This Sprint store is amazing. I am very happy it opened and I saw it by chance (so I went in). The employees were very friendly, down to earth, apathetic, helpful, but mostly, not pushy at all. They understood my needs and didnt try to suck all the money from my wallet. They seemed to be trained very well because they had the answers that the Lake Grove store didnt have for me. They took the time for me when other stores from the same company didnt. Thanks Patchogue Sprint. I will definitely be revisiting and recommending this new location to others. :)

I came to this specific store to switch my business over to Sprint after seeing how wonderfully the associates at this location treated my family. My sister and mother had the pleasure of working with Cara and Raul - and I was lucky enough to work with Cara (again!) and Marc. They were friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I got the best deal! I was able to see other employees interactions with fellow customers during my time in the shop and they were all just as helpful. I would highly recommend visiting this store not only for Sprint services, but for the experience youll get as a customer of these caring sales associates.

Salesperson David took great care of me and my family. We switched over several lines to sprint and with his help, saved hundreds of dollars. He gave us free water, and set up everything so we lost no personal information. Overall a phenomenal experience. I will refer all of my friends and family so that they can receive the same great treatment i received from David.There were no hidden charges, no dishonesty, just a clear and concise, albeit very easy sale. We left with new phones, cases, headphones and a lot more, and still saved money. I am still ecstatic over it!Thank you David and thank you to everyone at the corporate sprint store in patchogue!

Visited the sprint store today to upgrade and was pleased to have met and been greeted by Milos. He was very helpful throughout the whole transaction and answered any questions I had. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend anyone to come visit this location for any of their sprint needs. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, especially Milos.

I’m in Patchogue all the time. Ive Seen the guys that work here on several occasions standing outside their store checking out girls way to young to be even close to appropriate. Like middle school aged girls then pointing it out to their buddy and being completely obvious about it. Unprofessional and disgusting. I drive to Riverhead if I need anything from sprint now.

Wondering if theres a corporate policy about chewing gum on the sales floor. No matter where I stood in the store I could not get away from the guy with dark short hair that works there CRACKING HIS GUM! I was so repulsed I had to walk out. No sale!

Slightly over priced I cant see spending $250 on an android when simple mobile offers them for $40 and yes the cheap ones do the samethings the more expensive ones do but I was satisfied with the honesty and respect this store showed..
