 mins, another patron (white woman) walked up to the same and was served immediately. My husband spoke up and called out what he just experienced and demanded service immediately. Finally he was guided to the cashier and given the keys to our vehicle. After he looked around the lot for our vehicle and not finding it, my husband returned to the counter to know the location of our vehicle. The one rep that finally served him, begrudgingly grabbed the keys from my husband and brought our vehicle around. Why couldnt the rep have done that in the first place? No matter. They may win some but they just lost one.
Hi, my name is Liz and my husband is Kenny. We had previously purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 from Joe Fox at Liberty in 2015. So when it came time for me to get an SUV, Joe mentioned to us that he had an SRT Jeep Grand Cherokee that was just going up for sale. We went and test drove it that day, and I was in love as soon as I drove it. Joe was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He helped me with the numbers when I was asking him how much I should pay vs. finance the day before I actually purchased it. I slept on it for one night and came back to buy the Jeep the next day. Kit Reitter was the salesperson for my purchase and he was great! He even helped take care of our 16 month old when he woke up from a nap when we were doing our financing paperwork! Joe and Kit both made our experience so awesome that I will recommend them and this dealership to everyone. We have now purchased 2 vehicles here, and we will always come here first when looking for a new car.

I have a 16 Wrangler that was acting up. I called and spoke to Buddy and he was able to get it in for service. They handled everything and was amazing. Here is was just a wire that slipped and they fixed it no charge. They did advise me that my axels were leaking, I asked them to please go a head and fix them because I really don’t want an issue. They did all the work and sent it through on the warranty. I get all my service done at Liberty and will continue to go back. When I decide to upgrade my Jeep I will definitely purchase my 3rd Jeep here! Thank you for everything!
I worked with Steve to purchase a used Jeep Wrangler. The day I went in, I of course was going just to look, as I had a few other options with other dealerships I wanted to look at first. He made the process SO painless- coming as close as possible to my budget and being mindful of that when discussing options, agreeing to replace a dented bumper for free, and taking a look at a small issue I noticed once I drove it home, also for free. His willingness to go above and beyond for me resulted in me driving home in the Jeep that day! The car itself was spotless (AMAZING work, Detail!) and everyone I worked with from Steve selling the car, to Finance, to the parts department, to Detail, was incredible. HUGE thank you to all involved!!
I wish a zero star was an option. Bought a vehicle. Got in writing that they owed me parts for said vehicle. Salesmen lied and is now not answering me. Tried contacting the G.M. about the issue and have been told he was out of the office every time. Left many voice mails with no return calls. Do not do business with this dealership. BBB will be contacted and if need be a lawyer if they dont make it right. Its been over a two month hastle and on going with no resolution in sight.EDIT: after almost two months of trying to get the issue resolved I spoke with Ashley and did receive the items I was promised. It was less than a week from when I first spoke with her to when I got my items. No idea why sales men Chet made it a two month issue and stopped responding to me when Ashley made the process quick and hassle free. Still would never do business with this dealership again and certainly never with Chet.
I really like having my car maintenance done here. Appointments on my schedule.They tell me upfront what needs to be done and the estimate is always right on. I am kept informed of how things are progressing. If I’m waiting for the work to be completed, it’s usually done ahead of schedule. Their prices are competitive.

I had a great experience buying a new RAM truck. Came in on a random Saturday just to possibly test drive and left in a brand new Rebel. Ryan was great to work with. Zero pressure, answered all my questions, and busted his butt to get me out of there as quickly as possible so I could get to a family event. The finance lady was great too. She explained things in depth and also did her best to get me on the road. I have bought 6 or 7 vehicles in my life and this was by far the best experience yet. Thank you, Liberty! !

While I didn’t buy there I would absolutely recommend them for a purchase. I test drove with Steve Graham and he was more knowledgeable about the car than just about any other salesman I spoke to and I ended up shopping at about a dozen or so dealers. He was also super nice to take the car out to an empty lot so I could get used to the clutch (I hadn’t driven a manual in over 20years and was nervous).I didn’t buy there because I could get a better price out of state but that’s not their fault that’s just the Ohio market. Their price was competitive for the area but if you want to go way below invoice you have to be ready for a road trip. If you’re buying local go here and ask for Steve.

I think that I can be pretty hard to deal with when buying vehicles, but have earned our business for the future. Referring people there already.
I had no intention of purchasing a car this weekend, however I saw a deal online too good to pass up! From start to finish this was THE BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve EVER had buying a car. Steven brought the car to me for a test drive because my schedule was to hectic to drive to the dealership. He allowed me to keep the vehicle overnight to really get a feel of how it handled in everyday life situations. The following day he called to check on my experience and to schedule a time for me to come into to the finance department to finalize the sale. He introduced me to Tyler and explained that I had a 1 and 2 year old at home with a stomach virus and needed to be in and out. Tyler made it happen!!!! He explained everything in detail without that “sales” mentality. I never felt pressured to add anything additional to my sale. Everything was printed, signed and additional copies were made all within 30 mins! Steven and Tyler provided the most painless car buying experience ever!!!! Only giving a 4 star because I havent bought a car from them, only used the mechanic part. Ive been in twice at least for repairs on my Jeep. Both times were great. Seemed very knowledgeable and very friendly. Also work quickly. Love the waiting room for kids and the comfy couches for adults. And both times I came in, a couple weeks after the visit, I received free streaming service (for 3 months I believe) to Sirius XM as a thank you for coming in. Once it is time to get a new Jeep, I will be going here (as long as they have what I want 😉😂)
Came in for an oil change. Amber was very helpful in explaining how to go about getting an oil change and other services. They got me in right away and the waiting room was very comfortable. Loved the way Jackie explained everything at the receptionist desk. He really made me feel like I was fully informed about everything going on with my car. Love the service and couldn’t ask for a better experience.
I leased a Jeep Wrangler on March 30th. The deal, financially was terrible. Something seemed off about the deal which should have been my sign to walk away. But, as many could probably relate, they wear you down and make you wait so long that you’re ready to just sign some papers and be done. After research/working with numbers at home and considering the goal I expressed to Antonio, I realized I could have been offered a better option. I will be paying thousands over the purchase price due to a very high rental fee.The salesperson, Antonio made a comment more than once saying I need to make it worth his while to be here during a pandemic. He tried to make it come off as a joke but it was off-putting. Twice while working a deal he made a comment with a condescending chuckle that was offensive. Again, I know I have a voice and could have walked away. But there’s no excuse for it in the first place.There were a couple other minor issues that just didn’t measure up to a high-quality buying experience. So, while I’ll own up to my stupidity for not walking away, I think it’s appropriate to share my experience as that is what these reviews are for.I thought long and hard about writing a review as I’m generally not one to post negative experiences. I ignored the dealer survey and I wish I would have just done it. I regret working with Liberty.
My husband and I recently purchased our Jeep Grand Cherokee from Antonio Allie at Liberty. First and foremost this was by far the easiest and most pleasant dealer experience we have ever had! Antonio is a down to earth guy who’s professionalism is unmatched. We came in and told him what we were looking for and what price range we wanted and he did the rest. It was nice to not have to play the “typical dealer games” and to not be pressured into something that made us uncomfortable. Antonio acted more like a friend than a salesman and it put us at ease. The rest of the staff was also extremely nice and accommodating. I would 11/10 recommend this dealership to anyone looking!
Beyond terrible. Tried to tell us our credit score was 100+ points below what it actually is, as we were looking at it on our phone. Then had the audacity to say we couldn’t trust what we were looking at, only their score. Tried to bully us into taking an EIGHT percent interest rate! Funny, an hour later we bought a newer, more expensive model of the same vehicle at a different dealership with a credit score 100+ points better, a payment that was less than what Liberty quoted, and an interest rate of 3.6. TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!EDIT: It is most certainly within your control to be truthful with customers. The lack of transparency and now responsibility for the business practices within your organization is contemptible.

BOUGHT A NEW JEEP RENEGADE IN LATE OCTOBER . HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH IT.. ITS BEEN BACK FOR REPAIRS 9 TIMES IN 7 MONTHS. AND NEEDED A NEW ENGINE WITH ONLY 6000 MILES ON IT.. I BOUGHT THIS BECAUSE I WANTED MY WIFE TO HAVE A DEPENDABLE VEHICLE AND ITS BEEN ANYTHING BUT DEPENDABLE.. IM SO FED UP WITH GETTING THE RUN-AROUND FROM LIBERTY CHRYSLER JEEP AND CHRYSLER CORPORATE. . REGRETTING BUYING THIS JEEP. .THERE TECH TOLD US THAT HE HAS PUT 4 OTHER NEW ENGINES IN LOW MILEAGE JEEPS IN ONE MONTH. I GUESS ARE NEXT OPTION IS TO GET A LAWYER AND TRY TO GET THIS RESOLVED . Recently purchased a 2018 Durango from liberty dodge. The buying experience was awesome. It was Christmas gift for the family and Antonio Allie was a great about the whole thing. The responsiveness he showed was outstanding. Helpful in the whole process. The price was great and from start to finish I couldnt have been happier.Michele in finance was equally as great. Untrustworthy. Get everything they say they will get you before signing anything. They lie. Made promises they apparently had no intention of coming through on. Bought a Jeep Wrangler and part of the deal was to replace with a hard top. Lies. They had no intention of it. They even tried to get me to sign a document saying they owed me nothing. They need to look at their own docs on the deal and maybe be responsive.
I had been shopping around for a couple weeks and looked at many used jeeps. I came across this place some how and glad I did. Awesome experience, its a very nice dealership, and the sales guy I worked with, Steven Graham was awesome to do business with. The process was easy, and I was able to test drive multiple Jeeps. I felt as though I got an awesome deal and an awesome jeep. Hopefully it runs for many years to come!
I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in Oct. of 2015 and to be honest my sales experience wasnt the greatest but I must say that the service department is the exact opposite! Buddy and Jackie have been absolutely amazing. No matter what it is I need they always go above and beyond to to accommodate me and make certain that I am happy. They are extremely knowledgeable, polite and offer some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Working in the sales industry I understand how difficult it is and these guys consistently do it every single day! Because of my amazing experience with them and the rest of the service staff I will purchase another vehicle from the dealer ship, had it not been for them this would not be the case. Purchased a new $54,000 Jeep from these folks, was great up until financing. I made it very clear I planned to refinance out of the loan very quickly. Ive had numerous auto loans through the years and never had a prepayment penalty. The finance department put me into a loan that charges a hefty 1.75% or $955 to refinance before month 48. I tried working with the dealer and was told pound sand. Be careful with Mychelle in finance. Read everything twice!

Antonio was great. Listened to what I needed to be able to purchase and made it happen. We were going to leave when he overheard me tell my son that they must not have wanted to sell a truck as we were getting back in the car and came over to save the deal. We set a time to sign papers and told them we would be in at a certain time and still had to wait for 2 hrs to be told that the payment would be $100 over what we had discussed. Not sure if they were trying to short me on incentives or what but it got fixed in about 5 minutes and we were able to get the papers signed in about 20 minutes when we finally got in. Overall the score would probably been much worse had Antonio not tried to make us feel wanted in the dealership.
The service department is the worst I have ever seen. I brought my Jeep in and the man standing at the computer was spitting tobacco and talking to customers at the same time. I was supposed to have a loaner car but none were available. After standing there for 15 minutes I asked for my keys and got the hell out of there. I took my Jeep to a different dealership and had such an amazing experience. Run away fast from this place!Dear Management, I would take a closer look at your employees.

I recently bought a 2017 jeep grand Cherokee and am in love with it! The staff made sure my car was perfect for me when I picked it up and they have always taken such great care of me. I have always had jeeps and 10/10 recommend to everyone to have one! I always feel safe driving my jeep and they are ridiculously reliable. Winter is no problem with the heated steering wheel and 4 wheel drive. Everybody needs a jeep :)
I have had my car serviced 2 other Columbus area Jeep dealerships, having bad experiences at both. I was looking for another dealership and am glad I chose Liberty Jeep. It is definitely worth the extra drive time out to Pataskala. I arrived at the Express Lane for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted right away. They seemed very busy but were able to complete my oil change and tire rotation within 1 hour. I look forward to bringing my Jeep to Liberty for many years to come!
Chet was great to work with in sakes and Tom was great on the finance side. There wasn’t any pressure on anything and I left feeling like I got the deal I was looking for. Very satisfied and will come back when I’m looking for another vehicle.

The most poorly run service department I have ever seen. I had an appointment at 1pm yesterday and when I called to let them know the tow truck had just taken my car and we are only 3 miles down the street so I wold them it would be there at 1:10. I asked if I could get a rental car if it was not finished by that evening. The lady told me yes, and to just get there before six. When went to pick up my car after work, it had not even been looked at yet. Even more, they told me that a rental car was not covered even though they had no idea what was even wrong with my car because it had not been serviced yet.I am not sure why it does not let me respond to your response below, but I am Jonni and I am the woman that you spoke with. What is the point of having an appointment at 1pm only to get the call that they had finally started my car the NEST DAY at 1pm??Having not heard from you about my car, I called to see if there were rental cars available, and they said yes. This would have been the moment to tell me that they were not covered under my lifetime warranty. When I got there to get the rental was when I was informed that I would have to pay. I have the lifetime Warranty on my car, and when that was presented to me at the time I purchased it, there were not mileage or year restrictions, otherwise, what is the point in buying a lifetime warranty? And this information could have been given to me at the time I called, not when I had ubered there to get the rental car I thought I was going to get under my warranty. Unfortunately, This is not the only time I have had to come in to be disappointed. I only have to come here because I am required to get my car serviced by the dealership to keep the warranty, otherwise I would go elsewhere. The people are great and friendly and I understand you are very busy, but if you dont have time to get to a car until 24 hours after the appointment, then it sounds like you need more staff or a better scheduling system.
Steve Graham made my experience at Liberty Jeep easy. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND... I told him what jeep model/color/bodystyle/features and how much I wanted to pay per month and he made it happen! I was impressed at how he didnt ask me to compromise on anything. He just said ok and found the exact car I wanted and had delivered from another state to their dealership the next day! In fact it had extras that I wasnt counting on- winter package, remote start, leather etc and he didnt try to raise my monthly payment. I was shocked because I had already spoken to two other dealerships and they wanted me to compromise and buy something on their lot. But I had my heart set on a specific make model, color and features. Thank you Liberty Jeep! I am thrilled with the service and my new ride.
The service dept tried to ri me off. My car had a broken fuel line . I crawed under my jeep andsaw itleaking from the line above my gas tank. After having my car all day, they never called me, even after I left messages because they never returned my calls.. I had to go to the dealership and ask what was going on. They tod me I needed a new gas tank, fuel pump and gas line and i was going to cost $2200. I told them they were riping me off and I wanted my car back. They disabled my car and I had to have it towed. I had it towed to another service center. Where they found the broken fuel line and repaired my car for less than $600. What a rip off Libery Jeep sevice dept is. They flat out lied to my face and I could tell as the service rep was talking he was lying. They will never see my cars for service again. No one should ever take their car to a Liberty Jeep How many other people have they riped off, without them knowing. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and attorey general now that I have all my evidence.
Kerrie is excellent! I bought a new Renegade from him back in 2016, and when I decided to upgrade this year I went back to him- not only for the inventory selection but also his great customer service.Highly recommend researching their cars online and giving him a call.
I love my Dodge Ram 1500. Strongest truck Ive ever owned. I tow a lot with it and its been the most dependable vehicle my family has ever had, so much so my wife came and bought a Charger also! I have choices of dealerships here in Central Ohio but I choose Liberty because of their friendliness, service, pricing, the quality of their products and last but not least the FOREVER WARRANTY. I am not one that normally leaves reviews or takes surveys; however, after reading through all 62 reviews (at the time of looking for my RAM two weeks ago), I feel that I should share my POSITIVE experience (as most folks only share negative experiences).I visited each RAM dealer in the Columbus area to see which dealer would work with me and give me the best deal on a truck and for my trade in. Liberty was the last dealer I called because I was skeptical due to all the negative reviews.I initially called to speak with a sales manager, but since they were all tied up, Tim asked if there was anything he could do for me. My experience with Tim has been very pleasant. He was very professional and courteous over the phone and in person. Each time I stopped in, Tim offered me water and coffee…heck, they were having some cake and he even offered me a piece!All this started on a Tuesday, with me initially looking at the truck and ending on Saturday with purchasing one. I worked with Tim and the sales manager, George, in order to make the deal I was willing to accept. My experience with both of them was exceptional. One thing I will note about Tim is his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Even George went out of his way to make sure I received a fair value for my trade and to meet the price I was willing to pay.I hope this helps others who are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I know sometimes low ratings or negative reviews can prevent you from shopping at a place, but you truly need to find out for yourself. My experience with Liberty Chrysler has been nothing but positive, from the sales consultant (Tim), to the sales manager (George), to finance guy (Jeff), to the detail guy (Greg), and even “Buddy” the service advisor. Whenever I am in the market for another RAM, I will definitely be back here! Thanks for the great looking truck!
Good experience, with nice friendly folks. Which should be expected. If you are purchasing a $60k vehicle they should be nice, or at the very least, give you a free bottle of water. In the end I passed on their best offer.I ended up buying my brand new black 2016 ram 2500 Big Horn 6.7 diesel truck from another dealer for the same price they tried to sell me a 2014 2500 SLT diesel used truck with 17,000 miles. I must have had that Im naive look. Also, the other dealer gave me almost $5000 more for my trade-in.Bottom line; it doesnt matter which dealer you buy from. Every dealer will be nice, because you are a potential buyer. You will also find a good deal anywhere; you just need to stick to what you are willing to accepted. A good deal means you are happy.I found happiness somewhere else.

We purchased two vehicles from Liberty. Chad was an awesome sales representative. No pressure to purchase and he also was a great listener taking into consideration our needs and wants in a vehicle. Taking your car in to be serviced is a whole different rating. A simple oil change can take up to three hours. If you drop your car off to be serviced and call to check the status, you get a voicemail to never get a phone call back. It is even hard to ask a simple question because no one ever answers the phone in service. Their service department is so slow, its ridiculous.
This review is for the service department, I can not speak on the sales team.The fact I have to give them 1 star is too much credit for this group. I own and operate a company that maintains 15+ vehicles in a fleet. We interact with multiple service groups on a monthly basis and after 8+ years of operation this is by far the most unorganized and unprofessional group I’ve ever dealt with. After one of our vans was wrecked and repaired at another site, we experienced some transmission issues. We dropped our vehicle off for them to check, little did I know that would set off a 4-month odyssey that would end with the vehicle no better off today than it was the day we dropped it off. Now, obviously the damage to the transmission is not their fault but the fact that they told our insurance company they could disassemble the transmission and inspect it to determine the issue and fail to do so over 4 months and then invoice us is ridiculous. After authorizing the work, we were called and told the transmission was “mostly” (verbatim what I was told on the phone) taken apart and they couldn’t take it any further but couldn’t find the damage. Yet, they still say it needs replaced. So, my question is this, why would you agree to do the work knowing you couldn’t complete the job and then invoice that customer for the full amount? Then demand the vehicle be off the lot by a certain date and when the tow truck arrives demand the invoice be paid. Here’s the catch, I spoke to three different people the day of pickup and no one could tell me the invoice amount and couldn’t confirm it was sent. So now I’m paying a tow truck driver to sit there while you figure out what you’re charging us. Unbelievable. As someone who operates a business in the customer service realm good luck maintaining and building positive relationships with customers when you treat them in this manner. So, in summary they agree to do work they cant complete, demand you pickup the vehicle but only after you pay an invoice that hasn’t been sent and they cant tell you the total cost.
Purchased a Ram 1500 though Karrie, had a wonderful experience. Whenever I need my truck serviced Buddy always takes care of me and provides excellent customer care. After such great experiences, I brought my mom to Karrie who purchased a Jeep Patriot, and my sister who purchased a Jeep Wrangler. Overall the best customer service I have personally dealt with.
Great place to buy your Chrysler product parts. They carry your Mopar brands as well as some cheaper alternatives. The service here is great and they even have coffee available if you have to wait. Plus they carry many varieties of cars to look at or to buy.
Both Steve Graham and Tom Sands went above and beyond finding me the truck I wanted at a price I could afford. From sales to financing everyone was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend liberty for thier professionalism and friendly environment.
We were told that ram didnt have the truck we wanted. That they dont make make them. Then was told that are payments would be $700 to $800 a month. We know that was not right. So we went to buyers on S. Hamilton rd. We were able to trade in our 2017 truck and get a 2019 truck for $599 a month
I will never give this service department my business again. I called twice asking to make an appointment and the receptionist said I didnt need one. When I went to take my 2015 Jeep in for my 100k mile tune up at 2:30pm on Friday, Jackie was rude to me saying I would need an appointment. He gave me a hard time because I had a 10% off coupon and said my Jeep would take 2 1/2 to complete the work. I said okay and ran some errands with my family. I called back two hours later and the receptionist sent me to Jackies voicemail. I called back 15 minutes later and she was rude to me saying she is on the other side of the building and she wasnt going to get him. I said Im in the area and wanted to know if my Jeep was almost ready. I still hadnt heard anything an hour later so I called back at 5:30 and they were closed, WITH NO COMMUNICATION that they were keeping my car overnight. I had to call off work the following morning and went in at 9am to see what the issue was. They said Oh its ready. I asked to speak with a manager after Buddy was extremely rude to me saying its not his fault no one called and if I want to take my business somewhere else he would charge me double to remove the spark plugs he just put on. The manager was out hunting and would not speak to me and said just pay the full bill. The way Jackie, Buddy and Todd treat their customers is unbelievably rude. Ive purchased two brand new vehicles from this location and never will come back again after this past weekend. DO NOT COME HERE, Its not worth the headache.

I recently had the opportunity to lease a new vehicle from Joe at Liberty, and was blown away by the level of service from the entire team. They put in a huge amount of effort to find me the exact vehicle with every feature I wanted, and then worked with me to put together a financial package that made sense. This is a group of extremely kind and knowledgable employees, and I appreciated the extra steps they took to make sure I was comfortable with my new car and confident driving off the lot that I had made a great decision. I also found the finance department to be great - working with me to find the right lease lender, and having me in and out of the finance office in less than 20 minutes. Liberty very clearly makes customer service a priority, something that, more often than not, is not typical of a car dealership. You will be in good hands here!
Why can they not get service dept right? You are lucky if they even answer the phone. Left message last week, never a call back. They advertise a warranty forever. Not worth it if you have to deal w their service dept.
I took my jeep here for a recall service appt. When I went to pick up, a mechanic backed my car into another car that was being serviced. He got out of the car and laughed, grabbed his manager who was very sarcastic about what had happened. I went to pick up my rental car during the repair of my car, and it was given to me empty and I was told I would have to fill it up because their detailer mustve not gotten to it. The whole situation was handled poorly and very unprofessionally. I do not recommend this dealership.
No pressure sales. Dealt only with our salesman and the finance person. He spent time going over all the paperwork and features of the car.
Quick oil change is a lie. Stopped at @ 8 am and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. Staff was rude and not very accommodating. Bought my Jeep here a year ago and sales team was great. Service team is terrible and I won’t be back. For service or any future purchases.

I used the express service for some routine maintenance. The work was completed in a reasonable time and at a fair price. The service personnel were very helpful.
Took my 2014 Jeep Liberty in for routine maintenance last week, found out there were other issues I was not aware of. Jackie walked me over to under my vehicle, visually pointed out and explained in detail the issues, breakdown of the costs, and order of importance to which needed fixed first so that I could save money that day and schedule later for the rest of the repairs. Was a really comfortable experience and I appreciate Jackie explaining things to me in a way that I could understand as Im not a mechanic. Looking forward to bringing my Jeep back there without worry.

Wow is the word that comes to mind! Ive literally just left liberty Dodge service department! I asked for oil change in my 2018 Dodge Cummings diesel pick up and also to change the fuel filters the service Tech told me that it was due at 15000 miles to have the differential fluids changed. I said OK how much? He straight faced told me $920! I asked him 3 times if he was joking, straight faced he replied no all 3 times! $920 people to change fluid Wow!Nelson from Keystone Paving.

Tough problem solved! My vehicle had an intermittent short that was difficult to isolate due to the here again - gone again symptoms (intermittent). The battery would drain sometimes after a week or sometimes three days. I took the vehicle in for evaluation. The technicians stayed on it for 8 days until they finally isolated to the problem to the front media hub. The hub was replaced and the vehicle is now trouble free. My thanks to Buddy, the technicians and Todd (service manager) for staying on this problem until it was fixed.
My experience was nothing but positive..Called up on a Sat morning to schedule a time to look at new trucks and talk pricing.They had a sales rep waiting on me when i got there, and immediately had trucks ready for me to test drive. We were able to get a deal done in just a few hours.Probably the best experience Ive ever had had buying a vehicle..

Dishonest....Bought used 2013 Ram with sales condition of “new exhaust” installed. Exhaust fell off going down the road. After inspection dealership put used- rusted parts on truck. When brought in for service they stated that wording on invoice stated “swap muffler” not new. So they would gladly bill me$ 1,724.0 +tax to repair.Wasn’t asking for anything extra- just to do the right thing and they couldn’t bother. Dishonest!

Absolute fantastic service all the way around! We are on our 3rd vehicle in under 5 years from the crew at Liberty ( teenage drivers ) and we always receive excellent service. I hate the car buying experience, and do NOT want to spend 8 hours on a perfect weekend day waiting on prep and delivery and for the finance guy to get the paperwork ready. Our last purchase we selected the right vehicle for us, had a fantastic deal stuck in under 10 minutes, and we signed paperwork and were out the door no muss no fuss. I cant recommend the crew at Liberty enough for your car buying needs!

I recently purchased A 2013 Ram power wagon from Liberty and the experience was excellent! I actually live out of state and communicated back and forth by phone with the sales staff and manager until we worked out the pricing and trade in details. The staff went out of their way to make the deal happen and gave me a great price. The truck was fueled up, detailed and ready to go when I arrived, and since we finalized the pricing ahead of time, the paperwork went quick. I have nothing bad to say, Thanks Liberty for a great buying experience.
