I’d give zero if I could. I was contacted today in regards to purchasing a Rogue. When I called, the girl spoke to me about the car. I asked questions and she answered. When asked about the stock photos online, she stated that she would try to get get them. She FaceTimed me to show me the car, it wasn’t the correct car. She apologized and said she would call me back. She called back to state that she can run my credit app and that the car was there but on the lift. She told me to get to the dealer because she was only there today and Saturday. So I rush, I literally end my work for the day in order to get this car. I get there and the girl greets me. She tells me to sit in a chair. I do. A few minutes later, another women greets me. She tells me that the car I was interested in sold. IT TOOK ME AN HOUR to get there. They knew when they spoke to me that the car had sold already. It was nothing but the bait and switch. Then they tried to place me in a more expensive car. I immediately stood up and left. I then received a call from the original girl asking what happened. I explained and she stated she had no idea the car had sold. The manage then picked up the phone and stated that he had no idea that the car is sold that he has 20 sales people and can’t keep track of what is selling. Yet…when the girl called me back she stated that she had spoken with her manager about the car. He knew. They both knew. You want honest, go to Competition Subaru. I called them immediately after and purchased a car almost immediately.

From the moment we worked through the door, staff was attentive and pleasant. They listened to our needs and gave us good advice. The process was seamless fast and easy. We felt welcomed and we will not go to any other dealer moving forward. Nissan 112 knows how to treat their customers. Thats worth a 5 star rating in itself!

We just leased our 4th car from Nissan 112 and my 3rd specifically from Gwen and the experience was great. We keep going back to Gwen because she is a pleasure to work. On March 8th I leased 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport. 2 weeks later the A/C stopped working. Took the car to the service at the dealership, and after inspecting the car they informed me that A/C condenser was probably hit by a rock, and now needs to be repaired, and warranty does not cover it. Since we didnt hear anything hitting the car, and did not observe anything unusual while driving the car, it was hard to believe that this is what happened to the A/C condenser. Service guys showed me where the damage was, and it was so minuscule, hard to notice, yet bad enough for all the freon to escape. The car front is designed with 6 wide 5.5x3 inches openings, and the condenser is widely exposed and not protected at all. Since that happened, I started looking at all the other models and manufacturers, and it seems that they do, in fact, have adequate front protection from rocks, branches, etc, whatever you may encounter on the road. So now they say I have to fix it out of pocket (about $1500), because warranty would not cover it, and my insurance has a high deductible, not worth filing a claim. Neither dealership nor Nissan consumer affairs owned up to the problem and now Im stuck with a new car, about 1000 miles on it and no A/C. My concern is that even if I fix it, the front lacks protection, and this is just will keep happening. I went in for an oil change. A service salesman attempted to swindle me into $1500 of unnecessary repairs. After speaking to my own trusted mechanic he told me that none of the suggested fixes, besides new brake pads, were necessary. That said any future business with Nissan of 112 will cease as of that date.

I went here to get a malfunction light that came up on my dashboard as well as my low key battery. They also wrote on the paperwork that they had checked my tire pressure.Originally I was told that it would take a full day to complete. It ended up taking 3 days. When I picked up my vehicle I had to return immediately after driving 3 blocks my tire pressure light came on and the pressure was incredibly off. The low key battery light was still on. Also a day later my malfunction light came on. Essentially this service department did nothing for my vehicle and they kept me without a vehicle for 3 days. What a sad outcome

Overall great experience. Good customer service. Didn’t wait long, answered all questions and concerns.the rep Chris really made me feel comfortable. It wasn’t like he was trying to sell you the car and get you out of there he really wanted to make that’s what you wanted and made sure everything was ok and even went the extra mile to do so ☺️😁

In the end, my car was fixed so I will leave 2 stars...The lack of communication at this place though s pretty bad. I had a first appointment scheduled and dropped my car off the night before. At noon on the day of my appointment (scheduled for 7:30am), I called to check in on my car. The woman that I spoke with seemed to have no idea that I even had an appointment. She kept saying, are you sure you brought your car to Nissan 112? That made me nervous. She then put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back on with no info saying that someone would have to call me back. Obviously, this meant they didnt even look at my car yet. Nobody ever got back to me, so I called again 3 hours later to check in. Still no info. I was just told that the car was being looked at. I called again an hour later as it was getting late and I wanted to make sure I could pick up the car before they closed. I was told that my car would be ready the next day around 1:00pm. I asked if anyone was planning on calling to tell me that. I feel like if I didnt call to follow up, nobody would have called me.Again, in the end, the car was fixed, but Im constantly not happy with the service department at this place...I keep going there because they are literally 5 minutes from my house. I might start having to travel farther to go to another location though. Just always very frustrating.

Nissan 112 was prompt courteous and professional. In addition I had realized that there was a possible conflict of timing involving a medical appointment in which case they made preparation to service my vehicle with the utmost expedience. Though this was my first visit to the service department I have to say it was refreshing to feel that you are an individual and not just a number on a service ticket. A large stand-up applause to the service department.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a kind receptionist who directed me to a salesman as soon as I informed her I was interested in purchasing a used/certified vehicle. Within seconds I was introduced to a kind gentlemen named Mike who was more than happy to listen to me and my situation. I told him I had been on the website and that I had a few cars in mind. The one I truly wanted was still on the lot and he brought me right to it. He gave me plenty of time to inspect it/check the features. I even brought a friend who is a master mechanic to double check things. Mike patiently waited until we were ready. He then kindly went over my options and set up everything (and I do mean EVERYTHING) up for me so that I could make the purchase THAT day. They set up the inspection/registration and found me better insurance coverage! I would have even been able to drive it out that day but the mechanic/tech who overlooks everything before the car can leave, had gone home; but I had it less than 24hrs later! Thanks again guys for ALL of your cordial care and hard work!

Very good experience overall. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We walked in, no appointment, just taking a chance to look at some cars and we got the chance to do a test drive and to learn everything we wanted to know about the car we were looking at. We never felt pressure to buy or to upgrade to a bigger more expensive car. I would recommend going there.

BEWARE of this place. Just got scammed out of a deposit that I put down for a vehicle that had already got approved for financing. I am purchasing from out of state and had a plane ticket bought and ready to go. I suddenly get a phone call the day of my flight saying they don’t want to go through with the deal. Prior to this a friend of mine who works at a reputable dealership in NJ test drove the truck for me. Nothing was wrong with it. Multiple people called to ask about the truck today. The sales dept told every one of them they could in fact pick it up today. I was told the truck “needed too much work to sell” and that I lived too far away to drive the truck home. Their story changed every time I called. 🤔 They also did not care that I had already bought a plane ticket. They still have my deposit money. General manager Francois and his sales team should be absolutely DISGUSTED with themselves. Not only have I now wasted money on a plane ticket, took time off work, I now have a headache from this dealership and its outlandish lies. I have completely lost trust in dealerships. This is by far the worst vehicle buying experience I have ever been a part of. If the truck truly needed as much work done to it as they claim, it should not have been listed in the first place. Every person that called about the truck today were not told it needed any work and that it was available and ready to go today. NISSAN 12 AND ALL ITS EMPLOYEES ARE LIARS.

Upon arrival at the dealership I was escorted into the office, but the servicemen neglected to to warn me about the step there in the doorway. This caused me to trip and fall, the servicemen’s only response was “oh yeah”The manager of the dealership did come in and talk with me, only offering to call me an ambulance or ice.After going to my orthopedic I have been Diagnosed with a Sprained and suggested that I go to Physical therapy which is more than I can afford. I am was also informed that the tinting on my car was to dark (even though I purchased the car from that dealership as is).It is exhausting to get many different answers and not knowing what the truth is and what is just a way for someone to make money off other people.So now I limp around not sure what to do about my injury. I would be nice if someone would get in touch with me and offer me assistant with a problem they cause

I always felt like car shopping or trying to obtain a car in any way could be one of the most stressful experiences especially for me that doesn’t know much about cars in general. However, Nissan 112 made my experience go so easy that I could never be more thankful. The professionalism that Carlos and Yaneris showed me was spectacular. From the moment I stepped into the door, they made me felt like I was their number one priority. They were clearly knowledgeable in every way to help people like me with bad credit (especially since I been rejected for car loans in the past) and they made sure I was pleased with everything. I felt rushed in terms of pricing for a lease 15k check. Wanted to keep it simple. Oil change registration tire rotation but got roped into all filters being changed costing me almost $300 never paid that much especially since my leaSe will be going back before next 15k The labor was charge for every service. The bill wasn’t broken down for me or explained prior to work performed. I usually have an excellent experience with Nissan 112. Been with them 25 years thought they could have done better for me

Unfortunately, my Versa Note needed a lot of work. The repairs included a new transmission in 2019 ($4,800.00). In July of 2021 I brought my car into Nissan 112. Sheldon called me for repairs needed. $3,400.00 in repairs. Sheldon did a excellent job explaining what needed to be done. I was extremely happy with the work and felt better knowing the replaced parts and work are good for 12 monnths or 12,000 miles. Thanks all for a great job.

I took my car for service 2 times and the issue is still not fixed. Oil change/tire rotation was good. However there is a chirping that happens every time I drive my car and both times I took it for that reason and it was never fixed. I now have to take it a THIRD time....

Was an absolute pleasure working with Nissan 112. We previously had been working with smithtown Nissan for many years but that had turned horrific and were very glad we came to Nissan 112. Our sales associate Jose was incredible! Very knowledgeable, helped us understand the leasing process and choose cars that would work best for our family. Very straightforward and got us a great deal! Took the time to get us all set up and explained all the details of the cars once the process was complete. The manager was also fantastic. Had a little hiccup with finance but the manager cleared it up right away. Very smooth process. Everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend.

We considered a few different makes for our new car and decided upon Nissan (Since my wife already has a Murano).We went to a dealership primarily looking at the Rogue which was at the top of our short list. The salesman was very helpful with no sales pressure at all. His main concern was that we were satisfied with our decision.This was really a pleasant experience. We really were happy not only with our purchase but also with the support from the Nissan staff.

Went to Nissan 112 yesterday to look at the Rogue. I met with Gran. Gran sold me my previous car (Nissan Altima) and he was great as usual. He was patient. He answered my questions. I never felt like I was being hoodwinked. He is such a gentleman. With the help of Gran and Josh I walked out, well drove out, with my red Rogue. I will definitely recommend Nissan 112 for your next vehicle purchase. Ask for Gran.

Sales guys are nice not pushy and they work as a team to make this all happen oh, they also take care of everything for you on site 2 car purchases here in the last two years and both have been easy deals thank you Danny and Jimmy.

Horrible experience service staff not knowledgeable and the manager moe is very unprofessional trying to scare me away lying saying i will have to pay for diagnostics meanwhile the car is under warranty... and avoided at all cost to fix my car very bad experience will never go back to NISSAN 112 ...

Not only did he make the process of getting my new car easy over the phone but was kind enough to meet me at my in laws house to get papers signed and brought me my new vehicle. Not a positive experience purchasing my car after lease came due. Calls not returned and discovered payment was received but just sat on some desk for almost 2 months with no one knowing what it was for. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Horrible Service department i have a coolant leak, refrigerant leak and my remote start only works when you are next to the car and i told them and they said for a 2019 with less than 20k miles its normal for the car to smell like coolant and be low and have to refill the reservoir and that the ac blows cold when meanwhile its cold outside yea no duhh... will never go back to Nissan 112....
