Chad was extremely helpful and very friendly. He went over several options with me after I broke my phone screen. I had so many questions. He didnt rush me through the process and in the end, I left completely satisfied. I returned 2 days later with my daughter and he helped her choose a new phone. We both recommend seeing Chad at this Verizon store!

I was having issues with my phone for a while and I was losing my mind, so I went to this Verizon store I was very upset. I met Suleman and he was extremely patient and understanding of my problem. He went out his way to help me with my problem

I wish I can give Verizon zero stars.Stay away from Verizon there’s are better company out there that have better service for a cheaper price.Good luck with customer service it’s a joke.

The customer service here is spot on. The person who worked with me was named Joe. He was able to help me replace a faulty item and help with my screen. I couldn’t have been more pleased with how polite and patient he was. Highly recommend this location.

So I was completely lied to when upgrading my phone. I was supposed to get XXX amount back for my iPhone X, which I was told would go towards my new phone over 24 months towards my new device payments to make those payments smaller.The salesperson told me that the Samsung tablet (he was trying to sell me that I kept declining), which I dont even use, would only cost an extra $5 monthly, and offered 2 free screen protectors if I took it. I said okay, those screen protectors are $25 each, I figured it wasnt too bad of a deal. What I did not know was that I would need to pay a $40 activation fee for that tablet, its a 2 year contract so Im locked in, and it isnt $5 a month, it is $10 extra a month!Then he mentions that there is another unlimited plan that is better than mine but the same cost, and that mine is Grandfathered. Another lie, my old Unlimited plan was $60, now this one is $80. I was there for over an hour going over everything. Overall, I would be saving an extra $20 a month on my plan.Fast forward to a week later to pick up my new phone. The salesperson I was dealing with wasnt there, so the guy who rang me up said they were unable to give me the trade in value broken out over 24 months, theyd have to give it to me up front. Again, not what I was told when I was there.So overall, my bill went up $40 a month, instead of down $20. My initial plan was to save a bit since I needed a new phone. I am not happy with this store, not happy with Verizon, and will be switching to another carrier once my 2 years is up.Expensive, and they nickel and dime you with absolutely everything. Terrible service.

Amazing Verizon store. I went there to upgrade my Phone and Shawn helped me and gave me a great deal on phone and also helped to choose right accessories and transferred data. They are new here but they were so welcoming that i felt like i have been going there for years.. Keep the good work up guys.. 👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely amazing store and employees! These guys helped me out BIG time when my phone decided to have a software crash- gave me plenty of options and saved me a ton of money! Can’t say one bad thing about the place! Absolutely the best expierence I ever had at Verizon!

I must say, only went to this store because it was the closest store to me but boy am I glad I went! I went in just too see some options as far as a new phone and a cheaper bill. Danny was the gentleman that helped me, he got me an amazing deal on a brand new galaxy phone and even managed too keep my bill the same! Exceptional service, i definitely recommend checking them out!

The location is perfect, so close 2 home.The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant during our time there. We got what we came for and will definitely come again. Karla and Rohish were awesome !!!

Nice kids that work at this store it used to be the dollar king a while back they really changed, that whole building and for the better very nice.

Im very happy with this store in Patchogue. I was not happy with the ones in Costco and the mall but felt very welcomed here. Ask for Robin! He was excellent

All of the Verizon stores in the Patchogue area have been terrible with customer service. Finally this Verizon cell phone store opened up in a perfect location on Main Street and I thought I’d try it out. Never going to another Verizon store. The two reps in there went above and beyond to help me out. Definitely recommend to everyone in the area!

Mat hooked me up. I ran into a situation with a cracked phone and wanting to upgrade and he went above and behind to save me money and get me the phone a wanted. I asked a million questions and he answered all them. They just opened up and are doing great. dont hesitate to call them. They are not there to rob you I promise you 100%. Rahul, Sean and Mat are the guys you want to deal with based on my experience.

Rohin was absolutely amazing! Went into store upset because my phone was broken and I didn’t think there was any way to transfer all my stuff to the new phone. Not only was he able to transfer everything, but he helped me sign in to all my accounts and was very friendly throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this store!

First off I wanna start by saying this is the most welcoming Verizon store I’ve been to!!!!! They are extremely welcoming. I bought a phone here a couple months ago and I’ve been back with so many questions.. I’m not to good with phones. When I went back Alex S was so welcoming and helped me with a silly question about Facebook. He wasn’t the one who sold me the phone either. I’ve been back atleast 5 times and Alex S has helped me everytime he makes me feel so welcomed and I will forever go to this Verizon!!!! Ask for Alex S he’s great!!!
