AMAZING doesnt even begin to describe the excellent service I received from owner Alex and his team at All Access Auto Body. My car had extensive damage from an incident with a cement truck and needed a paint job, new bumper and new hood . I brought Alex my car on a Monday morning with a quote from another local well-known auto body shop. Alex told me my car would be ready by Friday morning of that week but he called me Thursday and told me it was all ready and the work would be $400 LESS then what I was originally quoted!!!! Second time using all- access. Once for an insurance claim / once for a repair on my dime. There was NO difference in quality of service. Alex was a pleasure to work with. Price was fantastic. Based in Paterson, NJ, but they will pick you up and take you back anywhere in North Jersey. My wifes car needed a fairly big ding on the door of her SUV fixed before lease return. All Access was recommended by the car dealership. The work was done perfectly. They fixed the damage on my car unrelated to the accident at no additional charge. Polite, professional and courteous. Also a big plus that they initiated everything with the insurance company which was a huge relief. To top it all off, they detailed the car after the repair. It looked brand new (inside and out). Will not take my car anywhere else.

Unfortunately, on a snowy day, our 11 year old Honda, which was parked, slid down our hilly driveway into our brand new Subaru, which was parked on the bottom of our driveway. Both cars needed repairs and Alex was able to do so in a short amount of time. His customer service and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. I have not seen the Honda look this good in at least 11 years and the Suburu was as if never happened. This is the place where you want to bring your car.

Ok, so this a 5 star review for a 10 star business. The level of professionalism and care provided by the owner Alex and his staff is second to none. This place was recommended to me by a friend and at first I was reluctant to use a place I never dealt with but it was by far the best decision I could have made. I have a fleet of vehicles and bring all of my vehicles to All Access because Alex (Owner) understands the importance of good quality work with efficiency at a very reasonable price. My experience with other body shops don’t compare to All Access. Aside from the great work and unbeatable price, Alex goes above and beyond to accommodate his customers. For example, I use my vehicles for delivering dry cleaning which requires hanging clothes so renting a van doesn’t justify. Alex assured me he would take care of it and not to worry about it. The day I dropped off my van, Alex had already setup the rental and pre-installed a portable rack so that he can work on my van without disrupting my business. I felt valued as a customer and will never bring my vans to anyone else. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this body shop.
