I used CubeSmart storage in Patchogue to store my deceased mothers possessions. The facility was very clean, neat, and well secured. No signs of vandalism, mold, water damage or junk around. Sal campo was very professional and helpful. It may cost a little more, but is well worth it.

Weve been at CubeSmart for a few months and we really got lucky!! Teanna was so accommodating and set us up with a great spot. She also saved us when we were locked outside of the gate hours. Patti was beyond helpful in assisting me with upgrading to a new unit. Not to mention, the owners are so friendly, welcomed us and gave us some great tips. The place is always clean and we are happy that we always feel safe about leaving our business assets at CubeSmart.

I recommend this company and this location. Reserving this unit and moving our things in was the only simple part of our move. The staff was really helpful in guiding us on the right size storage unit. The entire process from setting-up our account to getting our keys was really smooth and efficient. The manager at this location was also extremely patient and helpful.

This company has been awesome! Very accommodating from the time I originally booked my reservation until today when I checked in. The lady at the desk today was especially helpful after I had to move to a bigger storage area. She helped me out quickly and was very nice and courteous. I highly recommend this company, especially this location!

This was my first experience with cube smart and it could not have gone better, Patricia from cube smart in patchogue made it a absolute pleasure and made the experience Extremely easy as well as provided the reassurance necessary to let me know and show me how my valuables would be taken care of properly. I rented a 10x20 unit to store my car in, the unit was absolutely spotless as well as the store itself which is especially important given the current circumstances. I will definitely be using Cube smart again, highly recommend.

Good place. Clean, organized, competitive price. And Patti the manager was a pleasure-trip to deal with. Reccomended* Adding 5th star * Over the past few weeks Ive moved units (bigger sizes) and asked a few favours. The response was a smile and above-level help. Im sure Ive made Patti and Tatia (sp?) more paperwork than anyone else. They are becoming some of my favourite people.

I had to buy some damp rid and Tianna help me out. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. She was friendly and very helpful with her knowledge of how to use the stuff! Plus the facilty looks amazing (secure and clean) I may come back and rent a unit for my stuff.

I rented a 10-20 unit.Within 24 hours of having the unit I soon realized I needed more space. I immediately wanted to upgrade to a 10-30. Only to be informed that I would lose my monthly discounted price and I would also loose all the money spent on the already obtained unit. Nothing can be done as the system would not allow it.Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!I give a star to the manager Dani that originally setup up my unit because he was great.But was Guillotined at the through by another manager on duty when I needed something so simply done and now I am in a pickle.Thanks for nothing.
