I went to the place to get my car inspected and when I got there the manager was not there and no one else could do the inspection but him. After waiting for 30 mins with another client he finally gets there. He goes on to assist the other person when I told him I was there first saying that the other person came from Parsippsny. Then he goes on to tell me if called ? When mind you there is no appointment required for an inspection. Furthermore, he tells me that I am not the one that pays him and that I can just write a complaint and this is exactly what I am doing. He was arrogant and rude I dont know his name but he was mid 30s tall tanned skinned Hispanic and clearly lacking customer service skills. For the other customer to wait for him too clearly he just leaves his business whenever he wants to with no notification or staff to help clients.
