Really nice people! I didn’t purchase anything from 84 Lumber but I had some concerns about wet PT lumber that I stored in my basement. The gentleman I spoke with was very informative and took the time to go over a plan for removal and why. It’s really nice to see people go out of their way especially when it’s to no benefit to them. I deliver to 84 Lumber from here down to West Virginia. This location is great. Plenty of room and fast friendly unload. Jeff always gets me in and out.

New and interesting place. Havent been to one in 25-30 years didnt know they were still around. Didnt get time to check out the whole place but they have one heck of a selection on decking. I never knew there was so many colors.

Nick was so helpful. The place has everything you need. Ive been there several times and always treated great.

I approached this store as a more professional alternative to the big box stores and found this to be a great mistake.The story and details aside I could not imagine being able to do business like this and surviving . I only wish I had never gone there and experienced the back log on my project, the lack of corrective measures and the embarrassment I experienced with my customer.

Great place with plenty of options at great prices.

I walked in with a very loose construction project in my head. Being a novice it was a little intimidating. The sales rep Mike Studley however spent an incredible amount of time with me and worked me through my project. We landed on completely different materials than I intended due to his expertise. I will be back time and time again.

Everyone in this place hates there job and it shows. I walked in to get material needed for a job and it was a long wait and not to many people there. 84 lumber should give up on this location and close it down. You might have better luck at Lowes or Florence

Great prices.. terrible delivery service. The material often doesnt get there on time and if it happens to get there on time its usually missing material.. Also they have high turnover so the reps often dont know their head from their elbows.

Several orders, not one correct. Had to call several times on each to finally get what was missing. One order, the home owner actually had to go pick up missing item. This was after being told 5 times someone was delivering it. Last order was also short items which were required to start job. After waiting 2 weeks, told them to pick up materials. Has been two weeks now waiting on refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. NEVER HAVE EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS.

Contacted this place 3x.. spoke with Derrick, John and the Co-Manager. Each one of them promised the goods and they all failed. Went to Florence building, immediately helped, items ordered, items were less expensive (same exact items) and delivered in 2 days. I wasted 2.5 weeks dealing with 84 lumber on 3 visits. (should of known after the first 2 failed). Its no wonder why there is only one 84 lumber still around.... with service like this, I am surprised these people are even still open.
