I have been an AT&T customer for 25+ years and my experience with Mary at the AT&T store in Patchogue was so odd that I am leaving this review. I ordered an item online, and the Patchogue store came up as a location near me that I could pick my purchase up from. So I place the order on Friday evening to pick up on Saturday. Saturday morning, I received a call from Mary from the AT&T store in Patchogue, and she states “there is a problem processing your order because you placed the order after hours, so I canceled it, have no worries you can come into the store and purchase the item”. I proceed to hang up with her and place the order again and pay for it again to also be picked up at the same store. Ten minutes pass and I receive an email, that I have successfully cancelled my order, of which I did not. I call the store only to learn that there was never a problem processing the first order and the co-worker stated that she did not understand why Mary cancelled either of the orders. Needless to say, I feel like some sort of scam took place with Mary, and I am waiting to receive a refund from both of these canceled orders.

I went to this store last week to update my phone the staff is excellent very helpful.!!

Bought a brand new Galaxy S20 today. By the time I got home (5 minute car ride), the screen had locked and I couldnt figure out how to unlock it. Called AT&T, who connected me to Samsung, who said bring it back to the store for an exchange. Girl at the store could not be bothered to help me because she was closing in 30 minutes and said that I mustve done something to the phone and therefore they couldnt take it back. After having the phone for ONE HOUR they were going to hold me $1,000 responsible for a glitch! I called AT&T back to put me back in touch with Samsung, and the AT&T rep talked me through the re-boot and set up process. He spent an hour on the phone with me and resolved all my issues. I will NEVER give THIS STORE my BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!

Very excellent group to take care costumers they have a really good mood incredible job they done for me.

Slightly over priced and in todays world you can get a great Android device for a very cheap price. But the people that work in this store are professional courteous and nice. I just think a lot of these cell phone stores need to adapt to the times.

Kimberly upgraded my iPhone today from a 6 to a 7. She is very professional, courteous and well trained. Im very happy with my new iphone and if I ever have a problem with it I hope she is there to help me. I have been to the Patchogue at&t store before and I have always walked away satisfied. Ive been to this store several times now and I only go because it is on Main Street and close to my home. Ive been an AT&T Customer for 6 years now and very seldom have to visit a store. I recently had an issue with my Samsung Note and after working with some very helpful tech support personal at AT&T by phone they advised I go to the store and pick up a new sim card to see if the issue could be resolved. They noted my account and said I would not be charged.I headed to the AT&T on Main Street and the first thing the employee told me was that they were not technically an AT&T store but a re-seller (Which I get) and that they would have to charge me for my sim card. I understand that this is a 3rd party but if they would have simply helped me I would have made this my store and made my purchases through them - these are very low value items and even lower wholesale. Its just bad business relations.While the employee was polite he suggested I drive 15 miles in a storm to another store - I just went down the street to another cell phone place and they gave me the card.I just dont get it.

My iPhone 7 plus internet was acting up, but thanks to the AT&T personnel, who corrected it for me. I will recommend anyone to them

The other day I went to this store and Kim was there to assist me. She was very helpful and solved all my problems.

I had my phone set up there. I paid. They didnt seat the SIM properly so it fell out the next day, Mothers Day. I couldnt call my loved ones. They are not attentive, just gabbing to one another.
